步驟 S509、 当第二层数据不是 HTML附件时, 删除第一段数据中除第 一层数据以外的数据。
HTML附件不是真正意义上的附件, 可以将其当作邮件正文的一部分, 因此只有当第二层数据不是 HTML附件时, 表明该第二层数据为真正的邮 件附件, 同时在第一段数据中该第二层数据以后的数据也为邮件附件。
本实施例通过根据预设的邮件数据重要级别, 执行预设压缩策略对邮 件进行压缩, 可以释放邮箱中部分已用空间, 以便接收更多的新邮件, 提 高了邮箱空间的利用率。
参见图 6, 本发明提出压缩邮件的装置 10—实施例, 其包括: 包括接 收模块 11和压缩模块 12。 其中, 接收模块 11用于接收邮件压缩触发指令。 压缩模块 12用于根据预设的邮件数据重要级别, 执行预设压缩策略对邮件 进行压缩。
进一步地, 参见图 7, 本发明压缩邮件的装置 10另一实施例, 其包括 接收模块 11和压缩模块 12之外还包括询问模块 13。询问模块 13用于生成 是否执行邮件压缩询问信息。 接收模块 11还用于接收用户输入的确定执行 邮件压缩指令。
进一步地, 上述预设的邮件数据重要级别具体为: 邮件主题为一级重 要、 二级重要或三级重要; 邮件正文为一级重要、 二级重要或三级重要; 邮件附件为一级重要、 二级重要或三级重要。
所述预设压缩策略具体为: 删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要的数据或 删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要和二级重要的数据。
上述预设的邮件数据重要级别是在接收到邮件时设置的, 此时设置的 邮件数据重要级别为默认重要级别, 即邮件主题、 邮件正文和邮件附件的 重要级别都设置为二级重要。 用户第一次查看邮件后或邮件下载完毕后用 户根据实际情况可以将已设置的邮件数据默认重要级别进行更新。
进一步地, 上述预设压缩策略可以根据用户的修改指令进行修改。 压缩模块 12对邮件进行压缩的操作, 是根据当前压缩策略进行的, 当 预设压缩策略为删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要的数据时, 则删除邮件中 重要级别为三级重要的数据。 当预设压缩策略为删除邮件中重要级别为三 级重要和二级重要的数据时, 删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要和二级重要 的数据。
另外, 上述对邮件进行压缩的对象是邮箱中所有的邮件, 即邮箱中所 有邮件的压缩策略是一致的。
进一步地, 上述压缩模块 12, 还用于解析邮件数据, 在邮件数据中查 找重要级别为三级重要的数据, 并删除查找到的重要级别为三级重要的数 据。
进一步地, 上述压缩模块 12, 还用于解析邮件数据, 在邮件数据中查 找重要级别为三级重要和二级重要的数据, 并删除查找到的重要级别为三 级重要和二级重要的数据。
压缩模块 12删除的数据为邮件主题、 邮件正文和 /或邮件附件。
进一步地, 邮箱中已存储的邮件为一封或多封, 所有的邮件根据预设 的排列顺序存储在邮箱内, 在需要对邮件进行压缩时, 根据邮件的排列顺 序依次对邮箱内的邮件进行压缩, 直至邮箱内邮件压缩完毕。
进一步地, 参见图 8, 本发明压缩邮件的装置 10另一实施例, 其包括 接收模块 11、压缩模块 12和询问模块 13之外还包括: 判断模块 14和产生 模块 15。 其中, 判断模块 14, 用于判断邮箱已用空间值是否达到预设空间 值。 产生模块 15 , 用于当邮箱已用空间值达到预设空间值时, 产生邮件压 缩触发指令。
上述预设空间值可以根据实际需要或用户意愿进行设置, 如可将预设 空间值设置为等于 99%邮箱空间值, 当已用空间值达到邮箱空间值 99%时, 表明邮箱中可用空间值将满, 可能无法接收新的邮件, 因此需要压缩已接 收的邮件, 以释放部分已用空间。
进一步地, 上述邮件压缩触发指令为根据用户输入的触发信息产生的。 即在邮箱已用空间值没有达到预设空间值时, 也可通过用户输入的触发信 息产生邮件压缩触发指令。
本实施例通过根据预设的邮件数据重要级别, 执行预设压缩策略对邮 件进行压缩, 可以释放邮箱中部分已用空间, 以便接收更多的新邮件, 提 高了邮箱空间的利用率。
应当理解的是, 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 不能因此限制本发明 的专利范围, 凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流 程变换, 或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明 的专利保护范围内。

权利要求书
1、 一种压缩邮件的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收邮件压缩触发指令;
根据预设的邮件数据重要级别, 执行预设压缩策略时对邮件进行压缩。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的压缩邮件的方法, 其特征在于,
所述预设的邮件数据重要级别具体为: 邮件主题为一级重要、 二级重 要或三级重要; 邮件正文为一级重要、 二级重要或三级重要; 邮件附件为 一级重要、 二级重要或三级重要;
所述预设压缩策略具体为: 删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要的数据、 或删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要和二级重要的数据。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的压缩邮件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述执行预 设压缩策略具体为:
解析邮件数据, 在邮件数据中查找重要级别为三级重要的数据并删除。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的压缩邮件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述执行预 设压缩策略具体为:
解析邮件数据, 在邮件数据中查找重要级别为三级重要和二级重要的 数据并删除。
5、根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的压缩邮件的方法,其特征在于, 所述预设压缩策略能根据用户的修改指令进行修改。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的压缩邮件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收邮 件压缩触发指令之前, 该方法还包括:
判断邮箱已用空间值是否达到预设空间值;
当邮箱已用空间值达到所述预设空间值时, 产生所述邮件压缩触发指 令。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的压缩邮件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述邮件压 缩触发指令为根据用户输入的触发信息产生的指令。
8、 一种压缩邮件的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括接收模块和压缩模 块; 其中,
接收模块, 用于接收邮件压缩触发指令;
压缩模块, 用于根据预设的邮件数据重要级别, 执行预设压缩策略时 对邮件进行压缩。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的压缩邮件的装置, 其特征在于,
所述预设的邮件数据重要级别具体为: 邮件主题为一级重要、 二级重 要或三级重要; 邮件正文为一级重要、 二级重要或三级重要; 邮件附件为 一级重要、 二级重要或三级重要;
所述预设压缩策略具体为: 删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要的数据、 或删除邮件中重要级别为三级重要和二级重要的数据。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的压缩邮件的装置, 其特征在于,
所述压缩模块, 还用于解析邮件数据, 在邮件数据中查找重要级别为 三级重要的数据, 并删除查找到的重要级别为三级重要的数据。

13、 根据权利要求 12所述的压缩邮件的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置还 包括:
判断模块, 用于判断邮箱已用空间值是否达到预设空间值;
产生模块, 用于当邮箱已用空间值达到所述预设空间值时, 产生所述 邮件压缩触发指令。
