目前已经在研究通过本地交换的方式, 将用户语音不经过 A口传递给 MGW, 如图 2所示, 对于通话双方属于同一个 BSS下的呼叫, BSS直接将 双方的语音数据进行交换, 不再传送给 MGW, BSS传递静音帧给 MGW, MGW不做修改,仍旧把收到的静音帧发回给 BSS, 而 BSS将丟弃从 MGW 收到的静音帧。从而达到节省 Abis口和 A口带宽资源的目的。 图 2中, 并 不将语音数据发送给核心网。

步驟 101、 核心网在发送释放本地交换消息给 BSS时, 同时核心网告 知 BSS释放本地交换的原因、或者核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本 地交换的状态。 其中, 所述释放本地交换消息也可以称为用于释放本地交 换的命令, 采用的名称不限于此, 具体采用何种名称只要是能实现本发明 的方案都在本发明的保护范围内。
步驟 102、 BSS在收到释放本地交换消息后, 根据核心网告知 BSS释 放本地交换的原因、 或者核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的 状态获知释放本次本地交换的原因, 从而基于获知的原因判决是否释放本 地交换。
在上述步驟 101中,具体是核心网中的 MSC告知 BSS释放本地交换的 原因、 或者告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态。 MSC可以通过 以下方式实现所述告知。
方式一:如图 3所示,在 MSC发送给 BSS的释放本地交换消息中加入 释放本地交换的原因的指示符。 该指示符的格式可如表 1所示, 表 1 为用 户数据传送给核心网的指示符格式表。 其中, 该指示符占用 2个比特, 该 指示符可表示释放本地交换的原因,如 00表示由于收到 BSS的释放本地交 换的请求; 01表示核心网需要释放本地交换。
8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 长度 预留 2比特 1个字节 方式二:如图 4所示,在 MSC发送给 BSS的释放本地交换消息中加入 当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态的指示符。 该指示符的格式可如表 2 所示, 表 2 为另一个用户数据传送给核心网的指示符格式表。 其中, 该指 示符占用 1个比特, 该指示符可表示当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态, 如 0表示核心网允许本地交换; 1表示核心网不允许本地交换。

在上述步驟 102 中, BSS在收到释放本地交换消息后。 可以采用以下 处理方式, 即为: 根据当前收到的具体释放参数, 核心网告知 BSS释放本 地交换的原因、和 /或核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态 判决是否需要执行本地交换的释放操作。 当 BSS收到由于 BSS原因, 即核 心网告知 BSS释放本地交换的原因而需要释放本地交换时, BSS可以根据 当前 BSS自身的状态决定是否释放本地交换;当 BSS收到由于核心网原因, 即核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态而需要释放本地交 换时, BSS将立即释放本地交换功能。
另外, 在非常极端情况下, 即: 几乎在 BSS在发送释放本地交换请求 消息给核心网的同时, 核心网向 BSS发送由于核心网原因需要释放本地交 换的释放本地交换消息。 这种极端情况下本发明的具体处理方案如下所示: 如图 5所示, BSS在向 MSC发送释放本地交换请求消息后, MSC在 收到该释放本地交换请求消息之前, 已经主动向 BSS发送了由于核心网原 因导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息, 从而 BSS会在发送了释放本地 交换请求消息后,收到一条 MSC主动向 BSS发送的释放本地交换请求消息。
针对这种极端情况, 此处提供以下两种应用实例:
应用实例一:
如图 6所示, MSC在发送由于核心网原因而导致释放本地交换的释放 本地交换请求消息给 BSS后, 且在收到 BSS发送的确认、 或者拒绝释放本 地交换的消息前, 若收到 BSS发送的释放本地交换请求消息时, MSC仍旧 按照现有的流程发送由于 BSS原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消 息给 BSS。 从而, BSS将会收到两条释放本地交换消息, 具体的, 先收到 一条由于核心网原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息, 然后再收 到一条由于 BSS原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息。此时, BSS 将在收到第一条释放本地交换消息时已经开始执行释放本地交换, 从而在 收到由于 BSS原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息时, 由于 BSS 已经执行了或正在执行释放本地交换的操作, 因此, BSS 将不再重复执行 释放本地交换的操作。
其中, 由于核心网原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换请求消息 为: 带有释放本地交换的原因为核心网原因需要释放、 或核心网允许本地 交换状态为核心网不可建立本地交换的释放本地交换消息。
由于 BSS原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息为: 带有释放 本地交换的原因为 BSS原因需要释放、 或核心网允许本地交换状态为核心 网可建立本地交换的释放本地交换消息。
应用实例二:
如图 7所示, MSC在发送由于核心网原因而导致释放本地交换的释放 本地交换请求消息给 BSS后, 且在收到 BSS发送的确认、 或者拒绝释放本 地交换的消息前, 若收到 BSS发送的释放本地交换请求消息时, MSC将不 再发送由于 BSS原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息给 BSS。 从 而, BSS将只会收到一条用于释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息, 具体的, 只收到一条由于核心网原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息。 BSS 将在收到该由于核心网原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息后, 开始执行释放本地交换的操作。 其中, 由于核心网原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换请求消息 为: 带有释放本地交换的原因为核心网原因需要释放、 或核心网允许本地 交换状态为核心网不可建立本地交换的释放本地交换消息。
由于 BSS原因而导致释放本地交换的释放本地交换消息为: 带有释放 本地交换的原因为 BSS原因需要释放、 或核心网允许本地交换状态为核心 网可建立本地交换的释放本地交换消息。
一种释放本地交换的系统,该系统包括释放单元,释放单元用于在 BSS 收到核心网下发的释放本地交换消息的情况下, BSS根据释放本地交换消 息中的释放参数判决是否释放本地交换。
这里, 释放参数具体包括: 核心网告知 BSS释放本地交换的原因、 和 / 或核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态。
这里, 核心网告知 BSS释放本地交换的原因是基于 BSS自身释放本地 交换的请求; 核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态是基于 当前核心网的自身需要。
这里, 释放单元进一步用于在 BSS收到核心网告知 BSS释放本地交换 的原因时, BSS进一步结合 BSS自身的状态判决是否释放本地交换。
这里,释放单元进一步用于在 BSS收到核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是 否允许本地交换的状态时, BSS立即释放本地交换。

权利要求书
1、 一种释放本地交换的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 基站子系统 ( BSS )收到核心网下发的释放本地交换消息; 所述 BSS根据所述释放本 地交换消息中的释放参数判决是否释放本地交换。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述释放参数具体包括: 核心网告知 BSS释放本地交换的原因、和 /或核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是 否允许本地交换的状态。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述核心网告知 BSS释 放本地交换的原因是基于 BSS 自身释放本地交换的请求; 所述核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态是基于当前核心网的自身需要。
4、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述 BSS收到所 述核心网告知 BSS释放本地交换的原因时, 该方法还包括: BSS进一步结 合 BSS自身的状态判决是否释放本地交换。
5、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述 BSS收到所 述核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态时,该方法还包括: BSS立即释放本地交换。
6、 一种释放本地交换的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括释放单元, 用 于在 BSS收到核心网下发的释放本地交换消息的情况下, 所述 BSS根据所 述释放本地交换消息中的释放参数判决是否释放本地交换。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的系统,其特征在于, 所述释放参数具体包括: 核心网告知 BSS释放本地交换的原因、和 /或核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是 否允许本地交换的状态。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述核心网告知 BSS释 放本地交换的原因是基于 BSS 自身释放本地交换的请求; 所述核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地交换的状态是基于当前核心网的自身需要。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述释放单元, 进 一步用于在所述 BSS收到所述核心网告知 BSS释放本地交换的原因时, BSS 进一步结合 BSS自身的状态判决是否释放本地交换。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述释放单元, 进一步用于在所述 BSS收到所述核心网告知 BSS当前核心网是否允许本地 交换的状态时, BSS立即释放本地交换。
