背景技术
在现有的全球移动通讯系统 ( Global System for Mobile Communications, 简称为 GSM )中, 移动交换中心服务器( Mobile Switching Center Server, 简 称为 MSC Server )和基站控制器 ( Base Station Controller, 简称为 BSC )之 间釆用 A接口进行通信, 而移动终端 (Mobile Station, 简称为 MS )与基站 收发台 ( Base Transceiver Station, 简称为 BTS )通过空中接口 Um接口进行 通信。 此外, BTS与 BSC之间通过 Abis接口连接。 另外, 由 BSC和 BTS 组成基站子系统( Base Station Subsystem, 简称为 BSS ) , MSC和 MGW都 是核心网 ( Core Network , 简称为 CN ) 的一部分。 目前在 GSM 系统的主叫与被叫流程中, 都会将呼叫一方的用户面语音 通过 BSS传递给媒体网关( Media Gateway, 简称为 MGW ), 再由 MGW传 递给对端的 BSS, 即使通话双方处于同一个 BSS下也如此。 但是, 在实际的 GSM网络中, 存在着大量本地通话(Local Call ) 的情况, 即通话双方属于 同一 BTS下、 或者属于同一 BTS簇下的不同 BTS、 或者属于同一 BSC下。 对于这些本地通话, 如果沿用目前的呼叫处理流程, 则会出现以下问题: 对于属于同一 BTS下的呼叫,就会出现呼叫一方的用户面语音通过 BTS 的 Abis口接传送给 BSC, BSC再将该用户面语音通过 A接口传送给 MGW, MGW再把用户面语音通过 A接口传送回原 BSC, 原 BSC再将该用户面语 音传送给原 BTS的情况, 导致 Abis接口和 A接口传输资源的浪费; 对于属于同一 BTS簇下的不同 BTS间的呼叫, 就会出现呼叫一方的用 户面语音通过 BTS的 Abis接口传送给该 BTS簇的控制 BTS, 该控制 BTS 再通过其 Abis接口将该用户面语音传送给 BSC, BSC再将该用户面语音通 过 A接口传送给 MGW, MGW再将用户面语音通过 A接口传送回原 BSC, 原 BSC再将该用户面语音传送给上述控制 BTS, 上述控制 BTS再将该用户 面语音传送给原 BTS的情况,导致上述控制 BTS与 BSC间的 Abis接口传输 资源的浪费, 同时也浪费了 A接口传输资源; 如图 1所示, 对于属于同一 BSC下的呼叫, 就会出现 BSC先将用户面 语音通过 A接口传送给 MGW, MGW再把用户面语音通过 A接口传送给该 BSC的情况, 导致 A接口传输资源的浪费。 而为了避免这类对传输资源的浪费, 提出了本地交换功能。 本地交换功 能是通过 BSS进行双方语音数据的交换的功能, 对于在同一个 BSS下的通 话双方, 由 BSS进行双方用户面语音的交换, 如图 2所示。 但是在使用本地交换后, 若通话的一方需要进行切换时, 如: 需要从原 先的 BSC切换到另一个 BSC时, 由于通话双方不再由同一个 BSC为其提供 服务, 将导致无法再继续使用本地交换功能。 现有的方案对于使用本地交换功能的呼叫在需要切换时, 釆用的方法为 先停止使用本地交换, 恢复原先通过由核心网进行交换的方式, 然后按照现 有的切换流程进行切换, 如图 3所示。 但是该方法需要先释放本地交换, 再 执行切换, 将会延迟切换的时间。 同时, 如果切换失败, 还需要重新建立本 地交换。
发明内容 本申请发明人发现: 如果对使用了本地交换的用户直接使用切换功能, 则对于为进行切换的一方, 其同时存在两条用户面的链接(本地交换的内部 链接和与 MGW的链接) , 这两条链接在切换过程中在某时刻只有其中一条 是有效的, BSS只能将从一条数据中收到的用户面语音数据发送给未进行切 换的移动终端(Mobile Station, MS ) 。 但 BSS无法判断哪条链接是有效的, 因此, 在切换过程中, 会出现 BSS不知道该将从哪条链接收到的用户面语音 数据发送给 MS的问题, 以至于无法在本地交换时直接使用切换功能。 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种本地交换中实现切换的系统、 方法 及基站子系统, 可实现在终端进行 BSS切换的过程中, 源 BSS能够准确地 判断出有效链接, 进而可以在本地交换时直接使用切换功能。 本发明提供一种本地交换中实现切换的方法, 该方法包括: 进行本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行基站子系统切换的过程中, 核心网向源基站子系统发送指示信息, 所述源基站子系统根据所述指示信息 决定是将从媒体网关收到的用户面语音数据发送至未进行基站子系统切换的 终端, 还是将从内部链路收到的用户面语音数据发送至未进行基站子系统切 换的终端。 其中:

本发明的较佳实施方式 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 下文中将结合附图 对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申 请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。 本发明本地通话处理方法及移动通信系统, 在使用了本地交换功能后, 若通话双方中的某一终端需要进行切换时, 除了执行现有协议规定的切换流 程外, BSS在发送切换命令 ( Handover Command )消息给手机后, 需要判断 从 MGW收到的是否为静音帧。 本实施例提供一种本地交换中实现切换的系统,该系统包括 BSS及核心 网, 核心网包括 MGW; 核心网设置为:进行本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行 BSS切换的 过程中向源 BSS发送指示信息, 该指示信息用于指示终端是否完成 BSS的 切换, 即指示源 BSS接收的 MGW发来的用户面语音数据是否有效; 该指示信息可以是一指示标识, 切换完成前与切换完成后釆用不同的取 值进行标识,即通过不同的取值指示源 BSS与 MGW之间的链接上的用户面 数据是否有效; 该指示信息也可以是用户面语音帧, MGW通过不同的语音帧类型指示 源 BSS与 MGW之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效,如可以是切换完成前 发送静音帧, 切换完成后发送非静音帧。 核心网若未收到切换目标 BSS发送的用户面语音数据则 MS 未完成切 换, 切换完成前核心网发送的指示信息可以是周期性的发送, 如每 160ms发 送一次。
BSS设置为: 收到 MSC发来的切换命令后, 向需要进行切换的一 MS (移动终端)发送切换命令; 以及在 MS切换过程中将有效的用户面语音数 据发送至未进行切换的其他 MS; 该 BSS为终端进行切换时的源 BSS。 进一步地, BSS根据核心网发来的指示信息判断收到的从 MGW发来的 用户面语音数据是否有效; 若核心网发送的是指示标识, 则根据指示标识的 取值判断从核心网发来的用户面语音数据是否有效, 若 MGW发送的是用户 面语音帧,则根据语音帧类型判断从 MGW发来的用户面语音数据是否有效。 当判定从 MGW发来的用户面语音数据无效时将从内部链路收到的用户面语 音数据发送至未进行切换的 MS, 当判定从 MGW发来的用户面语音数据有 效时将 MGW发来的用户面语音数据发送至未进行切换的其他 MS。
本实施例提供一种本地交换中实现切换的方法, 设进行本地交换的通信 方中的某 MS需要进行 BSS切换, 如图 4所示, 包括: 步骤 401 : BSS收到 MSC发来的切换命令后, 向需要进行切换的一 MS (移动终端)发送切换命令; 核心网在未收到切换目标 BSS发送的用户面语音数据前, 向源 BSS发 送一指示信息, 该指示信息用于指示终端是否完成 BSS 的切换, 即指示源 BSS接收的核心网发来的用户面语音数据是否有效; 该指示信息可以是一指示标识, 切换完成前与切换完成后釆用不同的取 值进行标识, 该指示信息也可以是用户面语音帧, 核心网中的 MGW通过不 同的语音帧类型指示源基站子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是 否有效, 如切换完成前发送静音帧, 切换完成后发送非静音帧。 该指示信息可以是周期性的发送给 BSS, 如每 160ms发送一次。 步骤 402: BSS接收核心网发来的指示信息,并根据指示信息判断从 BSS 与 MGW间的用户面语音链路上收到的用户面语音数据是否有效, 即 MS是 否切换完成, 若有效则执行步骤 403 , 若无效执行步骤 404; 该步骤中, 若 BSS收到的指示信息为指示标识, 则根据指示标识的取值 判断从 BSS与 MGW间的用户面语音链路上收到的用户面语音数据是否有 效,若 MGW发送的是用户面语音帧,则根据语音帧类型判断从 BSS与 MGW 间的用户面语音链路上收到的用户面语音数据是否有效。 例如, MGW发来的用户面语音数据为静音帧则说明从 BSS与 MGW间 的用户面语音链路上收到的用户面语音数据无效, 即未完成 BSS 切换, 若 BSS收到的 MGW发来的用户面语音数据为非静音帧则说明从 BSS与 MGW 间的用户面语音链路上收到的用户面语音数据有效, 即完成 BSS切换。 步骤 403: BSS将 MGW发来的用户面语音数据发送至未进行切换的 MS。 步骤 404: BSS将从内部链路收到的用户面语音数据发送至未进行切换 的其他 MS。 当 BSS收到 MSC发送的清除命令时, BSS除了释放该切换用户原先使 用的资源外, 同时停止本地交换功能。
本实施例还提供了一种本地交换中的基站子系统, 该基站子系统为进行 本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行基站子系统切换的过程中的源基站子 系统, 所述源基站子系统设置为: 接收进行本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行基站子系统切换的过程 中, 核心网向源基站子系统发送的指示信息; 以及 根据所述指示信息决定是将从媒体网关收到的用户面语音数据发送至未 进行基站子系统切换的终端, 还是将从内部链路收到的用户面语音数据发送 至未进行基站子系统切换的终端。 其中: 所述指示信息用于指示所述基站子系统切换是否完成, 即指示源基站子 系统接收的媒体网关发来的语音数据是否有效。 其中:
所述指示信息为一指示标识, 所述指示标识通过不同的取值指示源基站 子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效。 或者
所述指示信息为用户面语音帧, 核心网的媒体网关通过不同的语音帧类 型指示源基站子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效。 其中:
在切换完成前, 所述媒体网关向基站子系统发送的用户面语音帧为静音 帧, 在切换完成后, 所述媒体网关向基站子系统发送的用户面语音帧为非静 奢帧。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。 当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性 本发明提供一种本地交换中实现切换的系统、 方法以及基站子系统, 可 实现在终端进行 BSS切换的过程中, 源 BSS能够准确地判断出有效的用户 面语音数据, 因此可实现本地交换的同时完成终端的 BSS切换, 有效避免了 语音数据的丟失。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种本地交换中实现切换的方法, 该方法包括: 进行本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行基站子系统切换的过程中, 核心网向源基站子系统发送指示信息, 所述源基站子系统根据所述指示信息 决定是将从媒体网关收到的用户面语音数据发送至未进行基站子系统切换的 终端, 还是将从内部链路收到的用户面语音数据发送至未进行基站子系统切 换的终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中: 所述核心网向源基站子系统发送的指示信息用于指示所述基站子系统切 换是否完成,即指示源基站子系统接收的媒体网关发来的语音数据是否有效。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中: 所述指示信息为用户面语音帧, 核心网中的媒体网关通过不同的语音帧 类型指示源基站子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中: 所述指示信息为一指示标识, 所述指示标识通过不同的取值指示源基站 子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中: 在切换完成前, 所述媒体网关向基站子系统发送的用户面语音帧为静音 帧, 在切换完成后, 所述媒体网关向基站子系统发送的用户面语音帧为非静 音帧。
6、 一种本地交换中实现切换的系统, 该系统包括基站子系统及核心网; 所述核心网包括媒体网关; 其中: 所述核心网设置为: 进行本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行基站子 系统切换的过程中向源基站子系统发送指示信息; 所述源基站子系统设置为: 根据所述指示信息决定是将从媒体网关收到 的用户面语音数据发送至未进行基站子系统切换的终端, 还是将从内部链路 收到的用户面语音数据发送至未进行基站子系统切换的终端。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中: 所述核心网向源基站子系统发送的指示信息用于指示所述基站子系统切 换是否完成,即指示源基站子系统接收的媒体网关发来的语音数据是否有效。
8、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的系统, 其中: 所述指示信息为用户面语音帧, 所述媒体网关通过不同的语音帧类型指 示源基站子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效。
9、 如权利要求 6或 7所述的系统, 其中: 所述指示信息为一指示标识, 所述指示标识通过不同的取值指示源基站 子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中: 在切换完成前, 所述媒体网关向基站子系统发送的用户面语音帧为静音 帧, 在切换完成后, 所述媒体网关向基站子系统发送的用户面语音帧为非静 音帧。
11、 一种本地交换中的基站子系统, 其特征在于, 所述基站子系统为进 行本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行基站子系统切换的过程中的源基站 子系统, 所述源基站子系统设置为: 接收进行本地交换的通信方中的任一终端在进行基站子系统切换的过程 中, 核心网向源基站子系统发送的指示信息; 以及 根据所述指示信息决定是将从媒体网关收到的用户面语音数据发送至未 进行基站子系统切换的终端, 还是将从内部链路收到的用户面语音数据发送 至未进行基站子系统切换的终端。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的基站子系统, 其中: 所述指示信息用于指示所述基站子系统切换是否完成, 即指示源基站子 系统接收的媒体网关发来的语音数据是否有效。
13、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的基站子系统, 其中: 所述指示信息为用户面语音帧, 核心网的媒体网关通过不同的语音帧类 型指示源基站子系统与媒体网关之间的链接上的用户面数据是否有效。
14、 如权利要求 11或 12所述的基站子系统, 其中:
