Abstract

본 발명은 2단 변속모터에 관한 것으로, 모터의 초기 구동시 동력 전달 효율이 높으면서도 소망하는 속도로의 변속이 가능하고, 가격경쟁력이 있으며, 제품의 활용성을 높여 다양한 분야에서 사용할 수 있도록 할 목적으로, 일측 및 타측에 각각 제1풀리 및 제2풀리가 설치되고 전기적으로 구동하는 모터축(100); 상기 제1 및 제2풀리 중 적어도 하나와 상기 모터축을 연결하는 원심클러치(110); 일측에 상기 제1풀리와 연동하는 제3풀리가 설치되고 타측에 상기 제2풀리와 연동하는 제4풀리가 설치된 종동축(200); 상기 제3 및 제4풀리 중 어느 하나와 상기 종동축을 연결하는 일방향(one-way)클러치(210);의 결합으로 이루어진 2단 변속모터가 제공된다.
