本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及通信领域中基于自助终端的实名开户入 网的方法和自助终端。 背景技术
目前电信运营商主要通过营业厅或者代理商等实体渠道给用户提供开 户入网服务, 其中通过营业厅渠道进行开户入网能够实现实名开户入网, 该 过程通常为: 营业厅的业务代表首先核对用户的身份证件, 人为判断用户与 证件信息是否一致; 然后用户选择喜欢的号码, 手工填写相关表格, 并缴纳 相应的费用; 最后营业厅的业务代表在业务支撑系统 (Business Support System , 筒称为 "BSS " ) 中手工录入用户的信息, 例如姓名、 身份证号、 住 址等, 以及用户选择的号码, 并通过 BSS 的营业电脑终端将客户识别模块 ( Subscriber Identity Module, 筒称为 "SIM" ) 卡数据写入 SIM卡, 从而完 成实名开户入网。
另一方面, 通过代理商渠道进行开户入网不能实现实名开户入网, 并且 代理商销售的 SIM卡的相应号码已经在 BSS上进行了预绑定, 用户只需从 代理商的有限号码列表中选择号码并缴纳相应费用即可。
然而, 无论是通过营业厅渠道还是通过代理商渠道来给用户提供开户入 网服务, 都需要采用人工服务方式, 因而服务时间有限、 网点覆盖范围也有 限, 用户体验不够好。
为此, 一种可能的解决方法是基于自助终端来给用户提供开户入网服 务。 自助终端是以信息化方式提供服务的自助渠道, 是电信运营商的电子渠 道的有效组成部分, 同时自助终端作为实体营业厅在时间和空间上的延伸, 是用户身边的应急服务渠道。
经过多年的发展, 目前自助终端提供的业务查询、 充值缴费、 业务办理 等自助服务已被大众广泛接受, 并逐渐改变着人们的生活方式和消费理念。 与传统的营业厅方式相比, 自助终端提供的自助服务方式更加方便于以客户 为主导的服务, 用户将拥有更大的决定自主权, 用户不仅可根据自己的个性 特点和需求选取产品, 还可以不受时间和地域限制。 因此, 自助终端提供的 服务能够为不同客户的步履需要、 心理需要和场地需求提供满足; 并且自助 终端具有覆盖面广、 实用性强、 易用程度高、 客户接受程度高等特色。
然而, 目前的自助终端无法对用户身份进行检验, 因此不能够给用户提 供实名开户入网服务。 发明内容
为此, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于自助终端的实名开户入网的方法和 自助终端, 能够给用户提供实名开户入网服务。
一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种基于自助终端的实名开户入网的方 法, 该方法包括: 读取用户的身份信息; 读取该用户的生物特征数据; 根据 该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 确定该身份信息有效; 获取该用户选择的号 码以及获取用户识别模块 SIM卡数据; 将该身份信息、 该号码和该 SIM卡 数据发送给业务支撑系统, 以便于该业务支撑系统根据该身份信息为该用户 建立账户, 并将该号码和该 SIM卡数据绑定到该账户。

S120, 读取该用户的生物特征数据;

为了实现基于自助终端的实名开户入网业务, 自助终端需要对用户的身 份进行检验。 为此, 在本发明实施例中, 自助终端读取用户的身份信息和生 物特征数据, 并根据该身份信息和该生物特征数据确定用户的身份信息有 效; 之后, 自助终端还需要获取该用户选择的号码以及 SIM卡数据, 并且自 助终端将该身份信息、该号码和该 SIM卡数据发送给业务支撑系统, 以便于 该业务支撑系统才艮据该身份信息为该用户建立账户,并将该号码和该 SIM卡 数据绑定到该账户, 从而自助终端能够提供实名开户入网服务。
因此, 本发明实施例的基于自助终端的实名开户入网的方法, 通过获取 用户的身份信息和生物特征数据, 并根据该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 确 定该身份信息的有效性, 从而能够对用户身份进行检验, 并给用户提供实名 开户入网服务。
在 S110 中, 自助终端可以通过电子身份证读卡器, 读取用户的电子身 份证芯片中存储的身份信息, 该身份信息可以包括用户的姓名、性别、 民族、 出生日期、 户籍地址、 身份证号、 学习经历、 职业、 联系方式等信息中的一 种或多种。
在 S120 中, 用户的生物特征数据至少包括指纹、 虹膜和人脸图像中的 一种。 例如, 自助终端可以通过指纹扫描仪读取用户的指纹, 也可以通过虹 膜扫描仪读取用户的虹膜, 还可以通过人脸识別仪读取用户的人脸图像, 当 然, 自助终端还可以通过其它装置读取用户的其它生物特征数据, 本发明并 不以此为限。 例如, 自助终端还可以通过分析仪器读取用户的 DNA数据。
在 S130 中, 自助终端可以根据读取的该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 直接将该身份信息和该生物特征数据发送给身份证认证服务器, 以便于该身 份证认证服务器对该身份信息的有效性进行检验, 如果用户的身份信息与生 物特征数据相一致, 那么可以确定用户的身份信息有效; 反之, 自助终端确 定用户的身份信息无效。
可选地, 如图 2所示, 根据本发明实施例的确定用户的身份信息的方法 200包括:
S210, 自助终端将该身份信息和该生物特征数据通过自助服务平台发送 给身份证认证服务器, 以便于该身份证认证服务器对该身份信息的有效性进 行检验;
S220, 当通过该自助服务平台接收到该身份证认证服务器发送的该身份 信息与该生物特征数据相一致的结果时, 自助终端确定该身份信息有效。
在 S140 中, 自助终端可以给用户提供预先确定的号码列表, 并接收用 户从号码列表中选择的号码。 可选地, 自助终端也可以接收用户输入的号码 查询条件 , 并通过自助服务平台获取并显示与该号码查询条件相对应的可用 号码信息, 其中该获取用户选择的号码, 包括: 接收该用户根据该可用号码 信息选择的该号码。
具体地, 用户可以通过自助终端的号码查询界面输入一个或多个号码查 询条件, 该号码查询条件可以包括号码头前缀查询、 号码头后缀查询、 包含 指定数字查询等, 并通过自助服务平台调用业务支撑系统的号码查询接口, 获取可用号码信息, 该可以号码信息可以包括号码以及与号码对应的费用等 信息, 从而用户可以从该可用号码信息中选择号码。
自助终端可以提供未存储数据的空白 SIM卡,也可以提供已经存储数据 的 SIM卡。 如果自助终端提供空白 SIM卡, 那么在 S140中, 自助终端可以 通过自助服务平台从业务支撑系统获取 SIM卡数据, 并在获取该 SIM卡数 据之后, 将该 SIM卡数据写入 SIM卡中, 并可以输出该 SIM卡。 如果自助 终端提供已经写入数据的 SIM卡, 那么在 S140中, 自助终端可以读取已存 储数据的多张 SIM卡中任一张 SIM卡的 SIM卡数据,并在获取该 SIM卡数 据之后, 输出与该 SIM卡数据相对应的 SIM卡。
在 S150中, 自助终端可以将该身份信息、 该号码和该 SIM卡数据通过 自助服务平台发送给业务支撑系统,以便于该业务支撑系统根据该身份信息 为该用户建立账户, 并将该号码和该 SIM卡数据绑定到该账户。
在本发明实施例中, 在自助终端读取用户的身份信息之前, 自助终端还 可以根据该用户选择的业务, 向自助服务平台发送该业务的标识, 以及与该 业务相对应的外设模块的状态信息, 以便于该自助服务平台对该外设模块的 状态进行检测。 因此, 用户在选择业务后, 能够获知自助终端的与该业务相 对应的外设模块是否能够支持该业务, 从而在自助终端不能提供用户选择的 业务时, 及时地告知用户, 避免浪费用户的时间, 由此能够进一步提高用户 体验。
在本发明实施例中, 在用户选择号码之后, 根据本发明实施例的方法还 可以包括: 自助终端接收该用户缴纳的现金或读取该用户的银行卡信息, 以 收取该用户缴纳的开户入网费用。
应理解, 上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后, 各过程 的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定, 而不应对本发明实施例的实施过程 构成任何限定。 例如, S110和 S120可以同时执行, 也可以先执行 S 120, 再 执行 S110。例如, 自助终端也可以先获取用户选择的号码和 /或 SIM卡数据, 再对用户的身份进行验证, 即可以先执行 S140, 再执行 S110、 S120、 S130。

上文结合图 1和图 2, 从自助终端角度详细描述了根据本发明实施例的 方法, 下面将结合图 3和图 4, 主要从自助服务平台的角度详细描述根据本 发明实施例的基于自助终端的实名开户入网的方法 300的示意性流程图。如 图 3所示,该方法 300可以由自助服务平台执行,并且该方法 300可以包括: S310, 接收自助终端发送的用户的身份信息;
S320, 接收该自助终端发送的该用户的生物特征数据;
S330, 将该身份信息和该生物特征数据发送给身份证认证服务器, 以对 该用户的身份信息的有效性进行检验。
本发明实施例的基于自助终端的实名开户入网的方法, 通过获取用户的 身份信息和生物特征数据, 并根据该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 确定该身 份信息的有效性, 从而能够对用户身份进行检验, 并给用户提供实名开户入 网服务。
如图 4所示, 在 S410中, 根据本发明实施例的通过自助终端进行实名 开户入网的方法流程开始。
在 S420中, 用户通过自助终端选择实名开户入网业务。
在 S430 中, 自助服务平台确定用户选择的该实名开户入网业务是否可 用。 如果自助服务平台确定用户选择的该业务不可用, 那么流程直接进行到 S490, 相应的流程结束; 反之, 如果自助服务平台确定用户选择的该业务可 用, 那么流程进行到 S440。
在 S430 中, 自助服务平台为了确定该实名开户入网业务是否可用, 需 要对与该业务相应的终端的状态进行检测, 具体地, 根据本发明实施例的用 于实名开户入网的方法, 检测终端状态方法可以包括:
自助服务平台接收该自助终端发送的业务功能请求信息, 以及与所请求 的业务相对应的外设模块的状态信息;
自助服务平台根据与该业务相应的业务可用规则配置信息和该状态信 息, 对该外设模块的状态进行检测。
可选地, 该业务功能请求信息包括所请求业务的标识, 自助服务平台可 以根据该业务标识确定与该业务相应的业务可用规则配置信息。 例如, 用户 选择开户发 SIM卡业务,那么自助服务平台接收自助终端发送的业务功能请 求信息, 以及与该开户发 SIM业务相应的外设模块的状态信息,例如该外设 模块包括 SIM卡读写发卡器、 电子身份证读卡器、 生物特征读取模块、 打印 模块等。
自助服务平台可以根据该业务功能请求信息,确定与所请求的业务相应 的业务可用规则配置信息, 如表 1所示, 并通过将该状态信息与业务可用规 则配置信息进行比对, 对该外设模块的状态进行检测, 由此确定所请求的业 务是否可用。

在将各相关的外设模块的状态信息与业务可用规则配置信息进行比对 只有相关的外设模块的状态都属于对应外设模块的允许状态集合中, 所 请求的业务才可使用, 相应业务操作才可继续。 例如, 如果 SIM卡读写发卡 器状态为无卡或者其它非正常状态, 那么不能使用 "开户发 SIM卡" 业务, 系统提示相关的提示信息, 相应业务操作流程结束。
在 S440 中, 自助服务平台检验用户信息是否有效。 如果自助服务平台 确定用户信息无效, 那么流程直接进行到 S490, 相应的流程结束; 如果自 助服务平台确定用户信息有效, 那么流程进行到 S450。
在 S440 中, 自助服务平台可以接收该自助终端发送的用户的身份信息 和生物特征数据, 并将该身份信息和该生物特征数据发送给身份证认证服务 器进行校验, 以对该用户的身份进行检验。
应理解, 在本发明实施例中, 也可以先检验用户信息是否有效, 再确定 业务是否可用, 即流程可以先进行 S440, 再进行 S430。 上文所描述的例子 仅仅是本发明实施例的一个具体实施例, 本发明不应限于此。
在 S450 中, 用户查询并选择号码。 应理解, 自助服务平台也可以随机 给用户确定一个号码, 即用户不能够自己选择喜欢的号码, 此时流程直接进 行到 S460, 而不进行 S450。 根据本发明实施例的基于自助终端的实名开户 入网的方法, 选择号码的方法包括:
自助服务平台根据该自助终端发送的号码查询条件,通过调用业务支撑 系统获取可用号码信息; 该号码查询条件可以包括号码头前缀查询、 号码头 后缀查询、 包含指定数字查询等;
自助服务平台向该自助终端发送该可用号码信息; 该可以号码信息可以 包括号码以及与号码对应的费用等信息;
自助服务平台接收该自助终端发送的该用户根据该可用号码信息选择 的号码。
可选地, 在本发明实施例中, 选择号码的方法还包括:
自助服务平台通过调用该业务支撑系统将该号码锁定。 自助服务平台可 以调用 BSS系统的号码锁定接口, 以将用户选择的该号码锁定,从而可以避 免该号码在操作期间被其它用户同时选中。

应理解, 上述方法描述了自助终端中存放的 SIM卡为空白 SIM卡, 并 采用实时写卡的方式,如果自助终端中存放已经存储 SIM卡数据但未绑定号 码的 SIM卡,那么自助服务平台可以首先接收该自助终端发送的存储在 SIM 卡中的 SIM卡数据, 然后将该身份信息、 该号码、 该 SIM卡数据发送给该 业务支撑系统, 以便于该业务支撑系统根据身份信息为用户建立账户, 并将 该号码与该 SIM卡数据绑定到该账户。

本发明实施例的基于自助终端的实名开户入网的方法, 通过获取用户的 身份信息和生物特征数据, 并根据该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 确定该身 份信息的有效性, 从而能够对用户身份进行检验, 并给用户提供实名开户入 网服务, 并进一步提高用户体验。
上文结合图 1至图 5详细描述了根据本发明实施例的基于自助终端的实 名开户入网的方法, 下面将结合图 6和图 7, 描述根据本发明实施例的用于 实名开户入网的自助终端 600。
如图 6所示, 该自助终端 600包括:
电子身份证读卡器 605, 用于读取用户的身份信息;
生物特征读取模块 610, 用于读取该用户的生物特征数据;
确定模块 615, 用于根据该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 确定该身份信 息有效;
第一获取模块 620, 用于获取该用户选择的号码;
第二获取模块 625, 用于获取用户识别模块 SIM卡数据;
第一发送模块 630, 用于将该身份信息、 该号码和该 SIM卡数据发送给 业务支撑系统, 以便于该业务支撑系统才艮据该身份信息为该用户建立账户, 并将该号码和该 SIM卡数据绑定到该账户。
本发明实施例的用于实名开户入网的自助终端, 通过获取用户的身份信 息和生物特征数据, 并根据该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 确定该身份信息 的有效性, 从而能够对用户身份进行检验, 给用户提供实名开户入网服务, 并且能够增强用户体验。
可选地, 该生物特征读取模块 610至少包括指纹扫描仪、 虹膜扫描仪和 人脸识别仪中的一种。
可选地, 如图 7所示, 该自助终端 600还包括:
第二发送模块 635, 用于根据该用户选择的业务, 向自助服务平台发送 该业务的标识, 以及与该业务相对应的外设模块的状态信息, 以便于该自助 服务平台对该外设模块的状态进行检测。
可选地, 如图 7所示, 该确定模块 615包括:
发送单元 6151 ,用于将该身份信息和该生物特征数据通过自助服务平台 发送给身份证认证服务器, 以便于该身份证认证服务器对该身份信息的有效 性进行检验;
确定单元 6152,用于当通过该自助服务平台接收到该身份证认证服务器 发送的该身份信息与该生物特征数据相一致的结果时, 确定该身份信息有 效。
可选地, 如图 7所示, 该自助终端 600还包括:
接收模块 640, 用于接收该用户输入的号码查询条件;
显示模块 645, 用于通过自助服务平台获取并显示与该号码查询条件相 对应的可用号码信息,
该第一获取模块还用于接收该用户根据该可用号码信息选择的该号码。 可选地 , 如图 7所示, 该自助终端 600还包括:
纸币接收器 650, 用于接收该用户缴纳的现金; 和 /或
银行卡读卡器 655, 用于读取该用户的银行卡信息, 以收取该用户缴纳 的开户入网费用。
可选地, 如图 7所示, 该第二获取模块 625还用于通过自助服务平台从 该业务支撑系统获取该 SIM卡数据,
该自助终端 600还包括:
SIM卡读写发卡器 660, 用于将该 SIM卡数据写入 SIM卡中; 输出模块 665, 用于输出该 SIM卡。
可选地, 如图 7所示, 该第二获取模块 625包括:
SIM卡读写发卡器 660, 用于读取已存储数据的多张 SIM卡中任一张
SIM卡的 SIM卡数据, 该自助终端 600还包括:
输出模块 665, 用于输出与该 SIM卡数据相对应的 SIM卡。
应理解,根据本发明实施例的用于实名开户入网的自助终端 600可对应 于本发明实施例中的自助终端, 并且自助终端 600中的各个模块的上述和其 它操作和 /或功能分别为了实现图 1至图 5中的各个方法 100至 500中由自助 终端实现的相应流程, 为了简洁, 在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例的用于实名开户入网的自助终端, 通过获取用户的身份信 息和生物特征数据, 并根据该身份信息和该生物特征数据, 确定该身份信息 的有效性, 从而能够对用户身份进行检验, 给用户提供实名开户入网服务, 并能够进一步提高用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到 , 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各 示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 计算机软件或者二者的结合来实 现, 为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性, 在上述说明中已经按照功能一 般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执 行, 取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个 特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超 出本发明的范围。

在本申请所提供的几个实施例中, 应该理解到, 所揭露的系统、 装置和 方法, 可以通过其它的方式实现。 例如, 以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示 意性的, 例如, 所述单元的划分, 仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分, 实际实现时可 以有另外的划分方式, 例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个 系统, 或一些特征可以忽略, 或不执行。 另夕卜, 所显示或讨论的相互之间的 耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口、装置或单元的间接耦合或 通信连接, 也可以是电的, 机械的或其它的形式连接。 为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元, 即可以位于一个地方, 或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或 者全部单元来实现本发明实施例方案的目的。 另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元 中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在, 也可以是两个或两个以上单元集成在 一个单元中。 上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现, 也可以采用软件 功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销 售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分, 或者该技术方 案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在 一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算 机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部 分步骤。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器 (ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存耳又存储器 ( RAM, Random Access Memory )、 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到各种等效的修改或替换, 这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围 之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种基于自助终端的实名开户入网的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 读取用户的身份信息;
读取所述用户的生物特征数据;
根据所述身份信息和所述生物特征数据, 确定所述身份信息有效; 获取所述用户选择的号码以及获取用户识别模块 SIM卡数据; 将所述身份信息、所述号码和所述 SIM卡数据发送给业务支撑系统, 以 便于所述业务支撑系统根据所述身份信息为所述用户建立账户, 并将所述号 码和所述 SIM卡数据绑定到所述账户。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述读取用户的身份 信息之前, 所述方法还包括:
根据所述用户选择的业务, 向自助服务平台发送所述业务的标识, 以及 与所述业务相对应的外设模块的状态信息, 以便于所述自助服务平台对所述 外设模块的状态进行检测。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定所述身份信息 有效, 包括:
将所述身份信息和所述生物特征数据通过自助服务平台发送给身份证 认证服务器, 以便于所述身份证认证服务器对所述身份信息的有效性进行检 验;
当通过所述自助服务平台接收到所述身份证认证服务器发送的所述身 份信息与所述生物特征数据相一致的结果时, 确定所述身份信息有效。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在确定所述身份信息有 效之后, 所述方法还包括:
接收所述用户输入的号码查询条件;
通过自助服务平台获取并显示与所述号码查询条件相对应的可用号码 信息,
所述获取所述用户选择的号码, 包括:
接收所述用户根据所述可用号码信息选择的所述号码。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述获取 SIM卡数据 之前, 所述方法还包括:
接收所述用户缴纳的现金或读取所述用户的银行卡信息,以收取所述用 户缴纳的开户入网费用。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 SIM卡数据, 包括:
通过自助服务平台从所述业务支撑系统获取所述 SIM卡数据, 在获取所述 SIM卡数据之后, 所述方法还包括:
将所述 SIM卡数据写入 SIM卡中, 并输出所述 SIM卡。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 SIM卡数据, 包括:
读取已存储数据的多张 SIM卡中任一张 SIM卡的 SIM卡数据, 在所述获取 SIM卡数据之后, 所述方法还包括:
输出与所述 SIM卡数据相对应的 SIM卡。
8、 一种用于实名开户入网的自助终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子身份证读卡器, 用于读取用户的身份信息;
生物特征读取模块, 用于读取所述用户的生物特征数据;
确定模块, 用于根据所述身份信息和所述生物特征数据, 确定所述身份 信息有效;
第一获取模块, 用于获取所述用户选择的号码;
第二获取模块, 用于获取用户识别模块 SIM卡数据;
第一发送模块,用于将所述身份信息、所述号码和所述 SIM卡数据发送 给业务支撑系统, 以便于所述业务支撑系统根据所述身份信息为所述用户建 立账户, 并将所述号码和所述 SIM卡数据绑定到所述账户。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的自助终端, 其特征在于, 所述自助终端还包 括:
第二发送模块, 用于根据所述用户选择的业务, 向自助服务平台发送所 述业务的标识, 以及与所述业务相对应的外设模块的状态信息, 以便于所述 自助服务平台对所述外设模块的状态进行检测。
10、根据权利要求 8所述的自助终端, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块包括: 发送单元, 用于将所述身份信息和所述生物特征数据通过自助服务平台 发送给身份证认证服务器, 以便于所述身份证认证服务器对所述身份信息的 有效性进行检验;
确定单元, 用于当通过所述自助服务平台接收到所述身份证认证服务器 发送的所述身份信息与所述生物特征数据相一致的结果时, 确定所述身份信 息有效。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的自助终端, 其特征在于, 所述自助终端还包 括:
接收模块, 用于接收所述用户输入的号码查询条件;
显示模块, 用于通过自助服务平台获取并显示与所述号码查询条件相对 应的可用号码信息,
所述第一获取模块还用于接收所述用户根据所述可用号码信息选择的 所述号码。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的自助终端, 其特征在于, 所述自助终端还包 括:
纸币接收器, 用于接收所述用户缴纳的现金; 和 /或
银行卡读卡器, 用于读取所述用户的银行卡信息, 以收取所述用户缴纳 的开户入网费用。
13、 根据权利要求 8至 12中任一项所述的自助终端, 其特征在于, 所 述第二获取模块还用于通过自助服务平台从所述业务支撑系统获取所述 SIM卡数据,
所述自助终端还包括:
SIM卡读写发卡器, 用于将所述 SIM卡数据写入 SIM卡中; 输出模块, 用于输出所述 SIM卡。
14、 根据权利要求 8至 12中任一项所述的自助终端, 其特征在于, 所 述第二获取模块包括:
SIM卡读写发卡器, 用于读取已存储数据的多张 SIM卡中任一张 SIM 卡的 SIM卡数据,
所述自助终端还包括:
输出模块, 用于输出与所述 SIM卡数据相对应的 SIM卡。
15、 根据权利要求 8至 12中任一项所述的自助终端, 其特征在于, 所 述生物特征读取模块至少包括指纹扫描仪、虹膜扫描仪和人脸识别仪中的一 种。
