Description
向用户设备提供服务业务的方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及服务业务提供技术, 尤其涉及一种向用户设备提供服务业 务的方法及系统。 背景技术
位置相关广告业务是通讯领域内的一种常见业务, 当用户设备(User Equipment )用户进入不同的位置区时, 网络可以向用户设备发起与所进入 位置区相关的广告业务。 在移动通讯系统中, 与位置区相关业务的开展可 以通过移动交换中心 (MSC, Mobile Switching Center ) /访问位置寄存器 ( VLR, Visitor Location Register ) 来实现。 当 MSC/VLR检测到用户移动 到特定位置区时, 主动向用户设备发送短消息, 开展与位置区相关的广告 业务。 目前的广告业务虽然为用户设备用户提供了与位置区相关的广告业 务, 但仍存在如下不便之处:
1、 用户设备用户属于被动接收 MSC/VLR的广告业务, 不能进行信息 交互。
2、 如果要求不同 MSC/VLR下的位置区域提供广告业务, 需要在网络 中多个 MSC/VLR提供相应的广告业务支持才能开展。
3、广告业务扩展时, 网络调整不方便,会大大增加运营商的维护成本。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种向用户设备提供服务业务 的方法及系统, 能统一实现对 MSC/VLR所对应位置区的服务业务配置 ,从 而方便对各 MSC/VLR的服务业务的维护。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种向用户设备提供服务业务的方法, 应用于移动通信系统中; 在归 属位置寄存器(HLR, Home Location Register )中配置服务业务, 并设置服 务业务的触发条件; 所述方法包括:
所述 HLR确定用户设备 UE满足所述触发条件或接收到所述 UE发送 的服务业务请求后, 向所述 UE发送相关的服务业务。
优选地, 所述在 HLR中配置服务业务为:

本发明中, 将各 MSC/VLR的相关服务业务均配置于 HLR中, 并设置 服务业务的触发条件, 满足触发条件时将相关服务业务发送给 UE。 本发明 同样支持 UE对所接收到的服务业务的反馈, 从而实现 HLR与 UE之间的 信息交互。 由于服务业务均配置于 HLR中, 因此, 在对这些服务业务进行 维护如更新或添加新业务时,直接在 HLR中进行维护即可,维护相当方便。 由于 UE用户能与 HLR之间进行信息交互, 因此, 所提供的服务业务更能 满足用户需求。 附图说明

本发明基本思想为,将各 MSC/VLR的相关服务业务均配置于 HLR中, 并设置服务业务的触发条件, 满足触发条件时将相关服务业务发送给 UE。 本发明同样支持 UE对所接收到的服务业务的反馈, 从而实现 HLR与 UE 之间的信息交互。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
本发明的技术方案应用于移动通信网络中, 移动通信网络由 UE、 移动 交换网络、 HLR等组成; 其中, UE为可以进行 USSD相关操作, 具有基本 的移动通讯功能的用户设备;移动交换网络负责 UE的无线接入、话路交换、 话路接续等功能。 HLR通过移动交换网络能向 UE发送 USSD业务请求, 并根据 UE的响应, 向 HLR返回 USSD业务请求的响应, HLR根据 UE的 USSD业务请求的响应,再次向 UE发送相关的 USSD业务,从而实现 HLR 与 UE之间的业务交互。
HLR中配置有服务业务(USSD业务),并设置有服务业务的触发条件。 具体的 , 在 HLR中配置服务业务为: 按 UE所接入的 MSC/VLR配置服务 业务; 对应的, 所述触发条件为, UE 首次接入到 MSC/VLR 中时, 所述 HLR向该接入到 MSC/VLR中的 UE发送为所述 MSC/VLR配置的业务。
或者, 所述在 HLR中配置服务业务为: 按 UE的标识信息配置服务业 务; 对应的, 所述触发条件为, UE开机后接入到网络时或在设定时刻到来 时, 所述 HLR按 UE的标识信息向 UE发送所配置的业务。
以下详细说明本发明是如何实现上述 USSD业务的。
实施例一
本示例中, HLR中的 USSD业务按 UE所接入的 MSC/VLR配置; 并
在 UE开机后接入某 MSC/VLR时或切换到某 MSC/VLR时, HLR将与该 MSC/VLR相关的 USSD业务发送给 UE, 并在接收到 UE的反馈信息后进 行再次响应。
图 1 为本发明向用户设备提供服务业务的方法实施例一的流程图, 如 图 1所示, 本示例向用户设备提供服务业务的方法具体包括以下步骤: 步骤 101 , 用户漫游位置区域发生变化, 向移动交换网络(MSC/VLR ) 发出位置更新业务请求;
步骤 102, 移动交换网络向 HLR发送 UE的位置更新请求消息; 步骤 103 , HLR确认该 UE在当前位置允许漫游, 返回位置更新响应; 步骤 104, HLR确定用户当前的位置信息发生变化, 通过移动交换网 络向用户设备发送 USSD业务请求 /通知;
步骤 105 , 移动交换网络将 USSD业务请求 /通知发送给用户设备; 步骤 106, 用户通过用户设备接收到 USSD业务请求 /通知, 并根据所 接收到的感兴趣的 USSD业务与 HLR进行信息交互;如 HLR向 UE发送了 关于某酒店的 USSD广告业务时, 广告业务中还包含餐饮折扣信息的选项, 当用户确定对该广告业务中的餐饮折扣信息感兴趣时, 可向 HLR发送包含 餐饮折扣标识信息的 USSD业务反馈响应, 并发送给移动交换网络;
步骤 107, 移动交换网络收到用户设备发送的 USSD业务响应; 步骤 108, 移动交换网络将用户设备的 USSD业务响应发送给 HLR; 步骤 109, HLR才艮据用户的 USSD业务响应判断用户需要继续下一步 信息交互,并再次通过移动交换网络向用户设备发送 USSD业务请求 /通知; 具体的, HLR接收到用户反馈的 USSD业务响应后, 根据 USSD业务响应 中携带的业务标识信息等, 确定用户需要的其他的 USSD业务, 并将该其 他的 USSD业务通过移动交换网络发送给 UE。 具体的, 当 UE发送的携带 餐饮折扣标识信息的响应后, 将根据设定的 USSD业务确定规则, 确定出
用户还需要该酒店的餐饮折扣信息, 会将相关的餐饮折扣信息通过移动交 换网络发送给 UE。
步骤 110, 移动交换网络将 HLR发送来的 USSD业务请求 /通知发送给 用户设备; 其中, USSD业务请求 /通知中携带有上述餐饮折扣信息。
步骤 111 , 用户从用户设备接收到 USSD业务请求 /通知, 选择结束信 息交互;
步骤 112: 移动交换网络将用户设备的 USSD业务响应发送给 HLR, HLR结束本次 USSD业务处理。
实施例二
本示例中, 在 HLR中按 UE的标识信息配置服务业务; 在 UE开机后 接入到网络时或在设定时刻到来时, HLR按 UE的标识信息向 UE发送所 配置的业务。 具体的, 在 HLR中, 可按 UE的号码段来配置服务业务, 一 般而言, UE的号码段都是按行政区域分配的, 这样, 本发明根据号码段来 配置相应的服务业务信息,并在确定 UE开机接入到移动通信网络时, HLR 将与该 UE的号码段对应的 USSD业务通过移动交换网络发送给 UE。或者, 在设定的发送 USSD业务的时刻到来时, HLR将与该 UE的号码段对应的 USSD业务通过移动交换网络发送给 UE。 当 UE用户对 HLR发送的 USSD 业务感兴趣时, 可通过前述实施例一的方式向 HLR发送反馈响应, HLR根 据该反馈响应为 UE进一步确定所需的 USSD业务,并再次通过移动交换网 络发送给 UE。

4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE发送的服 务业务请求为针对所接收的服务业务的反馈。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, HLR与 UE之间以非结 构化补充业务数据 USSD的方式传输服务业务。
6、 一种向用户设备提供服务业务的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括 配置单元、 确定单元、 接收单元和发送单元, 所述确定单元、 接收单元和 发送单元设置于 HLR中; 其中,
配置单元,用于在 HLR中配置服务业务,并设置服务业务的触发条件; 确定单元, 用于确定 UE满足所述触发条件时触发发送单元; 接收单元, 用于接收到所述 UE发送的服务业务请求后触发发送单元; 发送单元, 用于向 UE发送相关的服务业务。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述配置单元进一步按 UE所接入的 MSC/ VLR配置服务业务;
对应的, UE切换到 MSC/VLR中或开机后接入到 MSC/VLR时满足所 述触发条件, 所述发送单元向该接入到 MSC/VLR中的 UE发送所述按 UE 所接入的 MSC/VLR配置的服务业务。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述配置单元进一步按 UE的标识信息配置服务业务;
对应的, UE开机后接入到网络时或在设定时刻到来时满足所述触发条 件, 所述发送单元向 UE发送所述按 UE的标识信息配置的服务业务。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 UE发送的服 务业务请求为针对所接收的服务业务的反馈。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的系统,其特征在于, HLR与 UE之间以 USSD 的方式传输服务业务。
