利用水力学原理进行固体物料的长距离管道输送时 , 因输送距离 少则几十公里, 多则近千公里, 因此在管线途中根据地形变化需增加 多个压力检测站以监视流体在管道中的运行状态, 在实际管道输送时, 因为输送浓度、 流速等工艺参数均会发生一定的变化, 此时流体的流 变特性也会随之发生变化, 因此整条管线中流体的沿程阻力随之发生 变化, 各压力监测站的参数也随之发生变化。 那么, 如何检测管道中 流体的参数进而根据检测到的参数调整各压力站的参数是长距离管道 输送中需要解决的问题。 ' 实用新型内容
为了解决浆体在不同浓度、 不同流速下的沿程阻力的精确计算, 本实用新型公开了一种长距离浆体管道输送压力检测系统, 具体技术 方案如下。
一种长距离浆体管道输送压力检测系统, 包括检测环管、 微差压 变送器及水银 U形管差压计, 检测环管与主管完全相同, 与主管并联 设置, 微差压变送器及水银 U形管差压计安装在检测环管两端, 在主 管中安装有主管阀, 在检测环管入口端安装有环管入口阀, 在出口端 安装有环管出口阀。 微差压变送器将现场检测的环管两端的压差转换为可编程逻辑控 制器可识别的模拟信号, 传送给可编程逻辑控制器, 然后再传送到管 道运行专家系统, 管道运行专家系统结合检测环管的实际长度计算在 当前流速和浓度下的单位长度的沿程阻力。
检测环管的长度约为 200米。
一种长距离浆体管道输送浆体压力检测的方法, 包括如下步骤: 在进行浆体输送时, 关闭主管阀门、 开启环管入口阀和环管出口 阀, 使得浆体进入主泵前先流经检测环管;
微差压变送器检测环管两端的压差, 将检测的差压值信号送入可 编程逻辑控制器;
管道运行专家系统从可编程逻辑控制器中取得浆体差压值, 结合 检测环管的实际长度计算在当前流速和浓度下的单位长度的沿程阻 力。
根据主管道沿途各压力检测点的长度和海拔高程, 计算出各个检 测点的理论压力值, 与实际检测值比较, 判断浆体在管道内的流体运 动状况。
在微差压变送器检测环管两端压差前, 先用水银 U形管差压计对 微差压变送器的准确度进行校准。
采用本实用新型所公开的系统进行检测, 解决了两相流在紊流状 态时理论计算值与实际值误差很大的问题, 保障了长距离浆体管道安 全、 稳定、 高效地运行。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行具体描述。
如图 1所示, 在起点泵站主泵入口 9前, 即啜料泵 8与主泵入口 9 之间, 与主管 1并联设置一条与主管 1完全相同的检测环管 2, 长度约 为 200米, 在环管两端安装微差压变送器 4及水银 U形管差压计 3。
在进行浆体输送时, 关闭主管阀门 7、 开启环管入口阀 5和环管出 口阀 6, 使得浆体进入主泵前先流经检测环管 2 , 则检测环管 2内浆体 浓度与流速都与主管 1中的浆体浓度与流速相同, 先用水银 U形管差 压计 3对微差压变送器 4的准确度进行校准, 经校准后的微差压变送 器 4检测的差压值信号送入 PLC (可编程逻辑控制器) , 管道运行专家 系统从 PLC中取得该值后, 结合检测环管 2的实际长度可精确计算出 在该流速和浓度下的单位长度的沿程阻力。
根据主管道沿途各压力检测点的长度和海拔高程, 就可精确计算 出各个检测点的压力值, 与实际检测值比较, 就可判断出浆体在管道 内的流体运动状况, 提醒、 指导操作人员及时进行相应的操作。

Claims

1、 一种长距离浆体管道输送压力检测系统, 其特征在于: 包括检 测环管(2)、 微差压变送器(4)及水银 U形管差压计(3) , 检测环管(2) 与主管(1)完全相同, 与主管(1)并联设置, 微差压变送器(4)及水银 U 形管差压计(3)安装在检测环管(2)两端, 在主管(1)中安装有主管阀 (7), 在检测环管(2)入口端安装有环管入口阀(5), 在出口端安装有环 管出口阀(6)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的长距离浆体管道输送压力检测系统, 其 特征在于: 微差压变送器(4)将现场检测的环管 (2 ) 两端的压差转换 为可编程逻辑控制器可识别的模拟信号, 传送给可编程逻辑控制器, 然后再传送到管道运行专家系统, 管道运行专家系统结合检测环管(2) 的实际长度计算在当前流速和浓度下的单位长度的沿程阻力。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的长距离浆体管道输送压力检测系统, 其特征在于: 检测环管(2)的长度约为 200米。
