Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte à un dispositif de diagnostic d'un module d'entrée et de sortie d'un système à redondance modulaire triple et, plus particulièrement, au diagnostic de l'intégrité du module d'entrée et de sortie par la réception d'une valeur de résultat d'un signal qui est appliqué au système à redondance modulaire triple par l'intermédiaire d'un câble de données et par la production de l'état de celui-ci. Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité entrée de puissance configurée de façon à recevoir une puissance extérieure et à appliquer une puissance de commande ; une unité terminal d'entrée et de sortie connectée à un module d'entrée et de sortie d'un système à redondance modulaire triple de façon à entrer et à délivrer en sortie une tension prédéterminée ; une unité relais configurée de façon à appliquer une tension constante au module d'entrée et de sortie du système à redondance modulaire triple ; une unité commande principale configurée de façon à contrôler les signaux d'entrée et de sortie de l'unité terminal d'entrée et de sortie et de l'unité relais ; et une unité transformation de communication destinée à un échange de données dynamique avec le système à redondance modulaire triple. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de diagnostiquer de manière précise et rapide l'intégrité du module d'entrée et de sortie dans le système à redondance modulaire triple et ainsi d'identifier rapidement si une défaillance s'est produite ou pas, de façon à empêcher que des erreurs sérieuses, y compris un arrêt du système et ainsi de suite, ne se produisent.
