前記アプリケーション又はコンテンツファイルに付随するオーディオ信号を一旦復号し、前記復号したオーディオ信号の一部又は全部を予め定められたオーディオエンコーダにより再度圧縮符号化し、
前記圧縮符号化結果をパケットに格納して前記パケット転送装置に送出し、
前記携帯端末は、前記モバイルネットワーク上の前記パケット転送装置を介して前記サーバ装置からの前記パケットを受信し、前記パケットに格納された圧縮符号化結果を画面デコーダにより復号した上で画面を表示し、オーディオデコーダにより前記圧縮符号結果を復号して再生する、ことを特徴とする通信システム。 - モバイルネットワーク上のパケット転送装置を介して複数の携帯端末と接続されるサーバ装置を備え、
前記サーバ装置は、
前記各携帯端末に対応して、
前記携帯端末からの指示情報を、前記パケット転送装置を介して受信し、前記指示情報を基に、対応するコンテンツを取得する制御信号・送受信部と、
前記制御信号・送受信部で取得したコンテンツの圧縮符号化された画像データを復号する画像デコーダ部と、
復号した画面を予め定められた解像度で一部又は全部をキャプチャする画面キャプチャ部と、
前記画面キャプチャ部でキャプチャされた画像データを予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化する画像エンコーダ部と、
前記コンテンツに含まれる圧縮符号化されたオーディオ信号に対して、予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化されたものであるか否か判別し、予め定められた圧縮符号化方式でない場合には、復号し、予め定められた圧縮符号化方式である場合には、前記オーディオ信号の復号と圧縮符号化をスキップし前記オーディオ信号をパケット送信部に入力するオーディオデコーダ部と、
前記オーディオデコーダ部で復号されたオーディオ信号を予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化するオーディオエンコーダ部と、
予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化された画像データと予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化されたオーディオ信号とをそれぞれパケット化して前記パケット転送装置に送出する前記パケット送信部と、
を備え、
前記携帯端末は、
前記モバイルネットワーク上の前記パケット転送装置を介して前記サーバ装置からの前記パケットを受信し、
前記パケットに格納されている予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化された画像データを前記携帯端末の画像デコーダで復号し、
予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号されたオーディオ信号を前記携帯端末のオーディオデコーダで復号する、ことを特徴とする通信システム。 - 前記サーバ装置が、
前記携帯端末をシン・クライアントとするシン・クライアント・サーバを構成し、
第1乃至第N(ただし、Nは2以上の整数)の仮想クライアント部を備え、
前記第1乃至第Nの仮想クライアント部は、前記パケット転送装置を介して第1乃至第Nの携帯端末にそれぞれ接続され、
前記各仮想クライアント部が、
前記制御信号・送受信部、前記画像デコーダ部、前記画面キャプチャ部、前記画像エンコーダ部、前記オーディオデコーダ部、前記オーディオデコーダ部、及び前記パケット送信部を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の通信システム。 - 前記サーバ装置の前記制御信号・送受信部は、前記指示情報を基に、ウェブサーバ及びコンテンツ配信サーバの少なくとも1つを含むコンテンツ情報源に接続して前記コンテンツを取得する、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の通信システム。
- 前記モバイルネットワークは、モバイルパケット網又はモバイルLTE(Long Term Evolution)/EPC(Evolved Packet Core)網である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の通信システム。
- 第1乃至第N(ただし、Nは2以上の整数)の仮想クライアント部を有するサーバ装置であって、
前記第1乃至第Nの仮想クライアント部は、モバイルネットワーク上のパケット転送装置を介してそれぞれ第1乃至第Nの携帯端末と接続され、
前記各仮想クライアント部は、
前記携帯端末からの指示情報を前記パケット転送装置を介して受信し、
前記指示情報をもとにアプリケーションを動作させて画面を生成し、前記画面の一部又は全部を画像エンコーダにより圧縮符号化し、
前記アプリケーション又はコンテンツファイルに付随するオーディオ信号を一旦復号し、前記復号したオーディオ信号の一部又は全部を予め定められたオーディオエンコーダにより再度圧縮符号化し、
前記圧縮符号化結果をパケットに格納して前記パケット転送装置に送出することを特徴とするサーバ装置。 - モバイルネットワーク上のパケット転送装置を介して複数の携帯端末と接続されるサーバ装置であって、
前記各携帯端末に対応して、
前記携帯端末からの指示情報を前記パケット転送装置を介して受信し、前記指示情報を基に、対応するコンテンツを取得する制御信号・送受信部と、
前記制御信号・送受信部で取得したコンテンツの圧縮符号化された画像データを復号する画像デコーダ部と、
前記画像デコーダ部で復号した画面を予め定められた解像度で一部又は全部をキャプチャする画面キャプチャ部と、
前記画面キャプチャ部でキャプチャされた画像データを予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化する画像エンコーダ部と、
前記コンテンツに含まれるオーディオ信号に対して、予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化されたものであるか否か判別し、
予め定められた圧縮符号化方式でない場合には、前記オーディオ信号を一旦復号し、
予め定められた圧縮符号化方式の場合には、前記オーディオ信号の復号と圧縮符号化をスキップし、前記オーディオ信号をパケット送信部に入力するオーディオデコーダ部と、
前記オーディオデコーダ部で復号されたオーディオ信号を予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化するオーディオエンコーダ部と、
前記予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化された画像データと前記予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化されたオーディオ信号をそれぞれパケットに格納し前記パケット転送装置に送出する前記パケット送信部と、
を備えている、ことを特徴とするサーバ装置。 - 前記サーバ装置が、
前記携帯端末をシン・クライアントとするシン・クライアント・サーバを構成し、
第1乃至第N(ただし、Nは2以上の整数)の仮想クライアント部を備え、
前記第1乃至第Nの仮想クライアント部は、前記パケット転送装置を介して第1乃至第Nの携帯端末にそれぞれ接続され、
前記各仮想クライアント部が、
前記制御信号・送受信部、前記画像デコーダ部、前記画面キャプチャ部、前記画像エンコーダ部、前記オーディオデコーダ部、前記オーディオエンコーダ部、及び前記パケット送信部を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のサーバ装置。 - 前記制御信号・送受信部は、ウェブサーバ又はコンテンツ配信サーバを含むコンテンツ情報源に接続してコンテンツを取得する、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載のサーバ装置。
- サーバ装置が有する第1乃至第N(ただし、Nは2以上の整数)の仮想クライアント部がモバイルネットワーク上のパケット転送装置を介して第1乃至第Nの携帯端末とそれぞれ接続され、
前記各仮想クライアント部は、
前記携帯端末からの指示情報を前記パケット転送装置を介して受信し、
前記指示情報をもとにアプリケーションを動作させて画面を生成し、前記画面の一部又は全部を画像エンコーダにより圧縮符号化し、
前記アプリケーション又はコンテンツファイルに付随するオーディオ信号を一旦復号し、前記復号したオーディオ信号の一部又は全部を予め定められたオーディオエンコーダにより再度圧縮符号化し、
前記圧縮符号化結果をパケットに格納して前記パケット転送装置に送出し、
前記携帯端末は、前記モバイルネットワーク上の前記パケット転送装置を介して前記サーバ装置からの前記パケットを受信し、前記パケットに格納された圧縮符号化結果を画面デコーダにより復号した上で画面を表示し、オーディオデコーダにより前記圧縮符号結果を復号して再生する、ことを特徴とする通信方法。 - モバイルネットワーク上のパケット転送装置を介して複数の携帯端末と接続されるサーバ装置では、
前記各携帯端末に対応して、
(a)前記携帯端末からの指示情報を、前記パケット転送装置を介して受信し、
(b)前記指示情報を基に、対応するコンテンツを取得し、
(c)前記取得したコンテンツの圧縮符号化された画像データを復号し、
(d)復号した画面を予め定められた解像度で一部又は全部をキャプチャし、
(e)前記キャプチャされた画像データを予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化し、
(f)前記コンテンツに含まれる圧縮符号化されたオーディオ信号に対して、予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化されたものであるか否か判別し、
予め定められた圧縮符号化方式でない場合には、前記オーディオ信号を一旦復号し、前記復号したオーディオ信号を予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化し、
予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化されたものである場合、前記オーディオ信号の復号と圧縮符号化をスキップし、
(g)予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で前記圧縮符号化された画像と予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で前記圧縮符号化されたオーディオ信号をそれぞれパケット化して前記パケット転送装置に送出する、
各処理を実行し、
前記携帯端末では、
前記モバイルネットワークを介して前記パケットを受信し、前記パケットに格納された、予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化された画像データを復号した上で画面を表示し、予め定められた圧縮符号化方式で圧縮符号化されたオーディオ信号を復号して再生する、ことを特徴とする通信方法。 - 前記サーバ装置が、
前記携帯端末をシン・クライアントとするシン・クライアント・サーバを構成し、
第1乃至第N(ただし、Nは2以上の整数)の仮想クライアント部を有し、
前記第1乃至第Nの仮想クライアント部は、前記パケット転送装置を介して第1乃至第Nの携帯端末にそれぞれ接続され、
前記各仮想クライアント部は、前記各携帯端末に対応して、
前記(a)乃至(g)の処理を実行する、ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の通信方法。
