Abstract

L'invention concerne un amortisseur de fluide MR comprenant une tige (12) disposée dans un cylindre extérieur (1) qui commande la puissance d'amortissement par modification de la force du champ magnétique. Une bobine (8) pouvant être activée/désactivée sous l'effet de l'électricité est montée entre les directions axiale/radiale du cylindre extérieur (1) et la tige (12), et un fluide MR qui devient magnétique sous l'action de la bobine (8) est contenu entre les directions axiale-radiale de la bobine (8) et la tige (12). En direction axiale sont disposés successivement : un quatrième collier (3), une douille (4), un joint étanche à l'huile (5), un troisième collier (6), un joint torique (7), une bobine (8), un joint torique (7), un deuxième collier (9), un joint torique (7), une bobine (8), un joint torique (7), un premier collier (10), un joint étanche à l'huile (5), une douille (4), une bague de friction (11) et un boîtier (13), de sorte que l'amortisseur de fluide MR selon l'invention puisse être assemblé facilement et plus rapidement que les amortisseurs classiques, que le fluide MR puisse être introduit aisément, que la puissance d'amortissement puisse être mieux ajustée en fonction des différentes situations, et de manière à permettre une réduction du bruit et du phénomène de résonance d'un dispositif équipé de cet amortisseur.
