Le dispositif pour sectionner le capuchon de protection d'une aiguille d'un capuchon de lancette comprend : un capuchon (30) doté d'un trou de retrait d'aiguille oblique (31) formé sur l'extrémité avant du capuchon et un segment de capuchon fileté (32) formé sur la surface périphérique externe de l'extrémité arrière dudit capuchon, le trou de retrait d'aiguille oblique servant à recevoir le capuchon de protection d'une aiguille oblique (22) qui est formé sur l'extrémité avant d'un boîtier (20) afin de protéger l'aiguille (21) d'une lancette (10) ; une partie de raccord de capuchon (40) qui comprend un filetage de raccord de capuchon (41) formé sur la surface interne de la partie de raccord et un insert anti-rotation (42) doté d'un évidement en croix (43) formé au centre de ladite partie de raccord, le filetage de raccord de capuchon étant relié par rotation avec le segment de capuchon fileté (32) jusqu'à le bloquer, l'évidement en croix de l'insert anti-rotation servant à recevoir un segment anti-rotation du type lame (24) formé sur la partie arrière du boîtier (20) ; et un ressort de rappel (25) monté sur le boîtier (20) de la lancette (10) pour ramener l'aiguille, le capuchon (30) étant relié par vissage à la partie raccord de capuchon (40), le capuchon de protection d'aiguille (22) tournant, puis étant séparé par sectionnement du logement (20).
