Description

液晶显示用面壳及液晶显示装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于液晶显示装置领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示用面壳及使用该面壳的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置如显示器(monitor)和液晶电视(TV)等产品以追求大、薄、窄(即面积大、厚度薄、边框窄)为消费时尚,许多厂家和商家花大成本而求之,如为了使显示器边框显得更窄一些,将边框用两种材料合成,即:需要遮光的部分用不透明材料,边上用透明材料,为了达到此目的,国际大厂不惜用双色注塑方式分两次注塑生产完成,其制造成本大大提高。
参阅图1,图1所示为现有技术提供的液晶显示用面壳的主视图,该液晶显示面壳包括不透明的边框区91和透明区92,为了保护内部的背光模组和电子器件,边框区91外表面涂覆有不透明的单色或混色涂层,透明区92保留原有的透明颜色。但是,边框区91从视觉上看宽度过大,很不美观,不符合人们的审美观。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种窄边框、外观富有美感的液晶显示用面壳。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种液晶显示用面壳,包括彼此配合的前面壳和后面壳,所述前面壳从内到外依次分为不透明的边框区、半透明的装饰区和透明区,其中,所述边框区外表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明的单色或混色涂层,所述装饰区内表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明或半透明的单色或多色涂层。
进一步地,所述前面壳外表面竖向或/和横向开设有一工艺槽。
本实用新型还提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括面壳及设于所述面壳内部的器件,所述面壳包括彼此配合的前面壳和后面壳,所述前面壳从内到外依次分为不透明的边框区、半透明的装饰区和透明区,其中,所述边框区外表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明的单色或混色涂层,所述装饰区内表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明或半透明的单色或多色涂层。
进一步地,所述前面壳外表面竖向或/和横向开设有一工艺槽。
有益效果
本实用新型通过将前面壳从内到外依次设置不透明的边框区、半透明的装饰区和透明区,不透明的边框区和半透明的装饰区可以保护内部器件并避免内部器件显露在外而影响美观;由于本实用新型的不透明的边框区和半透明的装饰区的宽度与现有的前面壳的不透明的边框区的宽度相同,这样,本实用新型通过增设半透明的装饰区,可以使不透明的边框区变窄,有效改善了前面壳的显示效果,使前面壳看起来有窄边框的视觉效果,增强了前面壳的美感。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
实施例一
如图2和图3所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种液晶显示用面壳,包括彼此配合的前面壳10和后面壳11,前面壳10从内到外依次分为不透明的边框区101、半透明的装饰区102和透明区103。
本实用新型通过将前面壳10从内到外依次设置不透明的边框区101、半透明的装饰区102和透明区103,不透明的边框区101和半透明的装饰区102可以保护内部器件并避免内部器件显露在外而影响美观;由于本实用新型的不透明的边框区101和半透明的装饰区102的宽度与现有的前面壳的不透明的边框区的宽度相同,这样,本实用新型通过增设半透明的装饰区102,可以使不透明的边框区101变窄,有效改善了前面壳10的显示效果,使前面壳10看起来有窄边框的视觉效果,增强了前面壳10的美感。
具体地,所述边框区101外表面通过喷油、贴膜或其他表面处理工艺涂覆有不透明的单色或混色涂层104,从而使边框区101看起来为不透明状态。所述装饰区102内表面通过喷油、贴膜或其他表面处理工艺涂覆有不透明或半透明的单色或多色涂层,从而使装饰区102看起来为半透明状态。所述透明区103不涂覆保存原透明状态。
具体地,所述前面壳10的基材由透明材质制成,如PS、PVC、PC、PMMA、 AS、ABS、PA等材料,这些材质均具有良好的透光性。当制得透明的前面壳10基材后,然后再按照前述的方法在前面壳10上从内到外依次设置不透明的边框区101、半透明的装饰区102和透明区103。
进一步地,所述前面壳10外表面竖向或/和横向开设有一工艺槽106,设置凹槽106的目的是给人一种逼真的视觉效果,使前面壳10看起来是由透明体和边框镶嵌而成,增加了前面壳10的美感。
实施例二
如图2和图3所示,本实用新型还提供了一种液晶显示装置,其包括如前所述的面壳及设于该面壳内部的器件12(如电子器件、光学器件等),该面壳包括彼此配合的前面壳10和后面壳11,前面壳10从内到外依次分为不透明的边框区101、半透明的装饰区102和透明区103。
本实用新型通过将前面壳10从内到外依次设置不透明的边框区101、半透明的装饰区102和透明区103,不透明的边框区101和半透明的装饰区102可以保护内部器件并避免内部器件显露在外而影响美观;由于本实用新型的不透明的边框区101和半透明的装饰区102的宽度与现有的前面壳的不透明的边框区的宽度相同,这样,本实用新型通过增设半透明的装饰区102,可以使不透明的边框区101变窄,有效改善了前面壳10的显示效果,使前面壳10看起来有窄边框的视觉效果,增强了前面壳10的美感。

  1. 一种液晶显示用面壳,包括彼此配合的前面壳和后面壳,其特征在于:所述前面壳从内到外依次分为不透明的边框区、半透明的装饰区和透明区,其中,所述边框区外表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明的单色或混色涂层,所述装饰区内表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明或半透明的单色或多色涂层。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示用面壳,其特征在于:所述前面壳外表面竖向或/和横向开设有一工艺槽。
  3. 一种液晶显示装置,包括面壳及设于所述面壳内部的器件,所述面壳包括彼此配合的前面壳和后面壳,其特征在于:所述前面壳从内到外依次分为不透明的边框区、半透明的装饰区和透明区,其中,所述边框区外表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明的单色或混色涂层,所述装饰区内表面通过喷油或贴膜工艺涂覆有不透明或半透明的单色或多色涂层。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述前面壳外表面竖向或/和横向开设有一工艺槽。
