Abstract

본 발명의 효소-3차원 네트워크 섬유 매트릭스 복합체는 종래의 복합체에 비하여 현저하게 많은 양의 효소가 매트릭스에 담지 및 고정될 수 있을 뿐 아나라 외부충격으로부터 고정된 효소가 쉽게 유출되지 않으므로 장기간 경과한 경우에도 그 안정성이 유지된다, 또한, 섬유의 표면에 효소와 공유결합을 수행하는 작용기가 거의 존재하지 않는 섬유의 경우에도 많은 양의 효소를 안정적으로 고정화할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 효소-3차원 네트워크 파이버 매트릭스 복합체를 바이오 센서,바이오 연료전지 등에 사용하는 경우 종래의 매트릭스 복합체에 비하여 그 성능을 현저하게 개선시킬 수 있다.
