背景技术
目前,常用的抽水马桶进水阀结构如图1和图2所示,包括进水管1、连杆2、调节螺杆3、浮桶4、针阀5和小水箱6。其中,进水管1的顶部安装有针阀5,且针阀5上具有一背压孔51及一枢接座52。连杆2的一端与针阀5枢接,且位于背压孔51正上方具有一止水阀塞53,另一端与调节螺杆3的上端枢接。调节螺杆3的下端与浮桶4连接。浮桶4倒扣于一小水箱6内。当小水箱6内充满水时,浮桶4在水的浮力作用下,克服其重力,带动连杆2向上倾斜,连杆2上的止水阀塞53堵住背压孔51,进水阀装置实现止水。当小水箱6内的水排尽,浮桶4不再受浮力作用,在重力作用下,浮桶4回落,带动连杆2向下倾斜,打开背压孔51,进水阀装置实现进水。
在实际使用时,抽水马桶常常出现因排水阀关闭不严,而造成的漏水现象,即:排水阀关闭不严而漏水,抽水马桶中的水位总是低于止水时的水位,小水箱6内始终不能充满水,浮桶4因浮力不足而无法带动连杆2倾斜到位,止水阀塞53也就无法堵住背压孔51,进水阀始终处于进水状态,这样就出现了一边不停进水一边又不停漏水的漏水现象,造成水资源的浪费。
有鉴于此,本发明人对进水阀进行改良,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种漏水保护装置,使进水阀在马桶出现漏水或排水阀漏水时可以不进水,避免水资源的浪费。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种漏水保护装置,包括:棘齿、棘爪和小浮桶,棘齿形成在进水阀之浮桶的外壁上,小浮桶的内腔具有浮力腔和配重腔,且配重腔的底部设有泄水孔,小浮桶借助转轴组装在进水阀上,棘爪对应棘齿的位置固定在小浮桶靠近进水阀之浮桶的一侧;当进水时,小浮桶受浮力作用以转轴为中心旋转而靠住进水阀之小水箱,同时浮桶受浮力作用在小水箱中向上升,棘爪卡入棘齿中;当正常排水时,小浮桶受重力作用以转轴为中心向下旋转,棘爪退出棘齿,进水阀开始进水;当排水阀或马桶水箱内其它部件异常而导致马桶漏水时,棘爪始终卡入棘齿中,借助棘齿和棘爪配合阻止浮桶下降,进水阀不进水。
所述进水阀的小水箱上安装一固定架,转轴安装在固定架上,小浮桶上形成轴孔,借助转轴和轴孔配合使小浮桶组装在固定架上。

采用上述结构后,本发明运用于进水阀上。
当进水阀进水时,随着水位上升,小浮桶受浮力作用以转轴为中心向上旋转而向进水阀的小水箱靠近,当水位上升至小浮桶的浮力大于自重时,小浮桶靠住小水箱,水位继续上升,直到进水阀的浮桶抬起并使进水阀止水,此时,小浮桶上的棘爪卡入棘齿中。
当正常排水时,水位迅速下降,配重腔里的水排出的速度较慢,配重迅速产生,小浮桶的浮力小于重力时,小浮桶受重力作用以转轴为中心向下旋转,而远离进水阀的小水箱且与进水阀的浮桶脱离,棘爪退出棘齿,进水阀开始进水。
当排水阀或马桶水箱内其它部件异常而导致马桶漏水时,马桶水位缓慢下降,配重腔里的水从泄水孔流向马桶使得配重腔里的水位与马桶的水位相对一致,配重腔里的水不产生配重作用,因此小浮桶的浮力仍然大于重力,小浮桶不旋转,且棘爪始终卡入棘齿中,当水位低于小浮桶直到小浮桶完全失去浮力的过程中进水阀的浮桶棘齿慢慢地压在棘爪上,当小浮桶的浮力完全消失后进水阀浮桶的自重大于小浮桶的自重,并借助棘齿和棘爪配合阻止浮桶下降,进水阀不进水。当用户使用马桶并冲水时,会发现无水可冲洗,用户需检查马桶在什么地方出现漏水,及时修理,避免造成水资源的浪费。

具体实施方式
如图3至图6所示,本发明揭示的一种进水阀的漏水保护装置,包括:棘齿71、棘爪72和小浮桶73,本发明运用于进水阀上,进水阀包括进水管1、连杆2、调节螺杆3、浮桶4、针阀5和小水箱6。关于进水阀的结构和部件标号参见前述,在此不做赘述。
棘齿71形成在进水阀之浮桶4的外壁上。
小浮桶73借助转轴74组装在进水阀上。比如,此实施例将小浮桶73借助转轴74组装在进水阀的小水箱6上。具体地说,小水箱6上安装一固定架75,转轴74安装在固定架75上,小浮桶73上形成轴孔76,借助转轴74和轴孔76配合使小浮桶73组装在固定架75上。为了使进水阀的开启和关闭动作更准确,小浮桶73的内腔除了有浮力腔731之外,还有配重腔732,且配重腔732的底部设有泄水孔733,这样,在正常排水时增加小浮桶73的自重,使小浮桶73快速脱离浮桶4,解除对浮桶4的限制,有利于进水阀的开启,而在非正常排水(马桶漏水或进水阀漏水)时,通过泄水孔733慢慢泄水,令小浮桶73的自重减小,小浮桶73在浮力大于重力而不偏转,小浮桶73保持棘爪72与棘齿71的配合而不脱离浮桶4,浮桶4受限不下落,保持进水阀的关闭。
棘爪72对应棘齿71的位置固定在小浮桶73靠近进水阀之浮桶4的一侧。
本发明实际使用时,如图7、图8所示,在自由状态下,小浮桶73无浮力,受重力作用,小浮桶73偏转脱离进水阀浮桶4。
当进水阀进水时,如图9所示,随着水位上升,小浮桶73受浮力作用以转轴74为中心向上旋转,而向小水箱6靠近。当水位上升至小浮桶73的浮力大于自重时,如图10至图12所示,小浮桶73靠住小水箱6,水位继续上升,直到进水阀的浮桶4抬起并使进水阀止水,此时,棘爪72卡入棘齿71中,完成进水。
当正常排水时,如图13所示,水位迅速下降,配重腔732里的水排出的速度较慢,配重迅速产生,小浮桶73的浮力小于重力时,小浮桶73受重力作用以转轴74为中心向下旋转而远离进水阀的小水箱6,小浮桶73与浮桶4脱离,棘爪72退出棘齿71,之后,当小水箱6内的水排尽,浮桶4下降回落,带动连杆2向下倾斜,进水阀开始进水。

1、一种漏水保护装置,其特征在于包括:棘齿、棘爪和小浮桶,棘齿形成在进水阀之浮桶的外壁上,小浮桶的内腔具有浮力腔和配重腔,且配重腔的底部设有泄水孔,小浮桶借助转轴组装在进水阀上,棘爪对应棘齿的位置固定在小浮桶靠近进水阀之浮桶的一侧;当进水时,小浮桶受浮力作用以转轴为中心旋转而靠住进水阀之小水箱,同时浮桶受浮力作用在小水箱中向上升,棘爪卡入棘齿中;当正常排水时,小浮桶受重力作用以转轴为中心向下旋转,棘爪退出棘齿,进水阀开始进水;当排水阀或马桶水箱内其它部件异常而导致马桶漏水时,棘爪始终卡入棘齿中,借助棘齿和棘爪配合阻止浮桶下降,进水阀不进水。
