Abstract
본 발명은 터치 스크린 센서 제조를 위한 PET 터치 센서 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 터치스크린 센서 설계 시 하나의 PET 기판 상면에 x좌표 패턴영역과 및 y좌표 패턴영역이 배치되어 있으며, x좌표 트레이스와 y좌표 트레이스로 연결시킨 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하나의 PET 기판 상면에 x좌표 패턴영역과 y좌표 패턴영역이 상호 대응하도록 설계되어 x좌표 패턴영역에서는 x좌표 트레이스가 연결되며, y좌표 패턴영역에는 y좌표 트레이스가 연결된다. 또한 상기 x좌표 패턴영역내에 x/y좌표 ACF 본딩 패드가 구성되어 y좌표 패턴의 PADS 없이 x좌표 패턴영역내에 구성된 x/y좌표 ACF 본딩 패드로 연결될 수 있도록 ACF 본딩을 1회만 실시함으로써 공정 단축을 통한 효율적인 작업이 이루어지고, 불량률 감소로 터치스크린용 PET 터치 센서의 작업 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 우수한 효과가 얻어진다.
