Description

Clothing with cup
The present invention relates to a garment having a cup portion.
In clothing with a cup, for example, a bra, the wire is placed on the edge from the outside to the bottom of the cup to raise the position of the bust top and clear the cleavage to make the bust look richer It has been proposed to improve the formability of the bust. On the other hand, there are non-wire type bras that do not use wires and bras that use wires with low rigidity from the viewpoint of easy wearing and fashion. In these brassieres, various proposals have been made in order to improve the formability of the bust. As an example, a push-up material made of a non-stretchable material is placed on the inner surface of the lower part of the left and right cup parts. A garment having a cup part that brings a rich bulge to the upper part of the bust even if it is non-wired by being pushed up is proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in non-wire-type brassieres and garments having a cup part such as a brass part using resin wire, for example, the rigidity of the base part is small, so the bust is shaped when worn. I couldn't say I could get enough power. Further, when not mounted, the cup portion formed of a curved surface could not be firmly supported so as to maintain its shape. Therefore, when exhibiting at a shop front, the shape of the cup part is easy to collapse, and there is a problem that an effective display is difficult. FIG. 12 shows an example of a view of the cup portion as viewed from above when the conventional non-wire type brassiere is placed flat (when not attached). The two-dot chain line in the figure indicates the shape when worn. As described above, the conventional non-wire-compatible brassiere has a low rigidity of the base part, so that when the cup is placed on a flat surface, the cup tends to expand and tends to have a collapsed shape.
The object of the present invention is to provide a garment having a cup part that is easy to wear but excellent in bust moldability and that does not easily collapse the cup shape when not worn.
To achieve the above object, a garment having a cup portion of the present invention includes a pair of cup portions, a deformable cup support portion that supports the cup portion, and a back portion.
The cup support portion is disposed on a lower edge of the pair of cup portions,
The back part is attached to the side of the cup support part,
In addition, it contains a shape-retaining cloth,
The shape retaining cloth includes a stretchable material,
The shape-retaining cloth is disposed inside the cup portion and is attached to the cup support portion so that a tension acts in an inner direction of the cup portion.
In the garment having the cup portion of the present invention, the shape-retaining cloth is attached to the cup support portion so that a tension acts in the inner direction of the cup. For this reason, it is excellent in the formability of a bust, although it can be worn easily. Furthermore, since the cup portion is three-dimensionally held by the tension even in the non-mounted state, the cup shape when not mounted can be made difficult to collapse.

The garment having the cup portion of the present invention will be described with an example. However, the present invention is not limited or limited to the following examples.
(First embodiment)
1 to 3 show a brassiere 100 according to a first embodiment of a garment having a cup portion of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the brassiere 100 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is locked, and FIG. 2 is a rear view of the brassiere 100 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is opened. FIG. 3 is a view of the vicinity of the cup portion 101 as viewed from above in FIG. In the three figures, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals.
The brassiere 100 of this embodiment is a non-wire type brassiere provided with a pair of cup parts 101, a non-wire cup support part 102 that supports the pair of cup parts, a pair of back parts 103, and a pair of shoulder straps 104. is there. A cup support portion 102 is provided at the lower edge of the pair of cup portions 101, and one end of a pair of back portions 103 is attached to the side of the cup support portion 102. A connection locking portion 106 is attached to the other end of the pair of back portions 103 so as to be detachable. When the wearer wears the brassiere of the present embodiment, the connection locking portion 106 is provided at a position near the center of the wearer's back. The cup support portion 102 is formed so as to extend along the barges line, and is connected by the front center member 107. And the shape-retaining cloth 105 containing an elastic material is provided inside the pair of cup portions 101 (the side that touches the skin when worn). The shape retaining cloth 105 is attached to the cup support portion 102 so that tension is applied to the inside of the cup portion 101, and the pair of cup portions 101 are three-dimensionally held when the brassiere 100 is not attached. It is stretched over the cup support 102. Here, “Burge's line” refers to the contour line below the breast. The “front center” means an area between the left and right busts adjacent to the left and right busts.
In this embodiment, the shape retaining cloth 105 has its lower edge attached to the cup support 102. The shape retaining cloth 105 is stretched across the side portion and the front center portion of the cup support portion 102 in the lower portion of the cup portion 101 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. The shape-retaining cloth 105 including the stretchable material is preferably attached across the side portion and the front center portion of the cup support portion 102 with the stretch being slightly stretched. By doing so, tension is applied to the shape retaining cloth 105 in the inner direction of the cup portion 101, and the cup support portion 102 is pulled inward. Thereby, at the time of non-wearing, the three-dimensional shape of the cup part 101 can be hold | maintained with the shape-retaining cloth 105. FIG. Further, at the time of wearing, the bust can be lifted up by the shape retaining cloth 105.
The shape retaining cloth 105 includes an elastic material. Therefore, the fit between the bust and the cup part 101 can be enhanced when worn. Examples of the stretchable material include a power net. The power net may be in the form of a mesh, or a material that does not require cleaning (free cut) may be used. Further, as the stretchable material, other stretchable cloth material such as cardboard knit may be used. The shape-retaining cloth 105 may be a material that can be stretched and contracted and has a restoring force when stretched, and a non-stretchable material is partially included as long as it has the effect of the present invention. May be. As the shape-retaining cloth 105, a mesh-like cloth may be used. Further, it may be highly stretchable in the direction connecting the side portion and the front center side portion of the cup support portion 102, and may be non-stretchable or hardly stretchable in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction. Examples of such a material include a one-way power net, a power net, and a two wait cot. The shape retaining cloth 105 is as described above in consideration of how much the cup portion 101 is held in a three-dimensional state when not attached and the magnitude of the force required to lift the bust when attached. What is necessary is just to select suitably from a raw material. If the shape-retaining cloth 105 is made of a breathable material, it can be comfortably worn even at high temperatures.
At the time of mounting, the shape-retaining cloth 105 extends in a direction along the cup portion 101 by contacting the bust. When the shape retaining cloth 105 is stretched, a restoring force is generated. Therefore, even when the cup support portion 102 is pushed by the bust at the time of mounting and the distance between the side of the cup support portion 102 and the front center is increased, the shape of the cup support portion 102 is restored by the restoring force of the shape retaining cloth 105. Can be held. Alternatively, depending on the shape and material of the shape retaining cloth 105, a force for pulling the side portion of the cup support portion 102 toward the front center side can be applied, and an effect of “braking” the bust can be obtained.
The shape retaining cloth 105 is pressed by the bust when attached, and is displaced toward the cup portion 101 side. At this time, the shape-retaining cloth 105 is displaced while being extended to a position close to or in contact with the cup portion 101 by the pressing force of the bust. Thereby, the cup part 101 can be fitted to a bust. Here, it is preferable that the shape retaining cloth 105 when attached is attached to the cup support 102 so that the length of the shape retaining cloth 105 is, for example, in the range of 105 percent to 135 percent based on the length when not attached. By being in this range, the fitting property between the bust and the cup part 101 at the time of wearing can be made better, and an excellent bust molding property and a comfortable wearing feeling can be obtained. Further, since the shape retaining cloth 105 is attached to the cup support portion 102 in a state of being stretched in advance in the longitudinal direction (the direction connecting the side portion and the front center portion), the side of the cup support portion 102 is not attached. The side portion and the front center side portion are held so as to draw each other. For this reason, the cup shape does not collapse even when not attached. Therefore, display at the store can be effectively performed. In the present invention, the stretchability of the shape retaining cloth is not limited to the above range, and may be set as appropriate in consideration of the bust size, the ease of bending of the cup portion, and the like.
In the brassiere of this embodiment, the shape retaining cloth 105 is provided on the skin side of the cup portion 101, and the bust is lifted up by this. The difference can be absorbed. Thus, the effect obtained by attaching a pad or the like to the cup portion in the past can be obtained without using the pad or the like in the brassiere of the present embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the shape retaining cloth 105 is constructed so that the upper side of the shape retaining cloth 105 is lower in the position of the front center side part than the side part of the cup support part 102. By constructing in this way, the bust can be more effectively pressed in the direction of “raising” the bust and “raising” from the side to the front center side.
As described above, the brassiere 100 connects the front center member 107 to the front center side of the cup support portion 102 so that the pair of cup portions 101 are connected to each other. The positional relationship is as follows. In the front center side portion of the cup support portion 102, the position where the shape retaining cloth 105 is spanned and connected to the cup support portion 102 is provided below the connection position of the cup support portion 102 and the front center member 107. It has been. Thus, the bust can be lifted so as to be closer to the front center side by setting the connecting position of the shape retaining cloth to be lower than the front center member.
As described above, the brassiere 100 has one end of the back part 103 attached to the side of the cup support part 102. The attachment position of the back portion 103 is provided so as to be adjacent to the side portion of the cup support portion 102 on which the shape retaining cloth 105 is bridged. As described above, when the back portion 103 and the shape retaining cloth 105 are formed so as to be continuously connected with the cup support portion 102 interposed therebetween, the brassiere 100 can be firmly fitted to the waistline portion including the bust.
In the present embodiment, the cup support portion 102 is formed by overlapping cloth materials. Thus, in the present invention, the cup support portion need not be provided with a rigid wire or the like, and may be deformable. The cup support portion 102 may be a non-wire, or may be provided with a resin wire having low rigidity, a metal wire having the same degree of rigidity as the resin wire, or the like. As said metal wire, the wire formed using materials, such as a thing with a small diameter (thin) and low rigidity titanium, can be used. In addition, as described above, when the cup support portion 102 is formed by stacking cloth materials, a cloth tape having a curved shape along a burse line may be used.
As described above, the brassiere of this embodiment does not need to be provided with a rigid wire or pad, and can obtain the same effect as a brassiere provided with these members. Further, it is possible to reduce the weight of the brassiere. In addition, since it is not necessary to use a hard member such as a wire or a member such as a pad whose shape does not easily change, for example, it can be compactly stored when it is carried on a trip or the like.
In this embodiment, a sufficient effect can be obtained without using a pad, but a pad may be used in combination. In this case, a pad receiver may be provided on the skin side of the cup portion 101. Thereby, a pad can also be mounted | worn according to a wearer's liking.
In the brassiere of this example, a hook (for example, hook and eye (ア イ hook)) is used as the connection locking portion 106, but other types of locking tools may be used. Further, the back portion 103 may not have the connection locking portion 106. For example, the connection locking portion 106 may be provided at the front center to be a front hook type. Moreover, the type which does not have the connection latching | locking part 106 and the type which connects and latches a back part may be sufficient.
For example, a hook (for example, hook and eye (hook hook)), a gripper, a button, a string, a hook-and-loop fastener, or the like may be appropriately selected and used as the connection locking portion 106 depending on the design and application. it can. In the case of using the hook and eye, gripper, or button, it is also preferable that a plurality of fastening positions are provided in advance so that the tightening degree can be finely adjusted.
One end of the shoulder strap 104 is attached to the cup portion 101. The other end of the shoulder strap 104 is inverted through an annular locking device 108a attached to the upper side of the back portion 103 and is introduced into a length adjusting device 108b made of an eight ring. It is attached to the upper side. When the shoulder strap 104 is attached in this manner, the length of the shoulder strap 104 can be adjusted. The form of the shoulder strap 104 is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a so-called “holter neck” type attached so as to connect the upper portions of the pair of cup portions 101 to each other. The attachment position of the shoulder strap 104 can be determined by the shape of the cup portion 101 and the design of the brassiere. The shoulder strap 104 may be anything that suspends the cup portion 101 from the shoulder. It may be a string or cloth tape, or may be a so-called round type strap having a wide width like a tank top. The form of the shoulder strap 104 is not limited to the form of attaching the pair of shoulder straps 104 to the upper part of the cup part 101 and the back part 103 corresponding to the pair of cup parts 101, for example, like a shoulder strap of a sports type brassiere. Alternatively, the two shoulder straps 104 may be integrally attached to the back portion 103 on the back side. Moreover, it can also be set as the strapless form which does not have the shoulder strap 104. FIG.
FIG. 4 is a view showing a brassiere according to a modified example of the first embodiment. FIG. 4A is a perspective view of the brassiere 100 of the present modification example in a state where the back part 103 is locked, and FIG. 4B is a perspective view of the brassiere 100 of the present modification example in a state where the back part 103 is opened. It is a rear view. In the present modification, a base portion 110 is provided on the cup support portion 102. A cup support portion 102 is provided at the lower edge of the pair of cup portions 101, and a base portion 110 is provided at the lower edge of the pair of cup support portions 102. The pair of cup support portions 102 are connected by a base portion 110. In this modification, the base portion 110 is extended to the middle of the lower edge of the cup portion 101, but may be connected to the cup portion 101 in a range from the lower edge to the side portion. By providing the base portion 110, the fit at the underbust portion can be improved.
(Second embodiment)
In FIG. 5, the brassiere 200 which concerns on 2nd embodiment of the clothing which has a cup part of this invention is shown. FIG. 5A is a perspective view of the brassiere 200 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is locked, and FIG. 5B is a perspective view of the brassiere 200 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is opened. It is a rear view. In this embodiment, the shape-retaining cloth 205 is spanned so as to form a gap with the lower edge portion of the cup portion 101.
In order to lift the bust effectively, it is effective to push up the intermediate area between the bust top and the burge line at the bottom of the bust. In order to effectively lift the bust of the intermediate region portion, it is preferable to form a gap without sewing the shape retaining cloth 205 to the lower edge portion of the cup portion 101.
In addition, when the restoring force acting on the shape retaining cloth is high so that the cup part 101 can be three-dimensionally held when not attached, the lower edge of the cup part 101 fits the bust when attached. It tends to be difficult. The periphery of the lower edge portion of the cup portion 101 is originally a portion having a high fit with the bust. In this part, if the shape-retaining cloth is placed in a state where the restoring force is high, that is, the force that pulls both ends of the shape-retaining cloth to the cup portion is increased, the force with which the bust pushes the shape-retaining cloth in the worn state is large. Therefore, the cup part 101 may be pushed down. In this case, the Verge lines and the lower edge portion (cup support portion 102) of the cup portion 101 do not fit. If a gap is provided between the shape retaining cloth 205 and the lower edge portion of the cup portion 101 as in the present embodiment, the cup portion 101 is highly fit to the bust when worn, and the burse line and the cup support portion 102 are provided. In addition, the cup portion 101 when not attached can be three-dimensionally held while the fitting property is good. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same effects can be obtained.
(Third embodiment)
In FIG. 6, the brassiere 300 which concerns on 3rd embodiment of the clothing which has a cup part of this invention is shown. FIG. 6A is a perspective view of the brassiere 300 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is locked, and FIG. 6B is a perspective view of the brassiere 300 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is opened. It is a rear view. In the present embodiment, the cup part 101 and the shape retaining cloth 105 are connected to the cup support part 102 via the breathable member 311.
As the breathable member 311, for example, a mesh-like cloth material can be used. In the vicinity of the bust, the amount of perspiration is the highest in the portion directly above the burge line. By providing the air-permeable member 311 between the cup portion 101 and the cup support portion 102, ventilation of a portion that is easily sweated is improved. When the breathable member 311 is provided at the location, the breathability around the barges line at the time of wearing becomes favorable, and a brassiere with a comfortable wearing feeling can be provided. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same effects can be obtained.
(Fourth embodiment)
In FIG. 7, the brassiere 400 which concerns on 4th embodiment of the clothing which has a cup part of this invention is shown. FIG. 7A is a perspective view of the brassiere 400 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is locked, and FIG. 7B is a perspective view of the brassiere 400 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is opened. It is a rear view. In the present embodiment, the shape retaining cloth 405 is provided so as to extend from the cup support portion 102 to the cup portion 101 as well. Thus, by providing the shape-retaining cloth 405 in a wide range, the fit with the bust can be further improved at the time of wearing.
(Fifth embodiment)
FIG. 8 shows a brassiere 500 according to a fifth embodiment of a garment having a cup portion of the present invention. FIG. 8A is a perspective view of the brassiere 500 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is locked, and FIG. 8B is a perspective view of the brassiere 500 of the present embodiment in a state where the back portion 103 is opened. It is a rear view. FIG. 8C is a cross-sectional view of the cup portion of the brassiere 500 seen in the II direction. In the present embodiment, the shape retaining cloth 505 has its upper part folded back to the cup part 101 side. The folded portion is formed in an intermediate region between the bust top and the bust line at the bottom of the bust. A pad can be sandwiched between the folded portions, and the shape retaining cloth 505 also has a pad receiving function. In the cross-sectional view of FIG. 8C, the portion surrounded by the two-dot chain line indicates the pad mounting position A. The pad mounting position A is closer to the bust than the skin side surface of the cup portion 101. With such a configuration, the pad is pressed against the cup while its position is adjusted by the contact force of the bust. For this reason, the fitting property of a pad can be made high.
(Sixth embodiment)
In the above-described embodiment, the non-wire-type brassiere 100 has been described with an example in which the cup portion 101 is three-dimensionally held using the shape-retaining cloth 105 spanned on the cup skin side. However, the structure of this invention is applicable also to what is called a wire type bra provided with the cup support part containing a wire, for example. The wire-type brassiere can be a brassiere whose cup support is difficult to bend. FIG. 9A shows a rear view of a brassiere 600a according to the sixth embodiment with the back portion 103 opened. In the present embodiment, the shape retaining cloth 605a is stretched over the upper side portion of the cup portion 101 and the cup support portion 102 so as to cover almost the entire skin side of the cup portion 101. In the present embodiment, the cup support portion 102 is formed of, for example, a cloth material in which a wire member is incorporated so as to have rigidity enough to bend even when worn. The shape retaining cloth 605a is a stretchable cloth material provided so as to cover almost the entire skin side of the cup portion 101. Further, the shape retaining cloth 605a is stretched over the upper side portion of the cup portion 101 and the cup support portion 102 in a slightly stretched state so that a tension acts in the surface direction. As a specific method of attaching the shape retaining cloth 605a to the cup support portion 102 or the like in a stretched state, a method of attaching the shape retaining cloth 605a to the cup support portion 102 or the cup portion 101 while gradually extending along the attaching direction. Can be used. The attachment method may be by sewing or adhesion, or may be appropriately selected according to the specification of the brassiere. Thus, by providing the shape-retaining cloth 605a over a wide range, the bust can be pushed upward in a state where the bust is firmly fitted in the worn state.
In general, when the bust size differs between the left and right busts, a suitable fit could not be obtained unless the right and left bust size pads were attached to the left and right cups of the brassiere. In addition, when the type of brassiere is a pad that has been attached from the beginning, it was necessary to replace the pad with one that is suitable for the bust size. In the brassiere 600a of this embodiment, the right and left difference of the bust size can be absorbed and the bust can be lifted to the front center side without using a pad, so that the flexibility for the right and left difference of the bust size can be increased. . Moreover, it can push up so that a bust may be wrapped by spanning in the state which stretched the shape-retaining cloth 605a.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9A, an opening for inserting a pad may be formed between the cup portion 101 and the shape retaining cloth 605a. By providing the opening, a pad can be inserted between the cup portion 101 and the shape retaining cloth 605a. When the pad is used in combination, the lifting effect can be further enhanced. The position of the opening is preferably on the side, but is not limited thereto. In addition, when the brassiere of this embodiment has the shoulder strap 104, it is preferable that the shape-retaining cloth 605a is provided so as not to overlap with the attachment portion of the shoulder strap 104. Since the shape retaining cloth 605a is not formed on the attachment portion of the shoulder strap 104, the attachment portion can be formed thin. As a result, the silhouette when wearing the brassiere 600a in the vicinity of the attachment portions of the shoulder straps 104 on both sides can be made smooth.
FIG. 9B is a rear view showing a modified example (bra 600b) in the brassiere according to the present embodiment in which the position of the opening for inserting the pad is provided on the front center side. It has the same configuration as the brassiere 600a shown in FIG. 9A except that the position of the opening is provided on the front center side. Thus, by providing the opening which inserts a pad in the front center side, there exists an advantage that the position adjustment of the pad in a wearing state can be performed easily. Further, when the opening is provided on the front center side, the upper side of the cup is easier to follow along the bust than when the opening is provided on the side, and the upper side of the cup is less likely to be pulled. For this reason, it is suitable when the cup material is a material that is easily bent or when the cup material is thin. Note that the upper side of the shape retaining cloth 605b constituting the opening may be formed so as to pass a little lower than the bust top, or may be passed a little higher than the bust top. In this modification, the width of the opening can be made wider than in the case where the opening is provided on the side, so that the stretch allowance of the shape retaining cloth 605b can be increased, and the fit of the shape retaining cloth 605b to the bust can be increased. There is also an advantage that it is easy to improve. When the brassiere 600b of this example has the shoulder strap 104, the attachment position of the upper side portion of the cup 101 of the shape retaining cloth 605b and the attachment portion of the shoulder strap 104 may be provided adjacent to each other. preferable. If provided in this way, the shape retaining cloth 605b can be pulled using the pulling force of the shoulder strap 104, and the bust moldability when the brassiere 600b is attached can be further improved.
FIG. 9 (c) shows a modification (bra 600c) in which a reinforcing portion 609 is provided on the front center side of the shoulder strap 104 in the brassiere shown in FIG. 9 (b). Thus, by connecting the shoulder strap 104 to a position adjacent to the upper side forming the opening of the shape retaining cloth 605b, the upper side can be pulled up more firmly. The reinforcing portion 609 may be formed using a lace material, a tape material, or the like.
In addition, the shape-retaining cloths 605a and 605b may be stretched and attached little by little over the entire connection portion with the cup support portion 102 and the cup portion 101, or may be partially stretched and attached. Examples of the partially stretched attachment include a mode in which the shape retaining cloths 605a and 605b are attached in a state where only the connection portion with the cup support portion 102 is stretched.
(Wear evaluation)
A brassiere 100 according to the present invention of the type shown in FIG. 1 was produced and evaluated for wearing.
