本发明的基本思想是: 外呼鉴权接口单元生成验证码并发送给 SP; SP 发起 SP外呼请求时,将验证码封装到外呼消息中发送给综合语音管理平台; 综合语音管理平台解析外呼消息并获取验证码, 对所述验证码进行校验之 后, 实现 SP外呼。
下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
本发明的方案是基于验证码的校验, 区别于现有技术中每次都基于大 量 SP信息进行校验, 简化了外呼校验规则, 从而能解决现有技术外呼校验 规则复杂的问题。
而且, 现有技术中 SP外呼时, 是将 SP信息封装到外呼消息中通过七 号信令向现有的综合语音管理平台发送, 由于 7 号信令协议中的字段长度 和个数限制, 常常无法满足大量 SP信息的发送要求, 尤其是在 SP信息多 的情况下通过七号信令向现有的综合语音管理平台发送外呼消息时难度很 大; 而本发明的方案是将 SP信息预先存储, 只有在校验通过时才由综合语 音管理平台提取出来实现 SP外呼, 从而可以确保大量完整的 SP信息的发 送不受 7号信令发送限制的影响。
一种实现 SP外呼的系统, 主要包括以下内容:
本发明的系统是利用通信领域中的综合语音管理平台对 SP提供的一种 外呼系统, 该系统除了包括综合语音管理平台, 还包括新增的外呼鉴权接 口单元。 由综合语音管理平台和外呼鉴权接口单元组成的本发明的系统与
SP进行交互。 本发明为了简化外呼校验规则, 引入了基于验证码的校验, 本发明增加了外呼鉴权接口单元, 引入了外呼鉴权接口单元后实现 SP外呼 的整个流程区别于现有技术,本发明中涉及的综合语音管理平台和 SP都区 别于现有的综合语音管理平台和 SP, 随着流程的改变引入了新的功能。 这 里需要指出的是: 相对于现有的单纯消息启呼业务和现有的单纯通过七号 信令发消息的启呼业务而言, 本发明是完整的外呼方案。 其中, 针对所述 单纯消息启呼业务而言, 这种业务只能是 VXML脚本的业务, 这种业务只 能是向被叫用户播放一些固定音; 针对所述单纯通过七号信令发消息的启 呼业务而言, 这种业务可以是 VXML业务, 也可以是转接业务, 但是由于 消息结构字段个数有限制, 如 SP信息很多, 计费号码又可以是 SP指定的 任意号码, 此时单纯通过七号信令发消息的启呼业务就很难满足需求, 而 本发明不但是完整的外呼方案, 而且是将 SP信息预先存储, 只有在校验通 过时才由综合语音管理平台提取出来实现 SP 外呼, 可以确保大量完整的 SP信息的发送不受 7号信令发送限制的影响, 从而解决了现有技术的上述 缺点。
其中, 在本发明的综合语音管理平台包括存储单元, 存储单元可以具 体为数据库。 由于综合语音管理平台用于管理 SP的信息和 SP提供的业务 信息, 因此, 综合语音管理平台的存储单元用于存储 SP的信息和 SP提供 的业务信息。外呼鉴权接口单元负责接收 SP发送的外呼鉴权消息并进行鉴 权, 如果鉴权通过, 则生成一个包括固定前缀和固定长度的验证码, 并在 外呼鉴权应答消息中将验证码发送给 SP; 同时, 综合语音管理平台在存储 单元, 比如本地数据库的外呼鉴权表中存储 SP发送的信息和由外呼鉴权接 口单元生成的验证码。 SP收到验证码后, SP将验证码作为外呼的主叫号码 封装到外呼消息中, 并将外呼消息发送到综合语音管理平台。 综合语音管 理平台收到外呼消息后进行解析, 实现 SP外呼, 即为: 如果综合语音管理 平台本地数据库的外呼鉴权表中, 存储有与外呼消息中的验证码相匹配的 外呼鉴权消息中所包括的 SP信息, 则用 SP信息中的真实主叫号码替换掉 目前外呼消息中以验证码所表示的主叫号码, 之后用该真实主叫号码接续 被叫。 其中, 所述存储 SP发送的信息指: SP发送的外呼鉴权消息中所包 括的大量 SP信息, 不作赘述。
一种实现 SP外呼的方法, 主要包括以下内容:
一、 SP封装外呼鉴权消息, 将封装好的外呼鉴权消息发送给外呼鉴权 接口单元。
二、 外呼鉴权接口单元接收 SP发送的外呼鉴权消息, 对外呼鉴权消息 中的 SP信息进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过, 则生成一个验证码, 外呼鉴权接口 单元将验证码封装到外呼鉴权应答消息中发送给 SP; 如果鉴权不通过, 则 外呼鉴权接口单元在外呼鉴权应答消息中将鉴权错误码发送给 SP。
三、 鉴权通过的情况下, 外呼鉴权接口单元将验证码和外呼鉴权消息 中的 SP信息发送给综合语音管理平台,可以在综合语音平台本地数据库的 外呼鉴权表中存储该外呼鉴权消息中的 SP信息, 以及与其相匹配的该验证 码, 供后续外呼时使用。 四、 SP封装外呼消息,封装外呼消息时将由外呼鉴权接口单元生成及 返回的验证码为外呼消息中的主叫号码。
五、 综合语音管理平台接收到 SP的外呼消息后解析。 通过对主叫号码 的分析判断出是下行的外呼消息, 综合语音管理平台根据以验证码所表示 的该主叫号码,在外呼鉴权表中获取与该验证码相匹配的外呼相关 SP信息, 该外呼相关 SP信息即为:之前已经在外呼鉴权表中存储的外呼鉴权消息中 的 SP信息。 该外呼相关 SP信息包括: 外呼的真实主叫号码、 外呼的被叫 号码、 计费号码等等。
六、 综合语音管理平台验证被叫号码是否正确, 如果被叫号码不正确, 则记录外呼失败日志并释放呼叫。 如果验证通过, 则综合语音管理平台获 取与验证码相匹配的外呼相关 SP信息中的真实主叫号码,用真实主叫号码 替换掉目前外呼消息中以验证码所表示的主叫号码。
七、 接续被叫。 SP外呼结束后, 综合语音管理平台根据 SP外呼业务 的计费方式封装计费消息, 将封装好的计费消息发送给计费系统, 如电信 的中国电信在线计费系统( OCS , Online Charging System ), 联通的增值业 务鉴权中心( VAC , Value-added service Authentication Center ), 同时删除外 呼鉴权表中与验证码相匹配的外呼相关 SP信息。
综上所述,釆用本发明,不是每次校验时都基于大量 SP信息进行校验, 而是引入由外呼鉴权接口单元所生成的验证码, 在 SP获得验证码后, 通过 验证码进行校验, 从而简化了外呼校验规则。 同时, 本发明是将 SP所发送 的大量 SP信息预先存储在综合语音管理平台, 并通过验证码进行匹配, SP 发送的不是大量 SP信息而仅仅是验证码,之后在综合语音管理平台通过与 验证码的匹配获得预先存储的大量 SP信息以实现 SP外呼, 从而解决了大 量 SP信息通过 7号信令发送受限的问题。
以下对本发明进行举例阐述。 系统实施例: 综合语音管理平台中的存储单元具体为数据库。 以下对
SP与本发明系统交互时各组成部分的功能说明如下:
如图 1所示为 SP与本发明系统交互时的组成结构示意图,本系统实施 例包括综合语音管理平台和外呼鉴权接口单元; 综合语音管理平台包括数 据库。
SP用于将封装好的外呼鉴权消息发送给外呼鉴权接口单元, 接收外呼 鉴权接口单元返回的验证码; SP还用于将封装好的外呼消息发送给综合语 音管理平台, 外呼消息中的主叫号码是以验证码表示的。
外呼鉴权接口单元用于对外呼鉴权消息鉴权, 鉴权通过后返回验证码 给 SP; 外呼鉴权接口单元还用于将验证码和外呼鉴权消息中的 SP信息发 送给综合语音管理平台并存储在数据库中。
综合语音管理平台用于对外呼消息解析, 如果数据库中存储有与外呼 消息中的验证码相匹配的外呼鉴权消息中所包括的 SP信息, 则用 SP信息 中的真实主叫号码替换掉目前外呼消息中以验证码所表示的主叫号码, 之 后用该真实主叫号码接续被叫。 这里, 验证码, 以及与验证码相匹配的外 呼鉴权消息中所包括的 SP信息具体可以存储在本地数据库的外呼鉴权表 中。
这里需要指出的是: 外呼鉴权接口单元除了能外设, 即设置在综合语 音管理平台的外部; 还可以内设, 即设置在综合语音管理平台的内部。
方法实例一: 对外呼鉴权消息鉴权。
如图 2所示, 本实例包括以下步骤:
步骤 11、 SP封装外呼鉴权消息。
这里, SP封装的外呼鉴权消息包括消息头和消息体。 其中, 在消息体 中包括流水号、 外呼的真实主叫号码如 15023750877、 外呼的被叫号码如 18902300000、外呼计费号码如 18902300001、外呼业务接入码如 101561000、 SP外呼密码如 111111 , 外呼密码来自上述 SP提交接入资格时填写的外呼 密码。
步骤 12、 SP发送外呼鉴权消息给外呼鉴权接口单元。
步骤 13、外呼鉴权接口单元对外呼鉴权消息鉴权, 判断是否鉴权通过, 如果鉴权通过, 则执行步骤 14; 否则, 在外呼鉴权应答消息中将鉴权错误 码返回给 SP, 结束当前鉴权流程。
这里, 外呼鉴权接口单元接收 SP发送来的外呼鉴权消息, 外呼鉴权接 口单元解析外呼鉴权消息, 对外呼鉴权消息中的 SP信息进行鉴权, 鉴权规 则包括主叫号码、 被叫号码、 计费号码是否为有效的电话号码; 与业务接 入码对应的业务是否有外呼权限, 外呼密码是否正确。
进行鉴权后, 封装外呼鉴权应答消息, 外呼鉴权应答消息包括流水号 (与外呼鉴权消息中的流水号相同)、 鉴权结果码(如 00表示鉴权通过; 01表示无此业务; 02表示业务不可使用; 03表示 SP无外呼权限; 04表示 被叫号码是禁呼号码等)、 验证码。 其中, 诸如 01表示无此业务; 02表示 业务不可使用; 03表示 SP无外呼权限; 04表示被叫号码是禁呼号码等都 属于鉴权错误码。
步骤 14、 外呼鉴权接口单元向 SP发送包含验证码的外呼鉴权应答消 息。
这里, 在外呼鉴权应答消息中返回外呼鉴权接口单元生成的验证码, 比如 000041200000000, 供后面 SP发送外呼消息时使用。
步骤 15、 外呼鉴权接口单元将验证码, 以及与验证码相匹配的外呼鉴 权消息中的 SP信息发送给到综合语音管理平台, 供后续外呼时使用; 综合 语音管理平台在数据库中存储验证码, 以及与验证码相匹配的外呼鉴权消 息中的 SP信息, 之后结束当前鉴权流程。
这里, 需要存储的外呼鉴权消息中的 SP信息包括: 外呼的真实主叫号 码如 15023750877、 外呼的被叫号码如 18902300000、 外呼的业务接入码如 101561000、 外呼的计费号码如 18902300001、 SP帐号如 sp8888和 SP外呼 密码如 111111。
方法实例二: 针对外呼消息实现外呼。
如图 3所示, 本实例包括以下步骤:
步骤 21、 SP封装外呼消息。
这里, 该外呼消息中包括从外呼鉴权接口单元接收到的验证码。 外呼 消息( IAM )。 封装外呼消息时将险证码如 000041200000000作为外呼的主 叫号码, 外呼的被叫号码填写外呼鉴权消息中的被叫号码如 18902300000。
步骤 22、 SP向综合语音管理平台发送外呼消息。
步骤 23、综合语音管理接收到 SP发送的外呼消息后,解析该外呼消息。 这里, 解析时, 在综合语音管理平台的数据库中查询与验证码如 000041200000000相匹配的外呼鉴权消息中的 SP信息。
步骤 24、 判断是否存储有与验证码相匹配的所述 SP信息, 如果是, 则 执行步骤 25; 否则, 执行步骤 26。
步骤 25、 当存储有与验证码相匹配的所述 SP信息时,综合语音管理平 台实现 SP外呼, 之后结束当前外呼流程。
这里, 获取数据库中与险证码匹配的所述 SP信息, 用所述 SP信息中 真实的主叫号码如 15023750877替换掉目前以验证码如 000041200000000 表示的主叫号码, 并进行 SP外呼, SP外呼结束后, 在综合语音管理平台 的数据库中记录外呼成功日志, 同时删除外呼鉴权表中的验证码如 000041200000000对应的所述 SP信息。
步骤 26、 当没有存储与验证码相匹配的所述 SP信息时, 综合语音管理 平台释放 SP外呼, 之后结束当前外呼流程。
这里, 会在综合语音管理平台的数据库中记录外呼失败日志。 这里,对以上涉及的外呼鉴权消息和 SP之间通信协议的定义说明如下: 外呼鉴权接口单元与 SP之间的通信以 TCP/IP作为底层通信承载, 综合语 音管理平台作为服务端, SP作为用户端。
外呼鉴权接口单元与 SP之间既然要通信, 就应该定义一个通信协议, 外呼鉴权接口单元与 SP之间的消息定义如以下表 1所示,表 1为外呼鉴权 接口单元与 SP之间的消息定义示意表。

权利要求书
1、 一种实现业务提供者外呼的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括外呼 鉴权接口单元和综合语音管理平台; 其中,
外呼鉴权接口单元, 用于生成验证码并发送给业务提供者(SP );
综合语音管理平台, 用于在 SP发起 SP外呼请求并将获取的所述验证 码封装到外呼消息中发送到所述综合语音管理平台后, 解析所述外呼消息 并获取所述验证码, 对所述验证码进行校验之后, 实现 SP外呼。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 在 SP发起所述 SP外呼 请求前, 所述 SP向外呼鉴权接口单元发送外呼鉴权消息;
所述外呼鉴权接口单元, 进一步用于接收所述外呼鉴权消息, 对所述 外呼鉴权消息中的 SP信息进行鉴权,鉴权通过时生成所述验证码并将所述 验证码发送给所述 SP。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述外呼鉴权接口单元, 进一步用于将所述验证码和所述 SP信息发送给所述综合语音管理平台; 其 中, 所述险证码与所述 SP信息互相匹配;
所述综合语音管理平台, 进一步用于在本地存储所述验证码, 以及与 所述验证码相匹配的所述 SP信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 在 SP将所述验证码作 为主叫号码封装到外呼消息中发送给所述综合语音管理平台的情况下, 所述综合语音管理平台, 进一步用于基于验证码校验时, 如果查询到 本地存储有与所述验证码相匹配的所述 SP信息, 则获取所述 SP信息中真 实的主叫号码, 用所述真实的主叫号码取代以所述验证码表示的主叫号码, 实现 SP外呼。
5、 一种实现业务提供者外呼的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 外呼鉴权接口单元生成验证码并发送给 SP; SP发起 SP外呼请求时, 将所述验证码封装到外呼消息中发送给综合 语音管理平台;
综合语音管理平台解析所述外呼消息并获取所述验证码, 对所述验证 码进行校验之后, 实现 SP外呼。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, SP发起所述 SP外呼请 求之前, 该方法还包括: 所述 SP向所述外呼鉴权接口单元发送外呼鉴权消 息;
所述外呼鉴权接口单元生成验证码并发送给 SP包括: 所述外呼鉴权接 口单元接收到所述外呼鉴权消息后,对所述外呼鉴权消息中的 SP信息进行

8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 所述综 合语音管理平台在本地存储所述验证码, 以及与所述验证码相匹配的所述 SP信息。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, SP将所述验证码封装到 外呼消息中包括: SP将所述验证码作为主叫号码封装到外呼消息中; 通过所述基于验证码的校验实现 SP外呼包括: 综合语音管理平台解析 所述外呼消息并获取所述验证码后, 如果查询到本地存储有与所述验证码 相匹配的所述 SP信息, 则获取所述 SP信息中真实的主叫号码, 用所述真 实的主叫号码取代以所述险证码表示的主叫号码, 实现 SP外呼。
