所述代理商的转入交易请求中包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取 款金额、 取款验证码和代理商的交易密码;

交易处理模块对代理商的移动终端号码和交易密码进行验证, 并在验 证通过后根据所述转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取款金额和取款验证码从 数据中心查询对应的交易日志, 查询成功后增加代理商的账户金额, 并计 算交易佣金;
下行处理模块在交易处理完成后, 向转入方用户的移动终端发送取款 成功的响应消息;
数据中心将计算的交易佣金记录在对应的交易日志中。
该方法进一步包括: 所述交易处理模块在扣除转出方用户的账户金额 后, 如果预设的定时周期超时, 且转入方用户还未取款, 则将从所述转出 方用户扣除的所述账户金额返还给转出方用户。
本发明所提供的一种实现移动终端转账的方法和业务平台, 上行处理 模块接收转出方用户的转出交易请求、 转入方用户或代理商的转入交易请 求; 加密解密模块对转出交易请求、 转入交易请求进行格式验证、 解密操 作, 并根据转出交易请求随机生成取款密码提供给交易处理模块和转入方 用户; 交易处理模块对接入到移动终端钱包交易业务的用户进行鉴权, 并 根据转出交易请求完成转出操作, 根据转入交易请求和加密解密模块提供 的取款密码完成转入操作; 下行处理模块在交易处理完成后, 向转出方用 户、 转入方用户或代理商的移动终端返回响应消息。
通过本发明, 让移动终端转账更加的灵活化, 在转入方无需进行移动 终端号码绑定, 转出方在只需知道转入方移动终端号码的情况下即可完成 资金的转账。 对于银行网点数量过少的地区, 本发明的移动终端转账让用 户转账和取款更加的方便、 快捷, 同时为运营商提供新的盈利空间。 附图说明

图 5为本发明实施例三中实现移动终端转账的方法流程图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 本发明所提供的一种实现移动终端转账的系统, 如图 1 所示, 由移动 终端 10、通信网关 20和移动终端钱包交易业务平台 30组成。移动终端 10, 负责上行交易请求的编辑、 加密和发送。 通信网关 20, 负责上行交易请求 的接收和发送, 并将上行交易请求转发给移动终端钱包交易业务平台 30。 移动终端钱包交易业务平台 30负责接收通信网关 20转发的上行交易请求, 上行交易请求格式的验证和解密, 对接入到移动终端钱包交易业务的用户 进行鉴权, 完成转账的交易处理, 并完成转账成功响应消息的组装和下发。
其中, 移动终端钱包交易业务平台 30又包含: 上行处理模块 31、 加密 解密模块 32、 交易处理模块 33、 下行处理模块 34和数据中心 35。 如图 2 所示, 上行处理模块 31 , 用于接收转出方用户的转出交易请求、 转入方用 户或代理商通过移动终端 10发送的的转入交易请求。加密解密模块 32, 用 于对转出交易请求、 转入交易请求进行格式验证、 解密操作, 根据转出方 交易请求随机生成取款密码提供给交易处理模块 33和转入方用户的移动终 端 10。 交易处理模块 33 , 用于对接入到移动终端钱包交易业务的用户进行 鉴权, 并根据转出交易请求完成转出操作, 根据转入交易请求和加密解密 模块 32提供的取款密码完成转入操作。 下行处理模块 34, 用于在交易处理 完成后,向转出方用户、转入方用户或代理商的移动终端 10返回响应消息。 数据中心 35 , 用于存储转出方用户、 转入方用户和代理商的账户信息, 并 记录交易日志。
通过采用上述的系统, 转入方用户在获取到取款密码后, 即可以通过 该取款密码发送转入交易请求进行转账查询, 还可以将该取款密码提供给 取款地的代理商, 由取款地的代理商发送转入交易请求进行取款确认后, 转入方从代理商处取走资金, 那么相应的, 代理商在系统中的账户增加相 应的余额。
较佳的, 为了实现更安全的转账处理, 本发明系统的各模块还可以具 备以下功能:
首先, 转出交易请求中可以包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 转账 金额和交易密码。 那么相应的, 交易处理模块 33进一步用于, 根据转出方 用户的移动终端号码、 交易密码和转账金额进行鉴权, 并在鉴权通过后扣 除转出方用户的账户金额。 下行处理模块 34进一步用于, 在交易处理完成 后, 将包含取款密码的响应消息发送到转入方用户的移动终端 10。 数据中 心 35进一步用于, 记录转账的交易日志, 记录转入方用户的移动终端号码 和取款密码。 其次, 转入方用户的转入交易请求中可以包括: 转入方用户的移动终 端号码、 取款密码和代理商代码。 那么相应的, 加密解密模块 32进一步用 于, 根据转入方用户的转入交易请求随机生成取款验证码。 交易处理模块
33进一步用于, 对代理商代码进行验证, 并在验证通过后更新转账的交易 曰志。 下行处理模块 34进一步用于, 在交易处理完成后, 将包含取款验证 码的响应消息发送到转入方用户的移动终端 10。 数据中心 35进一步用于, 记录代理商代码和取款验证码。
最后, 代理商的转入交易请求中可以包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号 码、 取款金额、 取款验证码和代理商的交易密码。 那么相应的, 交易处理 模块 33进一步用于, 对代理商的移动终端号码和交易密码进行验证, 并在 验证通过后根据转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取款金额和取款验证码从数 据中心 35查询对应的交易日志, 查询成功后增加代理商的账户金额(增加 的代理商账户金额数量即为转入方用户的取款金额), 并计算交易佣金。 下 行处理模块 34进一步用于, 在交易处理完成后, 向转入方用户的移动终端 10发送取款成功的响应消息。数据中心 35进一步用于, 将计算的交易佣金 记录在对应的交易日志中。
需要说明的是, 本发明的交易请求以及交易处理完成的响应消息都可 以以编辑短信的信息发送, 当然本发明中也并非仅限于短信的方式, 也可 以为其他可行的消息交互方式。
下面再结合图 2所示的移动终端钱包交易业务平台 30的内部结构, 对 本发明实现移动终端转账的方法进一步详细阐述。 后续的实施例中以交易 请求以及交易处理完成的响应消息采用短信方式发送为例进行说明。
首先,移动终端钱包交易业务平台 30对来自转出方用户的转账请求(即 转出交易请求)进行处理, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 , 转出方用户使用移动终端 10编辑转账短信 "TM*转入方的 移动终端号码 *转账金额 *交易密码", 转出方用户的移动终端 10对短信内 容进行加密并发送到交易中心号码, 接入移动终端钱包交易业务。
步骤 302, 通信网关 20接收到转账短信后转发给移动终端钱包交易业 务平台 30的上行处理模块 31。
步骤 303 , 加解密模块 32对转账短信进行解密,验证转账短信的格式, 并随机生成取款密码。
步骤 304, 交易处理模块 33对转出方用户的移动终端号码、 交易密码、 转账金额进行验证。
步骤 305 ,验证通过后, 交易处理模块 33扣除转出方用户的账户金额, 记录转账的交易日志, 并保存转入方的移动终端号码、 取款密码于数据中 心 35。
步骤 306, 下行处理模块 34组装转账成功短信, 下发给转入方用户的 移动终端号码, 转账成功短信的内容包含取款密码。
移动终端钱包交易业务平台 30对转出方用户的转账请求处理完成后, 需要通知相应的转入方用户; 转入方用户在收到转账成功短信后, 即可以 到任意一个代理商处进行取款。 首先, 转入方用户需要进行转账的查询操 作, 如图 4所示, 主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 401 , 转入方用户使用移动终端 10编辑查询短信 "QT*转入方的 移动终端号码 *取款密码 *代理商代码", 转入方用户的移动终端 10将查询 短信(即转入方用户的转入交易请求)发送到交易中心号码。
步骤 402, 通信网关 20接收到查询短信后转发给移动终端钱包交易业 务平台 30的上行处理模块 31。
步骤 403 , 加解密模块 32验证查询短信的格式, 并随机生成取款验证 码。
步骤 404, 交易处理模块 33对代理商代码进行验证。 步骤 405 , 验证通过后, 交易处理模块 33更新原转账的交易日志, 并 保存代理商代码、 取款验证码于数据中心 35。
步骤 406, 下行处理模块 34组装查询成功短信, 下发给转入方用户的 移动终端号码, 查询成功短信的内容包含取款验证码。
在转账的查询完成后, 代理商可以通过移动终端 10执行取款操作, 并 将转账的资金提供给转入方用户, 转入方用户随即从代理商处取走资金。 具体操作如图 5所示, 主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 501 , 代理商使用移动终端 10编辑取款短信(即代理商的转入交 易请求) "GM*转入方的移动终端号码 *取款金额 *取款验证码 *交易密码", 代理商的移动终端对短信进行加密后发送到交易中心号码。
步骤 502, 通信网关 20接收到取款短信后转发给移动终端钱包交易业 务平台 30的上行处理模块 31。
步骤 503 , 加解密模块 32对取款短信进行解密, 并验证取款短信的格 式。
步骤 504, 交易处理模块 33对代理商的移动终端号码、 交易密码进行 验证。
步骤 505 , 交易处理模块 33根据转入方的移动终端号码、 取款金额和 取款验证码, 到数据中心 35查找对应的交易日志。
步骤 506, 交易处理模块 33增加代理商的账户金额 (增加的代理商账 户金额数量即为转入方用户的取款金额), 计算操作佣金, 并记录交易曰志 于数据中心。
步骤 507, 下行处理模块 34组装取款成功短信下发给转出方的移动终 端号码。
代理商收取转入方用户佣金, 将取款现金提供给取款用户。 另外, 交 易处理模块 33在扣除转出方用户的账户金额后, 如果预设的定时周期超时 (例如超过 7天), 且转入方用户还未取款, 则交易处理模块 33 自动回退 交易, 将从转出方用户扣除的账户金额返还给转出方用户。
综上所述, 本发明让移动终端转账更加的灵活化, 在转入方无需进行 移动终端号码绑定, 转出方在只需知道转入方移动终端号码的情况下即可 完成资金的转账。 对于银行网点数量过少的地区, 本发明的移动终端转账 让用户转账和取款更加的方便、 快捷, 同时为运营商提供新的盈利空间。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端钱包交易业务平台, 其特征在于, 包括: 上行处理模 块、 加密解密模块、 交易处理模块和下行处理模块, 其中,
所述上行处理模块, 用于接收转出方用户的转出交易请求、 转入方用 户或代理商的转入交易请求;
所述加密解密模块, 用于对所述转出交易请求、 转入交易请求进行格 式验证、 解密操作, 根据所述转出交易请求随机生成取款密码提供给交易 处理模块和转入方用户;
所述交易处理模块, 用于对接入到移动终端钱包交易业务的用户进行 鉴权, 并根据所述转出交易请求完成转出操作, 根据转入交易请求和加密 解密模块提供的取款密码完成转入操作;
所述下行处理模块, 用于在交易处理完成后, 向所述转出方用户、 转 入方用户或代理商的移动终端返回响应消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述移动终端钱包交易业务平台, 其特征在于, 该 平台进一步包括: 数据中心, 用于存储所述转出方用户、 转入方用户和代 理商的账户信息, 并记录交易日志。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述移动终端钱包交易业务平台, 其特征在于, 所 述转出交易请求中包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 转账金额和交易密 码;
相应的, 所述交易处理模块进一步用于, 根据转出方用户的移动终端 号码、 交易密码和转账金额进行鉴权, 并在鉴权通过后扣除转出方用户的 账户金额;
所述下行处理模块进一步用于, 在交易处理完成后, 将包含所述取款 密码的响应消息发送到转入方用户的移动终端;
所述数据中心进一步用于, 记录转账的交易日志, 记录转入方用户的 移动终端号码和所述取款密码。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述移动终端钱包交易业务平台, 其特征在于, 所 述转入方用户的转入交易请求中包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取款 密码和代理商代码;
相应的, 所述加密解密模块进一步用于, 根据所述转入方用户的转入 交易请求随机生成取款验证码;
所述交易处理模块进一步用于, 对所述代理商代码进行验证, 并在验 证通过后更新所述转账的交易日志;
所述下行处理模块进一步用于, 在交易处理完成后, 将包含所述取款 验证码的响应消息发送到转入方用户的移动终端;
所述数据中心进一步用于, 记录所述代理商代码和取款验证码。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述移动终端钱包交易业务平台, 其特征在于, 所 述代理商的转入交易请求中包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取款金额、 取款验证码和代理商的交易密码;
相应的, 所述交易处理模块进一步用于, 对代理商的移动终端号码和 取款金额和取款验证码从数据中心查询对应的交易日志, 查询成功后增加 代理商的账户金额, 并计算交易佣金;
所述下行处理模块进一步用于, 在交易处理完成后, 向转入方用户的 移动终端发送取款成功的响应消息;
所述数据中心进一步用于, 将计算的交易佣金记录在对应的交易日志 中。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述移动终端钱包交易业务平台, 其特 征在于, 所述交易处理模块进一步用于, 在扣除转出方用户的账户金额后, 如果预设的定时周期超时, 且转入方用户还未取款, 则将从所述转出方用 户扣除的所述账户金额返还给转出方用户。
7、 一种实现移动终端转账的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 上行处理模块接收转出方用户的转出交易请求、 转入方用户或代理商 的转入交易请求;
加密解密模块对所述转出交易请求、 转入交易请求进行格式验证、 解 密操作, 并根据所述转出交易请求随机生成取款密码提供给交易处理模块 和转入方用户;
交易处理模块对接入到移动终端钱包交易业务的用户进行鉴权, 并根 据所述转出交易请求完成转出操作, 根据转入交易请求和加密解密模块提 供的取款密码完成转入操作;
下行处理模块在交易处理完成后, 向所述转出方用户、 转入方用户或 代理商的移动终端返回响应消息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述实现移动终端转账的方法, 其特征在于, 该方 法进一步包括:
数据中心存储所述转出方用户、 转入方用户和代理商的账户信息, 并 记录交易日志。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述实现移动终端转账的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 转出交易请求中包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 转账金额和交易密码; 相应的, 该方法进一步包括:
交易处理模块根据转出方用户的移动终端号码、 交易密码和转账金额 进行鉴权, 并在鉴权通过后扣除转出方用户的账户金额;
下行处理模块在交易处理完成后, 将包含所述取款密码的响应消息发 送到转入方用户的移动终端;
数据中心记录转账的交易日志, 记录转入方用户的移动终端号码和所 述取款密码。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述实现移动终端转账的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述转入方用户的转入交易请求中包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取款 密码和代理商代码;
相应的, 该方法进一步包括:
加密解密模块根据所述转入方用户的转入交易请求请求随机生成取款 验证码;
交易处理模块对所述代理商代码进行验证, 并在验证通过后更新所述 转账的交易日志;
下行处理模块在交易处理完成后, 将包含所述取款验证码的响应消息 发送到转入方用户的移动终端;
数据中心记录所述代理商代码和取款验证码。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述实现移动终端转账的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述代理商的转入交易请求中包括: 转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取款金额、 取款验证码和代理商的交易密码;
相应的, 该方法进一步包括:
交易处理模块对代理商的移动终端号码和交易密码进行验证, 并在验 证通过后根据所述转入方用户的移动终端号码、 取款金额和取款验证码从 数据中心查询对应的交易日志, 查询成功后增加代理商的账户金额, 并计 算交易佣金;
下行处理模块在交易处理完成后, 向转入方用户的移动终端发送取款 成功的响应消息;
