Abstract

The present invention relates to a triphenylene-based compound and to an organic electroluminescent element comprising the same, and, more specifically, a material used for a fluorescent or phosphorescent organic electroluminescent element is a novel triphenylene-based compound which has improved hole-injection and/or transport properties, electron transport properties and/or light-emitting properties due to the introduction of an aryl amine substituent group and linking group, and hence an organic electroluminescent element can be provided which has improved characteristics such as the light-emitting efficiency, the brightness, the drive voltage and the life of the element.
