둘째 종래기술로는 유아용 카시트는 아이가 자라서 스스로 걸어 다닐 수 있을 정도로 일때 자동차로 이동시 필요한 유아용품으로 종래기술 (US Pat. No. 7,370,912) 처럼 의자형태로 되어 있고 자동차에 부착 된 안전 밸트를 이용하거나, 또는 (US Pat. No. 4,662,683) 처럼 안전밸트가 직접 설치되어 아이를 고정 시킬 수 있도록 되어있다.
휴대 할 수 있는 소아용 캐리어와 자동차에 고정시켜 사용하는 유아용 카시트를 각각 별도로 구입하는 경우 경제적인 부담이 크다.
이러한 불편함을 해소하기 위해 유아용 카시트의 크기가 가변 형으로 커지도록 구성 된 종래기술(특허출원 10-2000-0005571 (US Pat. No.6,659,564)이 있지만, 이것은 소아를 담은 채 도보로 이동시킬 수 없고 자동차 밖으로 소아를 이동 시킬 경우 데리고 나올 경우 아이를 직접안고 이동해야하는 불편함이 있기 때문에 결국 별도로 휴대 할 수 있는 소아용 캐리어를 구입해야하므로 경제적인 부담이 있었다.
본 발명은 목을 세울 수 있는 힘이 없는 어린 아이를 담은 채 도보로 이동 하기위해 가벼운 구조의 소아용 캐리어를 구비하고 자동차로 이동하는 경우 자동차의 충돌사고에도 충분히 보호될 수 있도록 유아용카시트를 소아용 캐리어의 외부충격 방지용으로 사용 하도록 하여 자동차 내외에서 모두 편리하게 사용 할 수 있으며 아이가 자라서 혼자 걸어 다닐 수 있을 정도로 커서 더 이상 소아용 캐리어가 필요 없는 경우 유아용 카시트만 계속 사용 할 수 있도록 하여 이 두 가지를 각각 별도로 구입하는데 드는 경제적인 부담을 줄이는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 자동차의 시트에 고정되는 유아용 카시트에 있어서, 자동차의 시트에 고정되는 몸체와 상기 몸체 내에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어와 상기 소아용 캐리어를 상기 몸체에 고정시키는 고정수단이 포함 되어 구성 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따른, 상기 소아용 캐리어는 상기 몸체에서 아이가 앉도록 형성 된 시트백부 내에 안착되고, 상기 고정수단은 헤드에 손잡이가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어의 양쪽 측면에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공이 각각 형성되고, 상기 몸체의 양쪽 측면에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공이 각각 형성 되고 상기 결합공과 상기 결합공은 상기 결합나사로 양측에서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 자동차의 시트에 고정되는 유아용 카시트에 있어서, 자동차의 시트에 고정되며 아이가 앉는 시트백부가 형성 된 몸체와 상기 시트백부 내에 안착되는 기저귀교체용 작업대와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대와 상기 소아용 캐리어를 상기 몸체에 고정시키는 고정수단이 포함 되어 구성 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따른, 상기 고정수단은 헤드에 손잡이가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어의 양쪽 측면에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공이 각각 형성되고, 상기 몸체의 양쪽 측면에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공이 각각 형성 되며, 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대는 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성된 작업판 양측에 상향되게 측면 보호판이 각각 형성되고 상기 측면 보호판에는 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공이 각각 형성되며, 상기 결합공과 상기 결합공 그리고 상기 결합공은 상기 결합나사로 양측에서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 자동차의 시트에 고정되는 유아용 카시트에 있어서, 자동차의 시트에 고정되며 아이가 앉는 시트백부가 형성 된 몸체와 상기 시트백부 내에 안착되는 기저귀교체용 작업대와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대를 상기 몸체에 고정시키는 고정수단과 상기 소아용 캐리어를 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대에 고정 시키는 고정수단이 포함 되어 구성 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따른, 상기 고정수단은 헤드에 손잡이가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사이고, 상기 몸체의 양쪽 측면에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대는 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성된 작업판의 양측에 상향되게 측면 보호판이 각각 형성되고 상기 측면 보호판에는 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공이 각각 형성되고, 상기 결합공과 상기 결합공은 상기 결합나사로 양측에서 결합되며, 상기 고정수단은 헤드에 손잡이가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어의 양쪽 측면에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공이 각각 형성되고, 상기 측면 보호판의 양측 전단 부에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공이 각각 형성 되며 상기 결합공과 상기 결합공은 상기 결합나사로 양측에서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따른, 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대의 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성 된 작업판 하부면에 하향 되게 지지대가 형성되고 상기 몸체의 전단 상부면에 상기 지지대의 하단부가 삽입되는 삽착홈이 형성 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따른, 상기 시트백부 내에 안착되고 상기 고정수단으로 고정되는 보조 시트백이 포함 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명에 따른, 상기 보조 시트백은 아이가 앉을 수 있도록 형성된 시트부와 상기 시트부 후방이 상향되게 형성되어 아이가 등을 기댈 수 있도록 형성 된 등받이부 그리고 상기 시트부와 상기 등받이부 측면에 이어지게 형성 된 양쪽 측면이 일체로 형성되어 구성되며 상기 고정수단은 헤드에 손잡이가 형성된 한 쌍의 결합나사이고, 상기 몸체의 양쪽 측면에 상기 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 보조 시트백의 상기 양쪽 측면에는 상기 결합공에 대응되는 위치에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 결합공과 상기 결합공은 상기 결합나사로 상기 몸체 양측에서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다
본 발명은 유아용 카시트가 소아용 캐리어의 외부충격을 막아주는 역할을 하기 때문에 소아용 캐리어는 외부 충격에 대비하여 복잡하고 견고한 구조를 형성 할 필요가 없어 값싸고 가볍게 제작할 수 있어 편리하며, 아이가 자동차를 타고 가다가 기저귀에 똥을 쌀 경우에는 기저귀교체용 작업대에 아이를 눕히고 아이의 기저귀를 교체 할 수 있어 편리하고, 보조 시트백을 시트백부 고정시켜 사용하면 아이의 체형에 맞추어 아이의 몸이 이탈하는 것을 방지 할 수 있어 유용하다. 아이가 커서 걸어 다닐 수 있을 때는 유아용 카시트는 계속 사용할 수 있어 휴대할 수 있는 소아용 캐리어와 자동차에 장착하여 사용하는 유아용 카시트를 각각 구입할 때보다 경제적이다.

먼저, 본 발명의 유아용 카시트의 몸체(10)는 통상적이고도 공지의 방법으로 자동차의 좌석에 고정되며 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 하지 않는다. 본 발명의 제 1 실시 예를 도면을 참조하면 도 1 내지 도 3 에서처럼 본 발명의 유아용 카시트(70)는 자동차의 시트에 고정되는 몸체(10)와 상기 몸체(10) 내에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어(20)와 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)를 상기 몸체(10)에 고정시키는 고정수단(30)이 포함 되어 구성 된다. 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)는 보호자가 휴대 할 수 있도록 구성되며, 일 실시예로 도면에서처럼 소아의 몸을 고정시키는 소아용 안전밸트수단(20a)과 들고 이동 할 수 있게 하는 손잡이(20b)와 접을 수 있는 햇빛가리개(20c)가 설치된다.
상기 소아용 캐리어(20)는 상기 몸체(10)에서 아이가 앉을 수 있도록 형성된 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되고, 상기 고정수단(30)은 헤드(31a)에 손잡이(31b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(31)이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)의 양쪽 측면(20d)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(21)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 몸체(10)의 양쪽 측면(10b)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(12)이 각각 형성 되고 상기 결합공(12)과 상기 결합공(21)은 상기 결합나사(31)로 양측에서 결합된다.
상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 설치되는 안전밸트수단(11)은 중앙버클(11a)이 클립이 부착된 안전밸트(11b),(11c),(11c)로부터 공지의 방법으로 완전히 분리된다.
본 발명의 제 2 실시 예를 도면을 참조하면 도 4 내지 도 6 에서처럼 본 고안의 유아용 카시트(70)는 자동차의 시트에 고정되며 아이가 앉는 시트백부(10a)가 형성 된 몸체(10)와 상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되는 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어(20)와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)와 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)를 상기 몸체(10)에 고정시키는 고정수단(30)이 포함 되어 구성 된다.
상기 고정수단(30)은 헤드(31a)에 손잡이(31b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(31)이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)의 양쪽 측면(20d)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(21)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 몸체(10)의 양쪽 측면(10b)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(12)이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)는 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성된 작업판(41)의 양측에 상향되게 측면 보호판(41a)이 각각 형성되고 상기 측면 보호판(41a)에는 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(42)이 각각 형성되며, 상기 결합공(12)과 상기 결합공(42) 그리고 상기 결합공(21)은 상기 결합나사(31)로 양측에서 결합된다.
상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)의 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성된 작업판(41)의 하부면에 하향되는 지지대(41b)가 형성되고 상기 몸체(10)의 전단 상부면에 상기 지지대(41b)의 하단부가 삽입되는 삽착홈(14)이 형성된다.
본 발명의 제 3 실시 예를 도면을 참조하면 도 7 내지 도 9 에서처럼 본발명의 유아용 카시트(70)는 자동차의 시트에 고정되며 아이가 앉는 시트백부(10a)가 형성 된 몸체(10)와 상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되는 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어(20)와 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)를 상기 몸체(10)에 고정시키는 고정수단(30)과 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)를 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)에 고정 시키는 고정수단(50)이 포함 되어 구성 된다.
상기 고정수단(30)은 헤드(31a)에 손잡이(31b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(31)이고, 상기 몸체(10)의 양쪽 측면(10b)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(12)이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)는 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성된 작업판(41)의 양측에 상향되게 측면 보호판(41a)이 각각 형성되고 상기 측면 보호판(41a)에는 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(42)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 결합공(12)과 상기 결합공(42)은 상기 결합나사(31)로 양측에서 결합되며, 상기 고정수단(50)은 헤드(51a)에 손잡이(51b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(51)이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)의 양쪽 측면(20d)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(21)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 측면 보호판(41a)의 양측 전단 부에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(43)이 각각 형성 되고 상기 결합공(21)과 상기 결합공(43)은 상기 결합나사(51)로 양측에서 결합된다.
상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)의 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성 된 작업판(41)의 하부면에 하향되게 지지대(41b)가 형성되고 상기 몸체의 전단 상부면에 상기 지지대(41b)의 하단부가 삽입되는 삽착홈(14)이 형성 된다.
본 발명의 제 4 실시 예를 도면을 참조하면 도 10 내지 도 12 에서처럼 본 발명의 유아용 카시트(70)는 상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되고 상기 고정수단(30)으로 고정되는 보조 시트백(60)이 포함 된다.
상기 보조 시트백(60)은 아이가 앉을 수 있도록 형성 된 시트부(60b)와 상기 시트부(60b) 후방이 상향되게 형성되어 아이가 등을 기댈 수 있도록 형성 된 등받이부(60c) 그리고 상기 시트부(60b)와 상기 등받이부(60c) 측면에 이어지게 형성 된 양쪽 측면(60a)이 일체로 형성되어 구성되며 상기 고정수단(30)은 헤드(31a)에 손잡이(31b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(31)이고, 상기 몸체(10)의 양쪽 측면(10b)에 상기 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(12)이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 보조 시트백(60)의 상기 양쪽 측면(60a)에는 상기 결합공(12)에 대응되는 위치에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(61)이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 결합공(12)과 상기 결합공(61)은 상기 결합나사(31)로 상기 몸체(10) 양측에서 결합된다.

상기와 같이 구성 된 본 발명에 의한 유아용카시트의 작용효과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
아이가 갓 태어나 아이가 목을 가누기 힘들 정도로 아주 어리기 때문에 아이를 눕힌 채 자동차로 이동하는 경우 제 1 실시 예에 따라 본 발명의 유아용 카시트(70)를 공지의 방법으로 자동차의 좌석에 고정 시킨 후에 유아용카시트(70)의 몸체(10)에 아이가 착석하는 시트백부(10a)에 설치된 안전밸트수단(11)의 중앙버클(11a)을 분리해낸 뒤에 소아용 캐리어(20)를 시트백부(10a)내에 안착 시킨 후에 결합나사(31)로 몸체(10)의 양측에서 고정시켜 사용한다.
제 2, 제 3 실시예 에서는 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)를 소아용 캐리어(20)의 하 방향으로 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착시켜 상기 결합나사(31)로 고정시켜 사용 하다가 자동차 운행 중 아이가 기저귀에 똥을 살 경우 상기 결합나사(31)를 풀어 소아용 캐리어(20)를 시트백부(10a)에서 분리한 뒤에 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)에 아이를 눕혀 기저귀를 교체하면 위생상으로 좋고 편리하다.
제 4 실시예 에서는 아이가 자라서 걸어 다닐 정도로 몸이 커져 더 이상 소아용 캐리어(20)가 필요하지 않게 된 경우라도 유아용카시트의 몸체(10)에 형성된 시트백부(10a)가 아이의 몸집보다 아직은 클 경우에는 아이의 몸을 안정적으로 고정시킬 수 있는 보조시트백(60)을 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착시켜 상기 결합나사(31)로 고정시켜 사용 할 수 있어 매우 유용하고 효과적이다.
이렇게 구성 된 본 발명은 아이가 아주 어려 목을 가눌 수 없는 경우 자동차 밖에서는 이동 시킬 때는 가벼운 소아용 캐리어(20)를 사용하여 아이를 이동시키고 자동차로 이동 할 때는 유아용카시트(70) 내에 고정수단(30)으로 소아용 캐리어(20)를 고정시켜 사용 할 수 있어 유용하고 자동차 운행 중에 아이가 기저귀에 똥을 싸면 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)를 사용 할 수 있고 걸을 수 있게 되어 소아용캐리어(20)를 사용하지 못하도록 커지만 아직은 몸집이 작아 유아용 카시트(70)의 시트백부(10a)를 사용하기가 불편한 경우 보조시트백(60)을 사용하면 아이의 몸을 안정적으로 고정시킬 수 있어 매우 편리하여 결과적으로 소아용 캐리어와 유아용 카시트를 각각 별도로 구입하지 않아도 되므로 매우 경제적인 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 유아용 카시트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 몸체에 수납 되고 분리가 가능 하도록 고정되는 소아용 캐리어가 포함 되는 유아용 카시트에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 자동차의 시트에 고정되는 유아용 카시트에 있어서,
    자동차의 시트에 고정되는 몸체(10);와
    상기 몸체(10) 내에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어(20);와
    상기 소아용 캐리어(20)를 상기 몸체(10)에 고정시키는 고정수단(30)이 포함 되어 구성 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 소아용 캐리어(20)는 상기 몸체(10)에서 아이가 앉도록 형성 된 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되고, 상기 고정수단(30)은 헤드(31a)에 손잡이(31b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(31)이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)의 양쪽 측면(20d)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(21)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 몸체(10)의 양쪽 측면(10b)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(12)이 각각 형성 되고 상기 결합공(12)과 상기 결합공(21)은 상기 결합나사(31)로 양측에서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되고 상기 고정수단(30)으로 고정되는 보조 시트백(60)이 포함 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).
  4. 자동차의 시트에 고정되는 유아용 카시트에 있어서,
    자동차의 시트에 고정되며 아이가 앉는 시트백부(10a)가 형성 된 몸체(10);와
    상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되는 기저귀교체용 작업대(40);와
    상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어(20);와
    상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)와 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)를 상기 몸체(10)에 고정시키는 고정수단(30)이 포함 되어 구성 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 고정수단(30)은 헤드(31a)에 손잡이(31b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(31)이고, 상기 소아용 캐리어(20)의 양쪽 측면(20d)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(21)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 몸체(10)의 양쪽 측면(10b)에 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(12)이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)는 아이를 눕힐 수 있도록 형성된 작업판(41)의 양측에 상향되게 측면 보호판(41a)이 각각 형성되고 상기 측면 보호판(41a)에는 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(42)이 각각 형성되고, 상기 결합공(12)과 상기 결합공(42) 그리고 상기 결합공(21)은 상기 결합나사(31)로 양측에서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).

    상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되는 기저귀교체용 작업대(40);와
    상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)에 안착되는 소아용 캐리어(20);와
    상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)를 상기 몸체(10)에 고정시키는 고정수단(30);과
    상기 소아용 캐리어(20)를 상기 기저귀교체용 작업대(40)에 고정 시키는 고정수단(50)이 포함 되어 구성 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,

    상기 시트백부(10a) 내에 안착되고 상기 고정수단(30)으로 고정되는 보조 시트백(60)이 포함 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).

    상기 보조 시트백(60)은 아이가 앉을 수 있도록 형성 된 시트부(60b)와 상기 시트부(60b) 후방이 상향되게 형성되어 아이가 등을 기댈 수 있도록 형성 된 등받이부(60c) 그리고 상기 시트부(60b)와 상기 등받이부(60c) 측면에 이어지게 형성 된 양쪽 측면(60a)이 일체로 형성되어 구성되며 상기 고정수단(30)은 헤드(31a)에 손잡이(31b)가 형성 된 한 쌍의 결합나사(31)이고, 상기 몸체(10)의 양쪽 측면(10b)에 상기 내주면에 나사부가 형성된 결합공(12)이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 보조 시트백(60)의 상기 양쪽 측면(60a)에는 상기 결합공(12)에 대응되는 위치에 내주면에 나사부가 형성 된 결합공(61)이 각각 형성 되고, 상기 결합공(12)과 상기 결합공(61)은 상기 결합나사(31)로 상기 몸체(10) 양측에서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아용 카시트(70).
