In this way, not only can the band efficiency be maximized, but also the data can be transmitted considering the non-contact situation of the human body.
- FIG. 3 is a structural diagram of a general human body communication system.
- the preamble in FIG. 2 is used to inform the start time of the header included in the packet, the header includes information related to the packet such as the length of the packet, and the data includes information to be actually transmitted.
- the header since only a preamble exists, it may be difficult to find an accurate time point when restoring headers and data. Therefore, if a packet structure that is stable and minimizes system complexity is also proposed, more efficient data transmission will be possible.
- the data transmission apparatus primarily configures a packet to be delivered by transferring information to the preamble generator 205, the header generator 210, and the data generator 215 in the MAC transmission processor 200.

- the data generation process is as follows. First, if the transmission rate of the data transmitted by the data generator 215 is C, the output of the data generator 215 is converted into a symbol by an N: 1 serial-to-parallel converter. The symbol rate at this time can be expressed in C / N. The output of the serial-to-parallel converter 220 is repeated a predetermined number R by the symbol repeater 225 which is the next stage. In this case, the symbol rate of the symbol repeater 225 may be expressed as C ⁇ R / N. The N bits of output of symbol repeater 225 are passed to frequency selective spreader 230.
- the frequency selective spreader 230 is a kind of orthogonal modulator and is composed of a sequence having a length of 2 N 2 L1 .

- the output of the frequency selective spreader 230 is continuously delivered after the header is transmitted by the multiplexer 240. Finally, the output of the multiplexer 240 is transmitted to the outside directly through the electrode 250 via the transmit / receive switch 245 without the analog circuit 270.
- the received signal input through the electrode 250 is passed through the transmit / receive switch 245 through the noise canceling filter 255 to remove the unwanted frequency components of the band and the amplifier 260 to have as many analog signals as desired. Will go through.
- the output of the amplifier 260 is passed to the next stage clock data / reordering unit 265. That is, in general, since the data portion of the packet does not have additional information for the synchronization process of the receiver, there is a separate clock data / realignment unit 265 such as an analog synchronizer. In this case, since there is no additional synchronization information in the data, the clock recovery / data retiming part (hereinafter, referred to as CDR) 265 must extract data while performing a timing synchronization process. However, when the input level is very low, such clock data / reordering unit 265 malfunctions, causing performance degradation. Thereafter, the output of the clock data / reordering unit 265 is transmitted to the next digital receiving unit.
