一种通信方法及系统以及业务服务器
本申请要求于 2010 年 05 月 6 日提交中国专利局, 申请号为 201010168679.7, 发明名称为 "一种通信方法及系统以及业务服务器" 的中国 专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种通信方法及系统以及业务服务器。
背景技术
开放移动联盟( OMA, Open Mobile Alliance )致力于一键通、 即时消息、 以及融合互联网协议消息 (CPM, Converged IP Message )等在内的移动数据 业务规范。 为了在当今异构环境下为用户提供更好的业务体验, OMA CPM规 范对用户偏好规则 ( UPP, User Preference Profile )提供支持。
所谓 "用户偏好规则 "是指 CPM用户偏好( User Preference )按照不同的 使用环境, 例如会议模式, 办公室模式, 家庭模式等, 存储于扩展标记语言文 档管理( XDM, XML Document Management )服务器,可以通过【 OMA-XDM】 规范进行访问和管理。
当 CPM用户的一个终端注册上线后, 它将被赋予一个激活的 UPP, 多终 端用户的不同终端可以设置不同激活 UPP。
现有技术中的一种利用 UPP的通信方法大致为:
当用户终端 A激活某个 UPP时,则业务服务器会根据激活的 UPP进行相 应的控制, 假设该 UPP下某用户终端 B被列入黑名单, 业务服务器当检测到 用户终端 B的来电时会直接拒绝接听该来电。
但是, 现有技术中, 当业务服务器根据用户终端激活的 UPP进行了 UPP 控制之后, 用户并不知道在该 UPP之下发生了哪些控制行为, 并且在该现有 技术中, 当在该 UPP之下进行了 UPP控制之后, 并没有设置一种机制来判断 这种 UPP控制是否触发额外的操作, 例如通知用户或下发消息, 因此影响了 用户体验, 且不利于 UPP业务的开展。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种通信方法及系统以及业务服务器,能够提高用户 体验, 并促进 UPP业务的开展。 本发明实施例提供的通信方法, 包括: 获取第一用户终端激活的第一用户 偏好规则 UPP; 存储所述第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录; 当满足预置条件 时, 检索存储的业务执行记录; 根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信 息; 根据所述 UPP执行信息进行相应的处理。
本发明实施例提供的业务服务器, 包括: 获取单元, 用于获取第一用户终 端激活的第一用户偏好规则 UPP; 存储单元, 用于存储所述第一 UPP控制下 的业务执行记录; 检索单元, 用于当满足预置条件时, 检索存储的业务执行记 录; 生成单元, 用于根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息; 处理单 元, 用于根据所述 UPP执行信息进行相应的处理。
本发明实施例提供的通信系统, 包括: 用户终端, 以及业务服务器; 所述 用户终端用于向所述业务服务器提供 UPP, 并从所述业务服务器接收业务信 息。
从以上技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明实施例中,业务服务器可以获取到第一用户终端激活的第一 UPP, 同时 存储第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录, 当满足预置条件时, 则业务服务器可 以根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息, 并且根据该 UPP执行信息 进行相应的处理, 所以使得第一用户终端能够获知在第一 UPP控制下所发生 的 UPP执行的相关信息, 例如可以获知有哪些用户的呼叫被拒绝等, 从而能 够提高用户体验, 并促进 UPP业务的开展。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供了一种通信方法及系统以及业务服务器,能够提高用户 体验, 并促进 UPP业务的开展。
请参阅图 1, 本发明实施例中通信方法一个实施例包括:
101、 获取第一用户终端激活的第一用户偏好规则 UPP;
本实施例中, 当第一用户终端注册上线时,会向业务服务器请求激活第一
UPP, 则业务服务器可以获取该第一用户终端的第一 UPP。
102、 存储第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录;
业务服务器获取到了第一用户终端的第一 UPP之后, 会存储该第一 UPP 控制下的业务执行记录, 例如可以包括来电拒接, 消息转存, 或消息互联等记 录, 具体此处不作限定。
103、 当满足预置条件时, 检索存储的业务执行记录;
当业务服务器确定满足预置条件时, 可以检索已经存储的业务执行记录。
104、 根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息;
当检索到业务执行记录时, 可以根据该检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP 执行信息。
105、 根据 UPP执行信息进行相应的处理。
业务服务器生成 UPP执行信息之后, 可以根据该 UPP执行信息进行相应 的处理, 例如通知用户切换前后 UPP设置发生变化, 某个来电被拒绝, 需要 向用户发送消息等等, 以使得第一用户终端获知在第一 UPP控制下发生了哪 些业务执行记录。
本实施例中,业务服务器可以获取到第一用户终端激活的第一 UPP, 同时 存储第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录, 当满足预置条件时, 则业务服务器可 以根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息, 并且根据该 UPP执行信息 进行相应的处理, 所以使得第一用户终端能够获知在第一 UPP控制下所发生 的 UPP执行的相关信息, 例如可以获知有哪些用户的呼叫被拒绝等, 从而能 够提高用户体验, 并促进 UPP业务的开展。
为便于理解,下面对本发明实施例中的通信方法所应用的系统架构进行描 述, 请参阅图 2, 本发明实施例中的系统架构具体可以如下:
用户终端包括 CPM客户端 (CPM Client ), 存储客户端 ( Storage Client ) 以及支持业务客户端 ( Supporting Enabler Client )。
CPM业务参与功能实体 ( CPM PF, CPM Participating Function ), 负责为 CPM客户端之间或 CPM客户端与第三方应用之间提供 CPM消息、 会话控制 功能。
CPM控制功能实体( CPM Controlling Function ),负责提供创建、管理 CPM 会议会话 (一对多) 的控制功能, 具体会话中的消息能力仍由 CPM PF提供。
存储服务器( Storage Server ), 负责提供 CPM消息和多媒体数据的网络存 储能力。
CPM业务互联功能实体( Interworking Function ), 负责实现 CPM系统与 其他现有系统的互通。
第三方应用控制实体( Application Control Function ), 负责通过与 CPM PF 交互为 CPM用户访问第三方应用提供支持。
此外,在图 2中所示的系统架构还包括远程 CPM业务环境( Remote CPM Environment ), 承载 SIP信令的底层 IP网络( SIP/IP Core )等。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中的系统架构还包括: CPM UPP功能实体 ( CPM UPP Function ), 负责根据 CPM PF的指示获取用户终端当前的 UPP, 并使之成为当前用户终端激活 UPP; 接收 CPM PF转发的 CPM 消息、会话处 理请求, 并根据当前用户终端激活 UPP执行用户偏好设置控制, 如: 直接递 送、 丟弃 /过滤、 适配、 离线存储、 网络存储、 互联等; 记录激活 UPP控制下 的 CPM 业务执行记录;根据 CPM PF的指示检索与用户对应的业务执行记录, 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中, CPM UPP功能实体可以通过如下两种 方式 i己录业务执行 i己录: ( 1 )接收 CPM PF、 Storage Server、 Interworking Function提交的 CPM UPP 业务控制执行结果, 由 CPM UPP Function生成、 存储 UPP业务执行记录;
( 2 )接收 CPM PF、 Storage Server、 Interworking Function提交的 CPM UPP 业务控制执行登记请求, 仅存储 UPP业务执行记录的可访问标识( SIP URI )、 UPP控制类型、时间等索引信息,业务执行记录本身由 CPM PF、Storage Server, Interworking Function各自存储。
基于上述图 2所示的系统架构,下面对本发明实施例中的通信方法进行详 细说明, 请参阅图 3, 本发明实施例中通信方法另一实施例包括:
301、 CPM用户终端注册上线;
本实施例中所描述的 CPM用户终端可以为第一 CPM用户终端。
302、 获取 CPM用户终端激活的 UPP;
当第一 CPM用户终端注册上线之后, 其会向业务服务器请求激活 UPP, 则业务服务器中的 CPM UPP 功能实体可以获取第一 CPM 用户终端激活的 303、 记录激活 UPP控制下的业务执行记录;
CPM UPP功能实体获取到了第一 CPM用户终端激活的 UPP之后, 可以 记录该 UPP控制下的业务执行记录, 即在该 UPP控制下执行了哪些业务处理
(例如来电拒接, 消息转存, 消息互联等)。
本实施例中, CPM UPP功能实体可以通过如下两种方式记录业务执行记 录:
( 1 )接收 CPM PF、 Storage Server、 Interworking Function提交的 CPM UPP 业务控制执行结果, 由 CPM UPP Function生成、 存储 UPP业务执行记录;
( 2 )接收 CPM PF、 Storage Server、 Interworking Function提交的 CPM UPP 业务控制执行登记请求, 仅存储 UPP业务执行记录的可访问标识( SIP URI )、 UPP控制类型、时间等索引信息,业务执行记录本身由 CPM PF、Storage Server, Interworking Function各自存储。
需要说明的是, 业务控制执行结果可以为根据激活 UPP执行消息偏好处 理或会话偏好处理的结果, 或者是根据激活 UPP执行网络存储偏好处理的结 果, 或者是根据激活 UPP执行互联偏好处理的结果, 具体此处不作限定。 304、 CPM用户终端请求 UPP切换或其他终端上线激活 UPP; 本实施例中, 该第一 CPM用户终端可以请求进行 UPP切换(例如从会议 模式转换为办公室模式, 或者从办公室模式转换为家庭模式), 或者是第二 CPM用户终端上线激活 UPP。
需要说明的是,本实施例中所描述的第二 CPM用户终端是指与第一 CPM 用户终端相关的用户终端, 例如第一 CPM用户终端与第二 CPM用户终端同 属于一个用户, 或者是由于业务设置, 第一 CPM用户终端与第二 CPM用户 终端发生联系。
本实施例中, 可以将第一 CPM用户终端请求 UPP切换或第二 CPM用户 终端上线激活 UPP作为预置的条件, 当满足该预置条件时, 业务服务器可执 行后续操作。
305、 判断是否存在业务执行记录, 若存在, 则执行步骤 306, 若不存在, 则执行步骤 309;
当第一 CPM用户终端请求 UPP切换或第二 CPM用户终端上线激活 UPP 之后, 业务服务器会判断是否存储有业务执行记录, 若存储有, 则说明在激活 UPP控制下进行了业务处理, 若未存储, 则说明在激活 UPP控制下没有进行 业务处理。
306、 对比分析切换后 /激活 UPP, 生成 UPP执行信息;
当确定存储有业务执行记录, 则 CPM UPP功能实体可以对比分析切换后 /激活 UPP, 生成 UPP执行信息, 具体的过程可以为:
1 )检索某一个业务执行记录;
本实施例中,假设第一 CPM用户终端注册上线时激活的 UPP为 "会议模 式", 在 "会议模式"期间, 用户终端 X来电, 而该 UPP中规定会议模式下拒 接用户终端 X的来电, 则 CPM UPP功能实体会记录一个业务执行记录为 "用 户终端 X的来电, 拒接, 会议模式", 用以表示在会议模式下拒接了用户终端 X的来电。
2 )根据该业务执行记录检索切换后的 UPP, 或者是新激活的 UPP;
假设第一 CPM用户终端将 UPP由 "会议模式"切换为了 "办公室模式", 或者是使用该第一 CPM用户终端的用户开启了同属于该用户的第二 CPM用 户终端, 且新开启的第二 CPM用户终端注册上线时激活的 UPP为 "办公室模 式,,。
则 CPM UPP功能实体会确定切换后的 UPP为 "办公室模式", 或新激活 的 UPP为 "办公室模式"。
3 )判断是否满足通知条件, 若满足, 则执行步骤 4 ), 若不满足, 则执行 步骤 5 );
本实施例中, 假设第一和第二 CPM用户终端在 "办公室模式" 下可以接 受用户终端 X的来电, 则 CPM UPP功能实体确定了切换后的 UPP为 "办公 室模式", 或新激活的 UPP为 "办公室模式", 且业务执行记录为 "用户终端 X的来电, 拒接, 会议模式" 时, 即确定满足通知条件, 需要生成 UPP执行 信息。
4 )生成 UPP执行信息;
当 CPM UPP功能实体确定满足通知条件之后, 即会生成 UPP执行信息, 该 UPP执行信息用以指示需要进行何种处理, 例如可以为 "向用户终端通告 业务信息, 业务信息为: 用户终端 X在 h点 m分 s秒的来电被拒接, 原因是: 会议模式" 等。
需要说明的是, CPM UPP功能实体在生成 UPP执行信息的同时还可以确 定递送终端标识, 即要向哪一个 CPM用户终端发送业务信息, 例如本实施例 中可以向处于 "办公室模式" 的 CPM用户终端发送业务信息。
本实施例中, CPM UPP功能实体可以选择符合递送条件的终端的标识作 为递送终端标识, 例如当第一 CPM用户终端由 "会议模式" 切换至 "办公室 模式", 则根据前述描述的内容可知, CPM UPP功能实体确定满足通知条件, 且该第一 CPM用户终端在切换至 "办公室模式" 后符合递送条件, 则将该第 一 CPM用户终端的标识确定为递送终端标识, 此外, 若第一 CPM用户终端 仍处于"会议模式",而用户的第二 CPM用户终端上线,并激活 "办公室模式", 则 CPM UPP功能实体确定满足通知条件, 但由于第一 CPM用户终端仍处于 "会议模式", 则不符合递送条件, 而第二 CPM用户终端处于 "办公室模式", 因此, 将该第二 CPM用户终端的标识确定为递送终端标识。
5 )检索下一个业务执行记录, 并按照上述步骤进行处理, 直至处理完所 有的业务执行记录。
307、 根据 UPP执行信息进行相应的处理;
业务服务器生成 UPP执行信息, 并确定了递送终端标识之后, 可以根据 该 UPP执行信息进行相应的处理,例如通知用户切换前后 UPP设置发生变化, 某个来电被拒绝, 需要向用户发送消息等等, 以使得 CPM用户终端获知在激 活的 UPP控制下发生了哪些业务执行记录。
例如, 本实施例中, 业务服务器可以向 CPM用户终端发送业务信息, 该 业务信息与业务执行记录相关, 其中包含在激活的 UPP控制下发生了哪些业 务执行记录。
需要说明的是, 具体下发业务信息可以采用如下几种方式:
( 1 )将业务信息以消息或会话的通知形式发送至第一用户终端;
( 2 )向 CPM用户终端发送通知消息, 接收 CPM用户终端发送的获取请 求, 根据获取请求向 CPM用户终端发送业务信息;
( 3 )将业务信息作为虚拟用户,建立虚拟用户与 CPM用户终端之间的多 方会话, 控制 CPM用户终端接收业务信息。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中还可以有更多的下发方式, 具体此处不作限 定。
本实施例中的业务信息的内容可以根据实际的业务控制情况进行确定,例 如可以包括 "呼叫被拒绝", "消息被转存", "消息下载链接" 等, 具体内容与 业务控制相关, 此处不作限定。
308、 将切换后的 UPP作为激活的 UPP。
由于第一 CPM用户终端进行了 UPP切换, 或者是第二 CPM用户终端新 激活了一个 UPP, 因此可以将切换后的 UPP, 或者是新激活的 UPP作为激活 的 UPP, 并重新上述步骤。
本实施例中,业务服务器可以获取到第一用户终端激活的第一 UPP, 同时 存储第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录, 当满足预置条件时, 则业务服务器可 以根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息, 并且根据该 UPP执行信息 进行相应处理, 所以使得第一用户终端能够获知在第一 UPP控制下所发生的 UPP执行的相关信息,例如可以获知有哪些用户的呼叫被拒绝等,从而能够提 高用户体验, 并促进 UPP业务的开展;
其次, 本实施例中可以采用多种方式存储业务执行记录, 并且可以采用多 种方式下发业务信息, 因此能够提高方案的灵活性。
为便于理解,下面分别以不同的场景对本发明实施例中的通信方法进行描 述:
一、 会话处理场景:
请参阅图 4, 本发明实施例中通信方法另一实施例包括:
401 ~ 404、 CPM用户终端请求 UPP激活过程;
当 CPM用户准备开会,其可以通过 CPM用户终端请求 CPM 业务服务器 为其终端激活会议模式下的 UPP, 该请求通过 SIP发布( SIP PUBLISH )消息 经由核心网 ( SIP/IP Core )发送至 CPM PF。
该 SIP PUBLISH 消息中所携带的内容类型 ( Content-Type ) 为 "application/poc-settings+xml" 的消息体, 其中 <11 -861 ^¾8〉子元素中指示用 户终端激活的 UPP标识, 如 "MEETING"。
CPM PF返回 200 OK成功响应。
405 - 408、 CPM业务服务器执行 UPP激活过程;
CPM PF才艮据 <upp-settings:^々指示,基于 CPM-UPP接口倚求 UPP Function 执行 UPP激活。
UPP Function从 UPP信息存储实体(如 OMA XDMS )中检索与用户请求 对应的用户偏好规约, 即 "MEETING" UPP, 并指示 CPM PF将其作为激活 态 UPP来控制该用户的业务执行。
409、 CPM PF激活 UPP;
410、 该用户的某个联系人向他发起会话请求;
411 ~ 412、 执行业务控制;
当在用户开会期间,该用户的某个联系人向他发起会话请求(呼叫;), CPM
PF前传该会话请求至 UPP Funtion来执行用户偏好控制。
UPP Funtion发现该联系人列在激活 "MEETING" UPP名单( Black List or Block List ) 中, 因而向 CPM PF返回响应, 指示执行请求过滤以阻挡该联系 人对用户的呼叫请求。 413、 CPM PF阻止该联系人发起的会话请求;
414、 UPP Funtion记录本次业务执行记录;
当 UPP Funtion向 CPM PF返回响应, 指示执行请求过滤以阻挡该联系人 对用户的呼叫请求之后, UPP Funtion可以记录本次业务执行记录, 具体的记 录过程可以与前述图 3所示的实施例中描述的记录过程相同, 此处不再赘述。
415 ~ 418、 用户终端进行 UPP切换;
当会议结束后, 用户通过 CPM用户终端请求 CPM 业务服务器将其终端 UPP切换至 "办公室(OFFICE )" , 具体的过程与前述步骤 411 ~ 414类似, 此 处不再赘述。
419 ~ 422、 激活用户终端切换后的 UPP;
本步骤 419 ~ 422与前述步骤 405 ~ 408的过程类似, 此处不再赘述。
423、 检索执行记录, 生成信息;
当用户终端发生了 UPP切换之后, UPP Function可以检索在步骤 414中 记录的业务执行记录, 并结合 "办公室" UPP中的偏好设置生成通知集合。
本实施例中,假设前面被阻挡的联系人在用户的 "办公室" UPP中属于白 名单(White List ), 即用户有可能需要了解该联系人被阻挡这件事, 因而生成 的通知集合非空, 需要向用户终端发送通知。
424 ~ 425、 发送业务信息。
UPP Function经由 CPM PF向用户终端发送业务信息,具体的发送方式可 以如前述图 3所示的实施例中描述的发送方式, 此处不再赘述。
CPM 用户终端可以根据该通知了解到他有一个呼叫被业务服务器阻挡 (根据他的偏好设置), 现在只要他愿意, 可以给该联系人回电。
本实施例中,业务服务器可以获取到用户终端激活的 UPP, 同时存储 UPP 控制下的业务执行记录, 当用户终端发生了 UPP切换时, 则业务服务器可以 根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息, 并且根据该 UPP执行信息进 行相应处理, 所以使得用户终端能够获知在 UPP控制下所发生的 UPP执行的 相关信息,例如可以获知有哪些用户的呼叫被拒绝等,从而能够提高用户体验, 并促进 UPP业务的开展。
二、 消息转存场景: 请参阅图 5, 本发明实施例中通信方法另一实施例包括:
501 ~ 508、 用户终端请求激活 UPP;
在办公期间, CPM用户使用第一 CPM用户终端(例如手机)请求 CPM 业 务服务器激活 "办公室"模式 UPP,基于与图 4中 401 ~ 408所示的类似步骤, UPP Function获取并激活 "办公室" UPP。
509、 CPM PF激活 UPP;
510、 某联系人向第一 CPM用户终端发送消息;
511 ~ 512、 执行业务处理;
CPM PF将消息发送请求前传至 UPP Funtion以执行用户偏好控制, UPP Funtion发现该第一 CPM用户终端激活 "办公室 " UPP中指示对于大消息(例 如大于 1M的消息 ) 不可直接下发至第一 CPM用户终端, 而必须转存至该用 户的网络存储空间, 因而向 CPM PF返回响应, 指示执行网络存储请求。
514 ~ 515、 消息转存;
CPM PF根据指示向存储服务器发送消息存储请求,并接收存储成功响应。 516 ~ 517、 发送业务执行结果;
存储服务器基于 CPM-UPP接口向 UPP Funtion发送业务执行结果,包括: UPP执行记录类型 (网络存储)、 存储尺寸、 位置、 时间等信息。

该 CPM 用户回到家中打开第二 CPM用户终端 (例如可以为家庭电脑), 按照与步骤 501 ~ 508类似的步骤, UPP Funtion获取第二 CPM用户终端的 "家 庭 ( HOME ),, UPP。
527、 检索执行记录, 生成信息;
UPP Function检索与该用户对应的业务执行记录, 并结合 "家庭" UPP中 的偏好设置生成通知集合。
本实施例中, 支设第二 CPM用户终端所激活的 "家庭" UPP中用户偏好 显示可以接收大消息 (例如大于 1M的消息), 因而生成的通知集合非空, 需 要向第二 CPM用户终端发送通知。 528 ~ 529、 发送业务信息;
UPP Function经由 CPM PF向第二 CPM用户终端发送业务信息, 具体的 发送方式可以如前述图 3所示的实施例中描述的发送方式,此处不再赘述, 该 业务信息中可以携带 UPP执行记录类型、 时间等信息, 此外, 还可以携带该 消息的下载链接。
530 ~ 531、 下载消息。
用户根据 UPP执行信息中的下载链接使用存储客户端访问、 浏览、 下载 网络存储的消息。
本实施例中,业务服务器可以获取到用户终端激活的 UPP, 同时存储 UPP 控制下的业务执行记录, 当新的用户终端上线时, 则业务服务器可以根据检索 到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息, 并且根据该 UPP执行信息进行相应处 理,所以使得用户终端能够获知在 UPP控制下所发生的 UPP执行的相关信息, 例如可以获知有哪些用户的呼叫被拒绝等, 从而能够提高用户体验, 并促进
UPP业务的开展。
三、 消息互联场景:
请参阅图 6, 本发明实施例中通信方法另一实施例包括:
601、 CPM用户终端离线, 执行默认 UPP;
602 - 606、 默认 UPP激活过程;
CPM用户的第二 CPM用户终端未上线时, 若有联系人向第二 CPM用户 终端发送消息, 则 CPM PF前传消息发送请求至 UPP Funtion以执行用户偏好 控制并指示对应终端并未注册。
UPP Funtion获取第二 CPM用户终端对应默认 ( Default ) UPP, 发现该第 二 CPM用户终端的默认 UPP指示可以进行消息互联, 因而向 CPM PF返回响 应, 指示执行消息互联。
607、 CPM PF开始处理消息互联;
608 - 612 , 执行消息互联过程;
CPM PF根据指示向 CPM互联功能实体发送消息互联请求,并接收响应。 CPM互联功能实体存储此次业务执行记录, 包括: UPP执行记录类型(消 息互联)、 互联选择(SMS )、 时间等信息。 此外, CPM互联功能实体基于 CPM-UPP接口向 UPP Funtion发送 UPP 执行记录登记清求, UPP Funtion存储业务执行记录。
613 ~ 615、 消息转存;
当又有联系人向第二 CPM用户终端发送消息, CPM PF前传消息发送请 求至 UPP Funtion以执行用户偏好控制并指示对应终端并未注册。
UPP Funtion根据默认 UPP判断大消息 (例如大于 1M的消息)需要进行 网络存储, 因而向 CPM PF返回响应, 指示执行网络存储。
616、 CPM PF开始处理消息转存;
617 ~ 621、 执行消息转存过程;
CPM PF根据指示向存储服务器发送消息存储请求, 并接收响应。
存储服务器存储此次业务执行记录,包括: UPP执行记录类型(网络存储)、 存储尺寸、 位置、 时间等信息。
此外, 存储服务器基于 CPM-UPP接口向 UPP Funtion发送 UPP执行记录 登记请求, UPP Funtion存储业务执行记录。
622、 CPM用户终端上线, 请求激活 UPP;
第二 CPM用户终端注册上线, UPP Funtion获取并激活第二 CPM用户终 端 "家庭" UPP。
此外, UPP Function检索与该用户对应的业务执行记录, 并结合 "家庭" UPP中的偏好设置生成通知集合。
本实施例中,假设所激活的 "家庭 " UPP中用户偏好显示消息互联需提醒, 且可以接收大消息(例如大于 1M的消息), 因而生成的通知集合非空, 需要 向第二 CPM用户终端发送通知。
623 ~ 626、 执行信息交互过程。
UPP Function经由 CPM PF向第二 CPM用户终端以及通知集合中指示的 UPP执行记录逻辑实体发送会议会话建立请求, 该请求消息体中指示 UPP执 行信息逻辑实体是作为虚拟用户参加会议, 因而只发不收(Send Only ), 第二 CPM用户终端则只收不发( Receive Only )。 基于该会话, 用户将在第二 CPM 用户终端接收业务信息实际内容。
本实施例中,业务服务器可以获取到用户终端的默认 UPP, 同时存储 UPP 控制下的业务执行记录, 当用户终端上线时, 则业务服务器可以根据检索到的 业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息, 并且根据该 UPP执行信息进行相应处理, 所以使得用户终端能够获知在 UPP控制下所发生的 UPP执行的相关信息, 例 如可以获知有哪些用户的呼叫被拒绝等,从而能够提高用户体验,并促进 UPP 业务的开展。
需要说明的是, 上述三个实施例中, 均以 OMA CPM 业务为例阐述本发 明实施例中的技术方案, 在实际应用中, 除了使用 OMA CPM业务之外, 还 可以采用其他的业务 务系统, 此处不作限定;
其次, 上述三个实施例中, 均基于 SIP信令建立通知, 会话等, 可以理解 的是, 在实际应用中, 也可以通过其他的方式进行建立, 具体此处不作限定。
下面介绍本发明实施例中的业务服务器, 请参阅图 7, 本发明实施例中的 业务服务器包括:
获取单元 701, 用于获取第一用户终端激活的第一用户偏好规则 UPP; 存储单元 702,用于存储获取单元 701获取到的第一 UPP控制下的业务执 行记录;
检索单元 703, 用于当满足预置条件时, 检索存储单元 702存储的业务执 行记录;
本实施例中的检索单元 703检索业务执行记录的过程与前述图 3 至图 6 所示的实施例中描述的检索业务执行记录的过程类似, 具体此处不再赘述。
生成单元 704, 用于根据检索单元 703检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP 执行信息;
本实施例中的生成单元 704生成 UPP执行信息的过程与前述图 3至图 6 所示的实施例中描述的生成 UPP执行信息的过程类似, 具体此处不再赘述。
处理单元 705,用于根据生成单元 704生成的 UPP执行信息进行相应处理。 本实施例中, 存储单元 702还可以进一步包括以下子单元中的至少一个: 第一子单元 7021, 用于根据第一 UPP为第一用户终端执行消息偏好处理 或会话偏好处理, 并记录执行结果;
或,
第二子单元 7022, 用于根据第一 UPP为第一用户终端执行网络存储偏好 处理, 并记录执行结果;
或,
第三子单元 7023,用于根据第一 UPP为第一用户终端执行互联偏好处理, 并记录执行结果。
本实施例中的业务服务器还可以进一步包括:
确定单元 706, 用于确定 UPP执行信息的递送终端标识。
本实施例中, 处理单元 705可以进一步包括以下子单元中的至少一个: 第四子单元 7051, 用于将业务信息以消息或会话的通知形式发送至递送 终端标识对应的用户终端, 该业务信息与业务执行记录相关;
或,
第五子单元 7052, 用于向递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送通知消息, 接收递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送的获取请求,根据获取请求向递送终端 标识对应的用户终端发送业务信息, 该业务信息与业务执行记录相关;
或,
第六子单元 7053, 用于将 UPP执行信息作为虚拟用户, 建立虚拟用户与 递送终端标识对应的用户终端之间的多方会话,控制递送终端标识对应的用户 终端接收业务信息, 该业务信息与业务执行记录相关。
本实施例中,获取单元 701可以获取到第一用户终端激活的第一 UPP,存 储单元 702存储第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录, 当满足预置条件时, 则生 成单元 704可以根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息, 并且由处理 单元 705根据该 UPP执行信息进行相应处理, 所以使得第一用户终端能够获 知在第一 UPP控制下所发生的 UPP执行的相关信息, 例如可以获知有哪些用 户的呼叫被拒绝等, 从而能够提高用户体验, 并促进 UPP业务的开展。
下面介绍本发明实施例中的通信系统实施例, 请参阅图 8, 本发明实施例 中的通信系统包括:
用户终端 801, 业务服务器 802, UPP信息存储实体 803, 存储服务器 804 以及 CPM互联功能实体 805, 本实施例中的用户终端 801用于向业务服务器 802提供 UPP, 并从业务服务器 802接收业务信息。
本实施例的通信系统中, 具体的各网元之间的交互过程与前述图 3至图 6 所示的实施例中描述的交互过程相同, 具体此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,该程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存 储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明所提供的一种通信方法及系统以及业务服务器进行了详细 介绍, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据本发明实施例的思想, 在具体实施方 式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 因此, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的 限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取第一用户终端激活的第一用户偏好规则 UPP;
存储所述第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录;
当满足预置条件时, 检索存储的业务执行记录;
根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息;
根据所述 UPP执行信息进行相应的处理。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当所述第一用户终端请求从第一 UPP切换至第二 UPP时, 则确定满足预 置条件;
或,
当第二用户终端注册上线时, 则确定满足预置条件, 所述第二用户终端为 与所述第一用户终端相关的用户终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述存储第一 UPP控 制下的业务执行记录包括:
根据所述第一 UPP为所述第一用户终端执行消息偏好处理或会话偏好处 理, 并记录执行结果;
或,
根据所述第一 UPP为所述第一用户终端执行网络存储偏好处理, 并记录 执行结果;
或,
根据所述第一 UPP为所述用户终端执行互联偏好处理,并记录执行结果。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述检索存储的业务执行 记录, 根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息包括:
根据所述业务执行记录的类型检索所述第二 UPP,或所述第二用户终端注 册上线的 UPP;
将所述业务执行记录与第二 UPP, 或所述第二用户终端注册上线的 UPP 进行比较;
若比较结果满足条件, 则生成 UPP执行信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 在生成 UPP执行信息的同时确定递送终端标识。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述 UPP执行信 息进行相应的处理包括:
向所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端下发业务信息,所述业务信息与所述 业务执行记录相关。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向递送终端标识对应 的用户终端下发业务信息包括:
将所述业务信息以消息或会话的通知形式发送至所述递送终端标识对应 的用户终端;
或,
向所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送通知消息;
接收所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送的获取请求,根据所述获取请 求向所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送所述业务信息;
或,
将所述业务信息作为虚拟用户;
建立所述虚拟用户与所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端之间的多方会话, 控制所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端接收所述业务信息。
8、 一种业务服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取第一用户终端激活的第一用户偏好规则 UPP;
存储单元, 用于存储所述第一 UPP控制下的业务执行记录;
检索单元, 用于当满足预置条件时, 检索存储的业务执行记录; 生成单元, 用于根据检索到的业务执行记录生成 UPP执行信息; 处理单元, 用于根据所述 UPP执行信息进行相应的处理。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述存储单元包括 以下子单元中的至少一个:
第一子单元, 用于根据所述第一 UPP为所述第一用户终端执行消息偏好 处理或会话偏好处理, 并记录执行结果;
或, 第二子单元, 用于根据所述第一 UPP为所述第一用户终端执行网络存储 偏好处理, 并记录执行结果;
或,
第三子单元, 用于根据所述第一 UPP为所述第一用户终端执行互联偏好 处理, 并记录执行结果。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述业务服务 器还包括:
确定单元, 用于确定递送终端标识。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元包 括以下子单元中的至少一个:
第四子单元,用于将业务信息以消息或会话的通知形式发送至所述递送终 端标识对应的用户终端, 所述业务信息与所述业务执行记录相关;
或,
第五子单元, 用于向所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送通知消息,接 收所述递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送的获取请求,根据所述获取请求向所 述递送终端标识对应的用户终端发送业务信息,所述业务信息与所述业务执行 记录相关;
或,
第六子单元, 用于将业务信息作为虚拟用户, 建立所述虚拟用户与所述递 送终端标识对应的用户终端之间的多方会话,控制所述递送终端标识对应的用 户终端接收业务信息, 所述业务信息与所述业务执行记录相关。
12、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户终端, 以及如权利要求 8至 11中任一项所述的业务服务器; 所述用户终端用于向所述业务服务器提供 UPP,并从所述业务服务器接收 业务信息。
