Abstract
La presente es una órtesis mecánica para la asistencia de la marcha que se adosa al pie del individuo a tratar y a un aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil cuyas características permiten ejecutar la función de marcha y de desplazamiento hacia delante del individuo con el mismo dispositivo y en una sola operación. Básicamente, el dispositivo de la invención es una órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie, que se adosa al individuo y al aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil, constituido por una correa transportadora de pie, de la cual se proyecta un eje metálico con un sistema de apoyo del pie en su extremo, donde se apoyará el pie del individuo. Esta correa transportadora está montada sobre una matriz que tiene la forma de la trayectoria del pie durante la marcha. La matriz está compuesta por una placa metálica, sujeta al aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil y un sistema de rodamientos que permiten la movilidad de la correa transportadora de pie para disminuir el roce del sistema. La órtesis está diseñada para adosarse una en cada pie, con los ejes metálicos móviles proyectados hacia el individuo, y sujetos lateralmente al aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil. La correa transportadora de pie está en contacto directo con el suelo, y al ser movido por un terapeuta, el sistema completo (aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil más órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie más el individuo) desplaza las correas transportadoras de pie del movilizador y estas mueven los pies.

ÓRTESIS MECÁNICA MOVILIZADORA DE PIE PARA ASISTENCIA DE LA
MARCHA MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA El objeto de nuestra invención es una órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie, para ser fijada en un aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil, para la asistencia de marcha humana.
En el ámbito de la rehabilitación, las órtesis son "elementos que corrigen o facilitan la ejecución de una acción, actividad o desplazamiento, procurando ahorro de energía y mayor seguridad" de acuerdo al ministerio de salud de Chile el año 2009.
Dentro de la gran gama de técnicas rehabilitadoras son conocidos los aparatos que asisten, facilitan y entrenan la marcha, los cuales cuentan con un sistema de descarga parcial de peso móvil, necesario para verticalizar al individuo a rehabilitar y darle sensación de peso sobre sus pies, con el fin de lograr respuesta de sus músculos y, además, con elementos que movilicen las extremidades inferiores, simulando la locomoción normal. Estos elementos movilizadores pueden ir desde la movilización manual realizada por dos o más terapeutas, hasta ayudas técnicas u órtesis, con el objeto final de recuperar, al menos parcialmente, la marcha humana.
Las técnicas conocidas muestran diferentes alternativas de tratamiento y perfeccionamiento de la metodología rehabilitadora. Inicialmente, la terapia aplicada manualmente, con el individuo afirmado en sus propios brazos y con los terapeutas movilizando sus piernas. Luego, apareció el sistema de suspensión parcial de peso móvil, que se instalaba sobre una maquina trotadora (treadmill) y el elemento movilizador seguían siendo los terapeutas. Si bien ambas formas aun son utilizadas en los centros de rehabilitación, actualmente la técnica se ha perfeccionado, incorporando órtesis, que movilizan a las extremidades de los individuos a rehabilitar, moviendo desde los muslos y
las piernas de ambas extremidades simultáneamente, simulando un ciclo de marcha "normal".
La técnica rehabilitadora conocida muestra diferentes perfeccionamientos en las órtesis para marcha, buscando mejores resultados en la rehabilitación del individuo, logrando estandarizar los tratamientos y adaptándose a cada individuo, pero todos los dispositivos existentes actualmente trabajan con la rehabilitación de forma estática, sobre un treadmill o cintas trotadoras. La presente invención, por el contrario, ofrece una órtesis mecánica para la asistencia de la marcha que se adosa al pie del individuo a tratar y al aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil, cuyas características permiten ejecutar la función de marcha y de desplazamiento hacia adelante del individuo con el mismo dispositivo y en una sola operación.
Básicamente, el dispositivo de la invención es una órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie, que se adosa al individuo y al aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil, constituido por una correa transportadora de pie, de la cual se proyecta un eje metálico con un sistema de apoyo del pie en su extremo, donde se apoyara el pie del individuo. Esta correa transportadora está montada sobre una matriz que tiene la forma de la trayectoria del pie durante la marcha. La matriz está compuesta por una placa metálica, sujeta al aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil y un sistema de rodamientos que permiten la movilidad de la correa transportadora de pie para disminuir el roce del sistema.
La órtesis está diseñada para adosarse una en cada pie, con los ejes metálicos móviles proyectados hacia el individuo, y sujetos lateralmente al aparato de suspensión
parcial de peso móvil. La correa transportadora de pie está en contacto directo con el suelo, y al ser movido por un terapeuta, el sistema completo (aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil más órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie más el individuo) desplaza las correas transportadoras de pie del movilizador y estas mueven los pies.
Para comprender mejor la invención, se la describirá en base a una modalidad preferida, la que se ilustra en los dibujos, la que tiene solamente un carácter ilustrativo, no limitándose el alcance de la invención ni a la dimensiones ni a la cantidad de elementos ilustrados ni a los medios de sujeción ejemplificados.

Descripción Detallada de la Invención
Tal como se presenta en la Fig. 1 , las órtesis mecánicas movilizadoras de pie 1 de la invención se encuentran fijadas, de forma paralela, a los pies de la base del sistema del aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2.
En la Fig. 2 se aprecia con mayor detalle la ubicación de la órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie 1 en relación a los pies de la base del sistema de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2. Ambas órtesis 1 son fijadas a la cara interna de los pies del sistema de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2 de modo que en el centro de todo el sistema queden ubicadas las bases que van adosada al pie 3.
En la Fig. 3 se muestra con más detalle la matriz 4 de la órtesis 1 , la cual está compuesta por una placa metálica 5, rígida, plana, rectangular y unida en sus extremos distales, moldeada en base a la descripción de la trayectoria del pie en el espacio durante un paso, con escotaduras 6 de forma rectangular dispuestas a lo ancho de la placa metálica 5, ordenadas de forma paralela a lo largo de la placa, y con un sistema de vigas de soporte 7, que mantiene la forma de la matriz 4. En la Fig. 4 se aprecia la correa transportadora de pie 8, plana, rugosa y flexible, que se monta sobre la matriz 4, adquiriendo la forma de esta. Además se muestra el sistema de apoyo de pie 9, el cual se proyecta desde el borde de la correa hacia la parte medial del sistema, detallado en la Fig. 7. En la Fig. 5 se aprecia la matriz 4, en la cual están dispuestos sistemas de polines (descritos en detalle en la Fig. 6), en paralelo a lo largo de la placa metálica 5, dentro de las escotaduras 6 de la placa metálica 5, unidos a ésta mediante una barra fijadora 12.
En la Fig. 6 se aprecia en detalle un polín, compuesto por un cilindro 10, dos rodamientos 11 dispuestos en las partes internas de los extremos del cilindro 10, y una barra fijadora 12, que actúa como eje del sistema, que van unidas a las vigas de soporte 7 de la matriz 4 del sistema 1.
En la Fig. 7 se aprecia en detalle la unión del sistema de apoyo de pie 9 a la correa transportadora de pie 8 mediante un eje metálico 13 que atraviesa la correa a lo ancho de esta, reforzada con un sistema de unión en forma de corchete 14 que ancla, en su porción superior e inferior, ambos extremos del eje metálico 13 al sistema compuesto por la correa trasportadora de pie 8 y la matriz 4 permitiendo la estabilidad, fijación y movilidad del sistema.
En resumen, de la Fig. 4 a la 6, podemos ver un desglose de la invención en el cual observamos que la Fig. 6 se muestra armada sobre la placa metálica 5, visto en detalle en la Fig. 5, distribuido a lo largo de la matriz 4 como se muestra en la Fig. 3. Además, la correa transportadora de pie 8 junto a la base de apoyo del pie 9 que se muestran en la Fig. 4 van montadas sobre el sistema antes descrito, lo que compone la órtesis mecánica graficada en la Fig. 2, adosada a los pies de base del sistema de descarga parcial de peso móvil 2 como lo muestra la Fig. 1.
Claims
1. Órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie 1 para ser fijada a un aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2, que permite ejecutar simultáneamente la función de marcha y de desplazamiento hacia adelante del individuo con el mismo dispositivo y en una sola operación, caracterizada por estar constituida principalmente de: a) una matriz 4 rígida, compuesta por una placa metálica 5 unida al aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2;
b) un sistema de polines que consta de rodamientos 11 y cilindros 10 ubicados en la placa metálica 5 de la matriz 4, mediante una barra fijadora 12;
c) una correa transportadora de pie 8, sobre el sistema de polines y de la placa metálica 5, fijados a la matriz 4;
d) un eje metálico 13, de forma cilindrica, proyectado desde la correa transportadora de pie 8 con sistema de unión en forma de corchete 14 fijada la correa y a la base que sustenta el pie;
e) una base que sustenta al pie 9, flexible y montada a un eje metálico 13 que va unido a la correa transportadora de pie 8;
2. Órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie 1 para ser fijada a un aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2, de acuerdo a la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque la matriz 4 de la órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie 1 tiene la forma semielíptica (trayectoria del pie durante la marcha).
3. Órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie 1 para ser fijada a un aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2, de acuerdo a la las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizada por ser rugosa, moldeable y flexible.
4. Órtesis mecánica movilizadora de pie 1 para ser fijada a un aparato de suspensión parcial de peso móvil 2, de acuerdo a las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizada por una placa metálica 5 unida en sus extremos distales, lisa, plana, de forma semieliptica, con escotaduras.
