Abstract

Moteur à combustion interne à piston alternatif selon le procédé à quatre temps comprenant un carter de vilebrequin et au moins un cylindre qui est disposé dans celui-ci et dans lequel un piston d'un vilebrequin est guidé, au moins une culasse qui ferme le cylindre et dont les canaux d'entrée et de sortie sont contrôlés par au moins une soupape d'entrée et une soupape de sortie qui sont sollicitées par un ressort de soupape et qui peuvent être actionnées par des éléments de transmission entraînés par un arbre à cames, et un élément de compensation hydraulique de jeu de soupape (5) qui est incorporé dans au moins un des éléments de transmission ou dans un élément incorporé dans l'élément de transmission entre l'arbre à cames et au moins une soupape d'entrée et/ou une soupape de sortie et présente un piston de travail (8), un boîtier de cylindre (7) coopérant avec le piston de travail (8), un ressort de rappel (18) incorporé entre les deux et un clapet antiretour qui limite un espace de haute pression (19) et dont le corps de fermeture de clapet (12) correspond à un siège de soupape (11) sur le piston de travail (8), le corps de fermeture de clapet (12) présentant une surface sphérique partielle (13) dans la région du siège de soupape (11) et le rapport du diamètre du piston de travail (8) au double rayon de la surface sphérique partielle (13) étant ≤ 2.
