步骤 304: 所述判断模块判定拆卸非法, 即监控到非法拆卸, 则开关模 块向处理器发出中断信号;
步骤 306: 处理器接收到所述来自开关模块的中断信号后, 记录非法拆 卸信息;
步骤 308: 存储模块存储所述处理器记录的非法拆卸信息。
本实施方式中, 步骤 302具体包括: 判断模块监控是否输入授权码, 若监控到输入授权码、 且输入的授权码正确, 判断为合法拆卸; 若判断模 块未监控到输入授权码或输入的授权码错误则判断为非法拆卸。
本实施方式中, 该拆卸监测方法还可包括步骤: 若通过与保护壳连接 的开关模块探测到保护壳被非法打开时, 启用备用电源供电。 步骤 304则 通过向处理器的中断管脚发送低电平信号以产生中断来实现。
本实施方式中, 该拆卸监测方法还可包括: 在监测到合法拆卸时, 启 动备用电源供电; 向处理器发出中断信号; 处理器在接收到开关模块发送 的所述中断信号后记录合法拆卸信息; 存储器存储所述合法拆卸信息。
图 4为根据本发明方法另一种实施方式的流程图, 如图 4所示, 本实 施方式基于本发明装置的另一种实施方式的结构, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 402: 手持电子设备上电, 系统初始化;
步骤 404: 中断 INT1 (本实施方式中, 中断 INT1为开关模块产生的中 断源)使能, 键盘输入中断 INT2使能;
步骤 406: 执行主程序; 转入步骤 408和 /或 410;
步骤 408: 监测键盘输入命令, 系统初始化后, 以键盘输入中断 INT2 触发方式监测键盘输入命令; 如果有正确命令符 (正确授权码)输入, 则 触发键盘输入中断, 进入步骤 414键盘输入中断程序; 如果没有命令符输 入, 则转到步骤 410继续执行程序;
步骤 410: 监测非法拆卸所触发的中断 INT1 , 非法拆卸, 即在没有授 权码输入或者输入授权码错误的情况下实施拆卸, 拆卸者无法得到合法授 权, 进行强制拆卸, 则由开关模块启动备用电池, 供电后, 开关模块接地 处理, 则把处理器中断输入管脚 INT1置为低电平, 从而触发中断 INT1 ; 若触发的 INT1转入步骤 412, 否则转入步骤 424;
步骤 412: 中断处理, 写入存储模块; 即触发 INT1中断后, INT1中断 程序根据检测到的输入授权码和当前时间, 记录非法拆卸以及拆卸时间等 相关信息, 存入存储模块中, 转入步骤 424;
步骤 414: 进行授权码比对, 判断输入的授权码是否正确, 若正确转入 步骤 418, 否则转入步骤 416;
步骤 416: LCD显示错误信息, 提示用户重新输入授权码, 转入步骤 406;
步骤 418: 判断为合法拆卸, 软件关闭中断 INT1 , 开关模块即使在中 断输入管脚置为低电平, 也不会触发中断; 也可以不关闭中断 INT1 , 但监 测到中断时, 记录合法拆卸信息;
步骤 420: LCD提示可进行合法拆卸;
步骤 422: 用户实施合法拆卸, 向存储模块写入合法拆卸信息; 步骤 424: 继续执行程序;
步骤 426: 程序结束。
如果设备在保修期内损坏, 售后人员用专门的软件读取电子设备中的 存储模块内的信息, 以此来判断设备是否被用户非法拆卸过; 如果存储模 块中读出非法拆卸信息, 则根据设备情况, 厂商或供应商不承担因非专业 人员非法拆卸而引起的质量问题, 从而不附带保修保质责任; 如果存储模 块中没有存储非法拆卸信息, 则可按保质期保修保换。
根据上述本发明实施方式防止非法拆卸的自动监测装置和方法, 可用 于但不限于手持电子设备, 其硬件结构简单, 成本低廉, 无论从硬件还是 备, 有利于分清责任, 合理地提供保修和保质服务。 鉴于此装置的硬件结 构简单, 实现方式灵活, 成本低廉, 可操作性强, 因此, 对于通常的手持 电子设备, 此装置具备普遍的适用性。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单 推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种拆卸监测装置, 其特征在于, 该拆卸监测装置包括: 判断模块、 开关模块、 处理器和存储模块; 其中,
所述判断模块, 用于判断拆卸合法性;
所述开关模块, 用于在所述判断模块判定拆卸非法时, 向所述处理器 发出中断信号;
所述处理器, 用于在接收到所述来自开关模块的中断信号后记录非法 拆卸信息;
所述存储模块, 用于存储所述处理器记录的非法拆卸信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的拆卸监测装置, 其特征在于,
所述判断模块, 还用于监控是否输入授权码, 监控到输入授权码、 且 判断输入的授权码正确, 则判断为合法拆卸; 未监控到输入授权码或输入 的授权码错误, 则判断为非法拆卸。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的拆卸监测装置, 其特征在于, 该拆卸监测装置 还包括备用电源,
所述开关模块, 还用于在保护壳被非法打开时启动所述备用电源供电。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的拆卸监测装置, 其特征在于, 所述开关模块与 所述处理器的中断输入管脚相连,
所述开关模块在所述判断模块判定拆卸非法时, 向所述处理器发出中 断信号为: 所述开关模块在保护壳被非法打开时触发低电平以产生中断。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的拆卸监测装置, 其特征在于, 所述开关模块, 还用于在监控到合法拆卸时, 启动所述备用电源供电, 向所述处理器发出中断信号;
所述处理器, 还用于在接收到开关模块发送的所述中断信号后记录合 法拆卸信息; 所述存储模块, 还用于存储所述合法拆卸信息。
6、 一种拆卸监测方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
判断模块判断拆卸合法性;
所述判断模块判定拆卸非法, 则开关模块向处理器发出中断信号; 所述处理器接收到所述来自开关模块的中断信号后, 记录非法拆卸信 息;
存储模块存储所述处理器记录的非法拆卸信息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的拆卸监测方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块判 断拆卸合法性为:
判断模块监控是否输入授权码; 判断模块监控到输入授权码、 且输入 的授权码正确, 则判断为合法拆卸; 判断模块未监控到输入授权码或输入 的授权码错误, 则判断为非法拆卸。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的拆卸监测方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 通过所述开关模块探测到保护壳被非法打开时, 启用备用电源供电。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的拆卸监测方法, 其特征在于, 所述开关模块向 处理器发出中断信号为: 所述开关模块向所述处理器的中断管脚发送低电 平信号以产生中断。
10、 如权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的拆卸监测方法, 其特征在于, 该 方法还包括:
所述开关模块在监测到合法拆卸时, 启动备用电源供电;
所述开关模块向处理器发出中断信号;
所述处理器在接收到开关模块发送的所述中断信号后记录合法拆卸信 息;
所述存储器存储所述合法拆卸信息。
