如图 2B所示, 移动终端接收到位置变化监视事件后, 会自动监测所处 小区是否发生变化, 当发生变化时, 通过封装命令 (Envelope:Location status, 位置状态)将当前所处小区的标识发送给用户识别卡。
步骤 S213、 用户识别卡确定当前存储的合法小区的个数是否达到预设 值。
其中, 如图 2B 所示, 预设值可以是网络侧事先通过封装命令 ( Envelope:data download, 数据下载) 下发给用户识别卡, 用户识别卡根 据命令参数设置合法小区的个数。 另外, 网络侧还可以命令用户识别卡清 空存储的合法小区的标识(如在需要更新用户识别卡上的合法小区时)。
步骤 S214、 若当前存储的合法小区的个数未达到预设值, 则用户识别 卡将当前所处小区的标识作为一个合法小区的标识存储。 此时, 还可以设 置当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法。
另外, 若当前存储的合法小区的个数达到预设值, 则用户识别卡确定 当前存储的合法小区的标识中是否包括当前所处小区的标识, 如果是则设 置当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法, 否则设置当前所处小区的合法性标 识为非法。
在图 2A所示的存储方法中, 用户识别卡通过与移动终端的命令交互, 将合法小区的标识存储在用户识别卡上, 用户识别卡更换别的移动终端使 用时, 合法小区不变。
按照图 2A所示存储方法存储的合法小区的个数只受到预设值的限制, 并不会固定不变, 实际上, 用户识别卡存储的合法小区的标识还可以是网 络侧发送来的合法小区的标识, 该合法小区的标识可以固定不变。
如图 2C所示, 步骤 S101还可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 S221、 用户识别卡接收网络侧发送来的合法小区的标识。
步骤 S222、 用户识别卡存储接收的合法小区的标识。
之后, 用户识别卡还可以向移动终端发送位置变化监视事件; 用户识别卡接收移动终端在监测到所处小区发生变化时发送来的当前 所处小区的标识;
用户识别卡确定当前存储的合法小区的标识中是否包括当前所处小区 的标识, 如果是则设置当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法, 否则设置当前 所处小区的合法性标识为非法。
图 2C所示的存储方法中, 用户识别卡通过与网络侧的命令交互, 将合 法小区的标识存储在用户识别卡上, 用户识别卡更换别的移动终端使用时, 合法小区不变。
步骤 S102、 用户识别卡控制移动终端在合法小区内使用网络服务。 具体为: 在当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法时, 用户识别卡允许移 动终端使用网络服务;
在当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法时, 用户识别卡禁止移动终端使 用特定网络服务; 此时, 用户识别卡还可以控制移动终端显示超出服务区 的提示信息。
实际操作时, 用户识别卡可以利用与移动终端之间已有的交互信息允 许移动终端使用网络服务或者禁止移动终端使用特定网络服务。
下面举例说明:
1、 用户进行呼叫操作时, 移动终端首先将呼叫目的地址及相关参数通 过 Envelope ( call control, 呼叫控制)命令发送给用户识别卡(此时用户识 别卡中的 call control功能应处于激活状态), 并等待用户识别卡的回应; 用户识别卡接收 Envelope ( call control )命令, 并判断当前所处小区 的合法性标识, 如果是合法, 则回应 Envelope命令 '90 00,允许移动终端进 行呼叫连接操作, 移动终端收到命令回应后, 进行呼叫连接操作, 用户可 以正常拨打电话; 如果是非法, 则回应 Envelope命令 '93 00,禁止移动终端 进行呼叫连接操作, 同时发送 display text (信息提示)主动式命令, 移动终 端收到命令回应后, 不进行呼叫连接操作, 并在收到 display text命令后给 用户显示超出服务区的提示信息。
2、 用户向外发送短信时, 移动终端首先将短信目的地址及短消息中心 号码通过 Envelope ( MO message control, 发短信控制 )命令发送给用户识 别卡(此时用户识别卡中的 MO message control功能应处于激活状态), 并 等待用户识别卡的回应;
用户识别卡接收 Envelope ( MO message control )命令, 并判断当前所 处小区的合法性标识, 如果是合法, 则回应 Envelope命令 '90 00,允许移动 终端进行短信发送操作, 移动终端收到命令回应后进行正常短信发送操作; 如果是非法, 则回应 Envelope命令 '93 00,禁止移动终端发送短信, 同时给 移动终端发送 display text主动式命令, 移动终端收到命令回应后不进行短 信发送操作, 并在收到 display text命令后给用户显示超出服务区的提示信 息。
当然, 上述对业务的控制不仅限于以上两种, 凡是用户识别卡可以提 供的业务均可通过用户识别卡与移动终端的命令交互来限制。
上述用户识别卡进行业务控制时, 也可存在特例, 用户识别卡中可以 保存一些特殊业务号码或地址, 出小区后, 用户识别卡对这些特殊业务可 以不做限制。 例如: 出小区后用户可以拨打客服号码, 可以接收网络侧命 令。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案将合法小区的标识都存储在用户识别卡 上, 使得业务管理方便, 用户识别卡更换移动终端使用时锁小区功能依然 有效。
如图 3A所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种用户识别卡, 包括: 存储模块 31 , 用于存储合法小区的标识;
控制模块 32 , 用于控制移动终端在合法小区内使用网络服务。
如图 3B所示, 存储模块 31包括:
第一存储子模块 311 , 用于存储当前的合法小区的标识;
发送子模块 312, 用于向移动终端发送位置变化监视事件;
第一接收子模块 313 ,用于接收移动终端在监测到所处小区发生变化时 发送来的当前所处小区的标识;
确定子模块 314,用于确定第一存储子模块 311当前存储的合法小区的 个数是否达到预设值;
第一存储子模块 311 ,还用于当确定子模块 314确定上述个数未达到预 设值时, 将当前所处小区的标识作为一个合法小区的标识存储。
如图 3C所示, 图 3B所示的存储模块 31还包括:
设置子模块 315 , 用于当确定子模块 314确定上述个数达到预设值时, 确定第一存储子模块 311 当前存储的合法小区的标识中是否包括当前所处 小区的标识, 如果是则设置当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法, 否则设置 当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法; 当确定子模块 314确定上述个数未达 到预设值时, 设置当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法。
如图 3D所示, 图 3A所示的存储模块 31还可以包括:
第二接收子模块 316, 用于接收网络侧发送来的合法小区的标识; 第二存储子模块 317 ,用于存储第二接收子模块 316接收的合法小区的 标识。
如图 3E所示, 图 3D所示的用户识别卡还可以包括:
发送模块 33 , 用于向移动终端发送位置变化监视事件;
接收模块 34, 用于接收移动终端在监测到所处小区发生变化时发送来 的当前所处小区的标识;
设置模块 35 ,用于确定存储模块 31当前存储的合法小区的标识中是否 包括当前所处小区的标识, 如果是则设置当前所处小区的合法性标识为合 法, 否则设置当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法。
如图 3F所示, 图 3C (或 3E )所示的控制模块 32包括:
允许子模块 321 , 用于在当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法时, 允许移 动终端使用网络服务;
禁止子模块 322, 用于在当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法时, 禁止移 动终端使用特定网络服务。
其中, 禁止子模块 322, 还用于控制移动终端显示超出服务区的提示信 息。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改 进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种锁小区方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
用户识别卡存储合法小区的标识;
所述用户识别卡控制移动终端在所述合法小区内使用网络服务。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的锁小区方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡存 储合法小区的标识的方法为:
所述用户识别卡向所述移动终端发送位置变化监视事件;
所述用户识别卡接收所述移动终端在监测到所处小区发生变化时发送 来的当前所处小区的标识;
所述用户识别卡确定当前存储的合法小区的个数是否达到预设值, 当 所述当前存储的合法小区的个数未达到所述预设值时, 所述用户识别卡将 所述当前所处小区的标识作为一个合法小区的标识存储。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的锁小区方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 当所述当前存储的合法小区的个数达到所述预设值时, 所述用户识别 卡确定当前存储的合法小区的标识中是否包括所述当前所处小区的标识, 如果包括所述当前所处小区的标识, 则设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标 识为合法, 否则设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法;
当所述当前存储的合法小区的个数未达到所述预设值时, 所述用户识 别卡将所述当前所处小区的标识作为一个合法小区的标识存储之后, 所述 用户识别卡设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的锁小区方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡存 储合法小区的标识的方法为:
所述用户识别卡接收网络侧发送来的合法小区的标识;
所述用户识别卡存储接收的所述合法小区的标识。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的锁小区方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡存 储合法小区的标识之后, 还包括:
所述用户识别卡向所述移动终端发送位置变化监视事件;
所述用户识别卡接收所述移动终端在监测到所处小区发生变化时发送 来的当前所处小区的标识;
所述用户识别卡确定当前存储的合法小区的标识中是否包括所述当前 所处小区的标识, 如果是则设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法, 否则设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法。
6、 如权利要求 3或 5所述的锁小区方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别 卡控制移动终端在所述合法小区内使用网络服务, 具体为:
在所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法时, 所述用户识别卡允许所 述移动终端使用网络服务;
在所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法时, 所述用户识别卡禁止所 述移动终端使用特定网络服务。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的锁小区方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡禁 止所述移动终端使用特定网络服务之后, 还包括:
所述用户识别卡控制所述移动终端显示超出服务区的提示信息。
8、 一种用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 包括:
存储模块, 用于存储合法小区的标识;
控制模块, 用于控制移动终端在所述合法小区内使用网络服务。
9、如权利要求 8所述的用户识别卡,其特征在于, 所述存储模块包括: 第一存储子模块, 用于存储当前的合法小区的标识;
发送子模块, 用于向所述移动终端发送位置变化监视事件;
第一接收子模块, 用于接收所述移动终端在监测到所处小区发生变化 时发送来的当前所处小区的标识;
确定子模块, 用于确定所述第一存储子模块当前存储的合法小区的个 数是否达到预设值;
所述第一存储子模块, 还用于当所述确定子模块确定所述当前存储的 合法小区的个数未达到所述预设值时, 将所述当前所处小区的标识作为一 个合法小区的标识存储。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 所述存储模块还 包括:
设置子模块, 用于当所述确定子模块确定所述当前存储的合法小区的 个数达到所述预设值时, 确定所述第一存储子模块当前存储的合法小区的 标识中是否包括所述当前所处小区的标识, 如果是则设置所述当前所处小 区的合法性标识为合法, 否则设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法; 所述当所述确定子模块确定所述当前存储的合法小区的个数未达到所述预 设值时, 设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法。
11、 如权利要求 8 所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 所述存储模块包 括:
第二接收子模块, 用于接收网络侧发送来的合法小区的标识; 第二存储子模块, 用于存储所述第二接收子模块接收的所述合法小区 的标识。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 还包括: 发送模块, 用于向所述移动终端发送位置变化监视事件;
接收模块, 用于接收所述移动终端在监测到所处小区发生变化时发送 来的当前所处小区的标识;
设置模块, 用于确定所述存储模块当前存储的合法小区的标识中是否 包括所述当前所处小区的标识, 如果是则设置所述当前所处小区的合法性 标识为合法, 否则设置所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法。
13、 如权利要求 10或 12所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 所述控制 模块包括:
允许子模块, 用于在所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为合法时, 允许 所述移动终端使用网络服务;
禁止子模块, 用于在所述当前所处小区的合法性标识为非法时, 禁止 所述移动终端使用特定网络服务。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于,
所述禁止子模块, 还用于控制所述移动终端显示超出服务区的提示信 息。
