进一步地, 所述用户识别卡触发所述终端进入呼叫限制状态后还包括: 所述用户识别卡根据获取的所述终端本地状态信息, 检测出所述终端 不满足预设的呼叫限制条件时, 去激活所述 FDN功能, 并通知所述终端当 前呼叫不受限制。
下面根据图 2〜图 3给出本发明一个较佳的实施例,并结合对实施例的 描述, 进一步给出本发明的技术细节。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例提供的用户识别卡实现呼叫限制的方法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201 : 设置用户识别卡对呼叫的限制条件。
该步骤具体可以通过如下方式实现:
( 1 ) 终端开机过程中, 用户识别卡向终端发送主动式命令 SETUP MENU (建立菜单命令) 为用户提供呼叫限制设置菜单;
( 2 )用户选择菜单后用户识别卡通过 GET INPUT (获取输入命令 )命 令向用户索要设置密码;
( 3 )用户识别卡在用户输入的密码验证通过后,可通过 SELECT ITEM (选择项目命令)命令向用户提供设置限制区域、 限制时间以及不受限制 的号码列表的选项供用户设置。
步骤 S202: 用户识别卡定时向移动终端发送命令索要终端本地状态信 息。
具体的, 该步骤中, 用户识别卡通过主动式命令 PROVIDE LOCAL INFORMATION (提供本地状态信息命令),向移动终端索要本地状态信息; 其中, 本地状态信息包括终端的位置信息和当前时间信息。 步骤 S203: 终端发送本地状态信息给用户识别卡。
具体的, 该步骤中, 终端回应主动式命令 PROVIDE LOCAL INFORMATION, 并通过 TERMINAL RESPONSE (终端回应命令)命令将 位置信息和当前时间信息发送给用户识别卡。
步骤 S204: 用户识别卡接收终端本地状态信息并解析。
具体的,用户识别卡接收 TERMINAL RESPONSE命令并从本地状态信 息中解析出终端的当前位置信息和时间信息。
步骤 S205: 用户识别卡根据终端的本地状态信息和设置的呼叫限制条 件判断是否激活呼叫限制。
具体的, 用户识别卡判断终端当前位置和 /或时间是否超出事先设定的 位置区域范围和 /或时间范围; 如果超出且当前 FDN功能为未激活状态, 则 自动激活 FDN功能。
步骤 S206: 当激活呼叫限制时, 用户识别卡通知移动终端。
具体的, 当 FDN 功能被激活时, 用户识别卡给终端发送主动式命令 REFRESH (刷新命令)告知终端电话本信息已发生变化, 移动终端响应该 命令并更新自身电话本状态。
同时用户识别卡通过主动式命令 PUT IDLE TEXT ( idle界面显示文本 命令)向用户给出提示信息,终端响应该命令并在 IDLE界面显示提示信息。 如: 超出服务区; 或者超出服务时间; 或者超出服务范围等。
步骤 S207: 终端根据用户识别卡的控制状态进行呼叫限制。
即, 当前 FDN功能处于激活状态, 则用户只能呼叫 FDN列表中的号 码, 其他号码无法发起。
步骤 S208、 用户识别卡根据终端的本地状态信息检测出终端不满足设 置的呼叫限制条件时, 去激活呼叫限制。
即, 将 FDN功能去激活, 此时, 用户呼叫不受限制。 综上所述, 本实施例中用户识别卡通过与终端的命令交互, 来设置呼 超出限定范围则自动激活 FDN功能, 以实现终端对用户呼叫的限制目的。 如果终端回到限定范围之内则自动去激活 FDN功能, 用户呼叫恢复正常。 其中, 具体的命令交互如图 3所示。
需要说明的是:
本发明实施例中, 用户识别卡时间范围的限制功能适用于与系统时间 同步的终端;
本发明实施例中, 上述用户识别卡的限制区域设置也可以根据终端的 初始移动范围自动生成并保存到用户识别卡上。 且用户可以通过 S(U)TK ( SIM Tool Kit ) 菜单进行清空;
本发明实施例中, 对于呼叫限制条件的设置, 用户识别卡可根据终端 开机过程中的 TERMINAL PROFILE (终端概况指令)指令判断终端是否支持 其用到的 S(U)TK菜单指令, 如果不支持可拒绝服务。
可见, 本发明所述方法, 无需在网络侧设定控制中心, 无需运营商专 门设置工作人员来进行业务维护, 只需要在发行用户识别卡时要卡商在卡 中加入呼叫限制控制模块即可, 用户识别卡通过向终端发送主动式命令索 要当前位置信息和时间信息, 并根据当前信息和预先设置的区域限制和时 间限制信息来激活或去激活 FDN功能并及时通知移动终端该控制状态, 移 动终端通过 FDN功能对用户拨出的号码进行限制。 用户也可以通过密码随 时更新控制条件无需向运营商提出业务变更申请然后等待处理。 可见, 本 发明所述方法不仅解决了现有技术中釆用网络侧控制导致业务管理不便的 问题, 而且, 本发明主要由用户识别卡来控制呼叫受限, 不管用户怎么更 换终端, 呼叫限制功能都能正常进行, 进而也解决了现有技术中通过终端 控制呼叫限制, 导致用户识别卡更换终端使用时呼叫限制功能失效的问题。 如图 4所示, 本发明还提供一种用户识别卡, 该用户识别卡包括: 信 息获取模块 410、 检测模块 420、 控制模块 430; 其中,
信息获取模块 410, 用于定时获取终端本地状态信息;
检测模块 420, 用于根据终端本地状态信息,检测终端是否满足预设的 呼叫限制条件;
控制模块 430,用于在检测模块 420检测到终端满足预设的呼叫限制条 件时, 触发终端进入呼叫限制状态。
进一步地, 本发明所述用户识别卡还包括:
设置模块 440, 用于通过终端为用户提供呼叫限制条件设置菜单,对用 户身份进行验证后, 通过终端为用户提供限制条件设置选项, 并基于用户 设置, 生成呼叫限制条件;
存储模块 450, 用于保存用户设置的呼叫限制条件信息。
进一步地, 控制模块 430具体包括:
FDN功能检测模块 431 , 用于当终端满足预设的呼叫限制条件时, 检 测当前固定拨号 FDN功能是否激活, 若未激活, 则激活 FDN功能; 若已 激活, 则不动作。
通知模块 432, 用于当 FDN功能激活后, 通知终端将预设的 FDN列表 中的号码信息作为终端当前的电话本信息。
进一步地, FDN功能检测模块 431 , 还用于在控制模块 430触发终端 进入呼叫限制状态后, 当终端不满足预设的呼叫限制条件时, 去激活 FDN 功能;
通知模块 432, 还用于当去激活 FDN功能时, 通知终端当前呼叫不受 限制。
为了更清楚的阐述本发明所述用户识别卡的具体功能, 下面通过一具 体实施例进行详细描述, 具体如下: 本发明实施例中, 用户识别卡包括以下模块:
( 1 )设置模块;
为用户提供设置限制条件的接口。
该模块通过与终端的命令交互通过 S(U)TK 菜单为用户提供了设置呼 叫限制区域, 限制时间, 以及不受限制的号码列表信息的接口。 该设置模 块可进一步分为发送模块和接收模块。 其中, 发送模块用于向终端发送主 动式命令实现设置功能, 接收模块主要接收终端的回应命令 TERMINAL RESPONSE, 其中分别包含了用户设置的限制条件信息。
( 2 )存储模块;
保存设置模块设置密码以及用户设置的限制条件信息, 限制条件信息 包括位置区域、 时间阶段、 不受限制的号码列表等。
( 3 )信息获取模块;
该模块用于获取当前终端的位置信息和时间信息。 又分为发送模块和 接收模块。发送模块主要负责定时给用户识别卡发送主动式命令 PROVIDE LOCAL INFORMATION , 向移动终端索要本地信息, 包括移动终端的当前 位置信息和时间信息。 接收模块主要接收从移动终端返回的本地信息并解 析其包含的当前位置信息和时间信息。
( 4 )检测模块;
主要根据信息获取模块获取到的当前位置时间信息和存储模块存储的 限制条件信息来检测判断当前是否要激活或去激活 FDN功能。
具体的, 检测模块检测当前位置或时间是否超出事先设定的位置区域 范围或时间范围。
( 5 )控制模块;
用于在检测模块检测到终端超出设定的位置区域范围或者时间范围 时, 检测当前 FDN功能是否被激活, 若未被激活, 则自动激活 FDN功能; 以及, 用于在检测模块检测到终端又恢复到设定的位置区域范围或者 时间范围时, 去激活 FDN功能。
( 6 )通知模块;
主要负责当用户识别卡中的控制状态发生变化时, 及时通知移动终端 以便移动终端能进行相应的更新和给出用户提示;
具体的, 如果 FDN功能状态发生变化, 通知模块给终端发送主动式命 令 REFRESH告知终端电话本信息已发生变化,终端响应该命令并更新自身 电话本状态。同时用户识别卡通过主动式命令 PUT IDLE TEXT向用户给出 提示信息, 终端响应该命令并在 IDLE界面显示提示信息。
以上各个模块通过模块间的协作和与终端的命令交互完成了呼叫限制 状态的判定, 并能及时通知移动终端以实现呼叫限制功能。
本发明中用户识别卡通过给终端发送命令获取当前位置和时间信息, 并根据预先设置的位置范围和时间范围来判定当前是否要激活 FDN功能来 实现对用户的位置和时间范围的限制呼叫功能。
本发明通过用户识别卡实现呼叫限制, 无需运营商在网络侧的参与, 只需要在发行用户识别卡时要卡商在卡中加入控制程序即可, 用户也可以 通过密码随时更新控制条件。 本发明主要由用户识别卡通过与终端的基本 命令交互来控制呼叫, 用户更换终端, 呼叫限制功能都能正常进行。 从而 解决了现有技术的业务管理不方便问题和用户识别卡更换终端使用时呼叫 限制功能失效的问题。 故本发明有很强的实用价值和实施价值。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用户识别卡实现呼叫限制的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 用户识别卡定时获取终端本地状态信息;
用户识别卡根据所述终端本地状态信息, 检测出所述终端满足预设的 呼叫限制条件时, 触发所述终端进入呼叫限制状态。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述终端本地状态信息包括: 终端当前位置信息和 /或当前时间信息; 所述呼叫限制条件包括: 终端超出设定的位置区域范围和 /或超出设定 的时间范围。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫限制条件的 设置方式包括:
所述用户识别卡通过终端为用户提供呼叫限制条件设置菜单; 所述用户识别卡对用户身份进行验证后, 通过终端为用户提供限制条 件设置选项, 并基于用户设置, 生成呼叫限制条件。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡定时 获取终端本地状态信息为:
所述用户识别卡定时向所述终端发送主动式命令索要终端本地状态信 息;
所述用户识别卡接收所述终端根据所述命令反馈的终端本地状态信 息。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡触发 所述终端进入呼叫限制状态为:
所述用户识别卡检测当前固定拨号 FDN功能是否激活, 若未激活, 则 激活所述 FDN功能, 并通知所述终端将预设的 FDN列表中的号码信息作 为终端当前的电话本信息。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡触发所述 终端进入呼叫限制状态后, 该方法进一步包括:
所述用户识别卡根据获取的所述终端本地状态信息, 检测出所述终端 不满足预设的呼叫限制条件时, 去激活所述 FDN功能, 并通知所述终端当 前呼叫不受限制。
7、 一种用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 该用户识别卡包括: 信息获取模块、 检测模块、 控制模块; 其中,
信息获取模块, 用于定时获取终端本地状态信息;
检测模块, 用于根据所述终端本地状态信息, 检测所述终端是否满足 预设的呼叫限制条件;
控制模块, 用于在所述检测模块检测到所述终端满足预设的呼叫限制 条件时, 触发所述终端进入呼叫限制状态。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别卡还 包括:
设置模块, 用于通过终端为用户提供呼叫限制条件设置菜单, 对用户 身份进行验证后, 通过终端为用户提供限制条件设置选项, 并基于用户设 置, 生成呼叫限制条件;
存储模块, 用于保存用户设置的呼叫限制条件信息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块具体 包括:
FDN功能检测模块, 用于当所述终端满足预设的呼叫限制条件时, 检 测当前固定拨号 FDN功能是否激活, 若未激活, 则激活所述 FDN功能; 通知模块, 用于当所述 FDN功能激活后, 通知所述终端将预设的 FDN 列表中的号码信息作为终端当前的电话本信息。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的用户识别卡, 其特征在于, 所述 FDN功能检测模块, 还用于在所述控制模块触发所述终端进入呼 叫限制状态后,当所述终端不满足预设的呼叫限制条件时,去激活所述 FDN 功能;
所述通知模块, 还用于当去激活所述 FDN功能时, 通知所述终端当前 呼叫不受限制。
