本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 将用户进行分组处理, 当属于同一组的 用户中已有用户激活过数据链路, 则将该组的其他成员用户都激活到同一个 GGSN中,从而可以使得 GGSN对同一组组内的用户分配用户策略, 进而实现资 源共享。

本发明实施例提供一种多用户捆绑网络资源控制的方法, 本发明实施例 以 WCDMA网络中,网关设备为 GGSN,定义组和组成员关系的网元为 PCRF为例, 具体阐述为例多用户捆绑网络资源控制的方法, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括:
301、 GGSN接收 SGSN发送的创建 PDP上下文请求消息。 其中, 当用户需 要使用数据业务, 发起 PDP激活时, 由 SGSN向 GGSN发送创建 PDP上下文请 求消息。

401、 PCRF接收 GGSN发送的用户策略请求消息, 所述用户策略消息中包 含用户的用户标识, 所述用户标识可以为但不局限于 IMSI或者 MSI SDN。
402、 在接收到用户策略请求消息后, 所述 PCRF根据所述用户标识查询 所述用户是否为组用户; 若查询到所述用户为组用户, 则执行步骤 403; 若查 询到所述用户不是组用户, 则根据现有技术中的标准执行相应的操作。

其中, 当组中在的成员用户首次进行数据链路激活时, 在将数据成功激 活后, 将在该组中标记该组中已经有组成员激活过数据链路, 并将对应的组 GGSN IP地址保存或标识已有组成员已激活过数据链路, 以便该组中再有其他 的成员用户需要进行数据链路的激活时, 以便将该组中的有其他用户的数据 链路激活在同一个 GGSN内, 从而实现多用户共享带宽。
405、 所述 PCRF获取所述组的组策略、 组 GGSN IP地址以及所述用户的 成员策略, 并将所述组的组策略、 组 GGSN IP地址以及所述用户的成员策略 携带在用户策略应答消息返回给所述 GGSN, 结束本次获取用户策略的执行。

其中, 所述获取单元 73确定所述组中是否已有组成员激活过数据链路, 可以通过判断所述组中是否保存有该组的组网关设备 IP地址确定, 若该组中 保存有该组的组网关设备 IP地址, 则确定所述组中已有组成员激活过数据链 路, 否则确定所述组中没有组成员激活过数据链路; 但本发明实施例的判定 方法并不局限于此, 还可以通过设定激活标识来确定, 本发明实施例对此不 进行限制。
该网络设备还包括: 保存单元 75。
所述保存单元 75 ,用于在所获取断单元 73确定所述用户组中没有组成员 激活过数据链路时, 将所述发送用户策略请求消息的网关设备保存为所述组 的组网关设备; 所述获取单元 73还用于, 获取所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的成员策略; 所述发送单元 74还用于, 将所述获取单元 73获取的所述组的组策略、组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的成员策略携带 在用户策略应答消息中返回给所述网关设备。
进一步, 在所述获取单元 73所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及 所述用户的成员策略时, 其还可以获取所述组的组标识, 并将其携带在用户 策略应答消息中通过发送单元 74发送给所述网关设备。
本发明实施例所提供的网络设备, 可以在判断用户为组用户时, 将该用 户的组策略和用户策略等信息发送给为该用户服务的网关设备, 以使该网关 设备为该用户分配用户资源, 从而实现组内用户的资源共享。
本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统, 如图 10所示, 该系统包括网关设备 81和网络设备 82 , 所述网络设备为 PCRF或 AAA服务器。
网关设备 81 , 用于向网络设备 82发送用户策略请求消息, 所述用户策略 请求消息中包含用户的用户标识。
网络设备 82 , 用于接收网关设备 81发送的用户策略请求消息, 所述用户 策略请求消息中包含用户的用户标识; 根据所述用户标识查询所述用户是否 为组用户; 若查询到所述用户为组用户, 则确定所述用户所属的组, 并判断 所述组中是否已有组成员激活过数据链路; 若判定所述用户组中已有组成员 激活过数据链路, 则获取所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户 的成员策略, 并将所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的成员 所述网关设备 81还用于, 接收所述网络设备 82返回的用户策略应答消 息, 所述用户策略应答消息中包含所述网络设备 82根据所述用户标识获取的 用户所属组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的成员策略; 根据所 述组网关设备 IP地址确定所述用户所属组的组网关设备是否为所述网关设备 本身; 若确定所述用户所属组的组网关设备为所述网关设备本身, 则根据所 本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 将用户进行分组处理, 当属于同一组的 用户中已有用户激活过数据链路, 则将该组的其他成员用户都激活到同一个 网关设备中, 从而使网关设备为该用户分配用户资源, 实现组内用户的资源 共享。 由于多用户可以共享移动带宽等资源, 便于运营商推出家庭套餐和企 业套餐, 增加了运营商的运营收入。
进一步, 本发明实施例中在 PCRF或 AAA服务器返回的用户所属组的组网 关设备 IP地址不是所述网关设备本身是,将创建 PDP上下文请求转发到与所 述组网关设备 IP地址对应的网关设备, 由与所述组网关设备 IP地址对应的 网关设备完成所述用户策略的控制, 多用户共享移动带宽, 促进移动带宽代 替固定带宽。
本发明实施例中主要将组和组成员关系定义在 PCRF端, 但本发明实施例 并不局限于此,还可以将组和组成员关系定义 AAA服务器 Server、 O&M Serve r 或者 HLR等, 其中, 组成员定义在 AAA服务器和 O&M s e rver的情况与 PCRF 类似, 仅接口协议不一样; 组成员定义在 HLR , 相关信息要通过 SGSN与 GGSN 交互, 要在 Gn接口和 Gr接口作扩展。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本 发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但 很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本 质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该 计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘 等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种多用户捆绑网络资源控制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
网关设备向策略计费和控制规则功能 PCRF或认证授权统计 AAA服务器发送 用户策略请求消息, 所述用户策略请求消息中包含用户的用户标识;
所述网关设备接收所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器返回的用户策略请求应答消息, 所述用户策略请求应答消息中包含所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器根据所述用户标识获 取的用户所属组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的成员策略;
所述网关设备根据所述组网关设备 IP 地址确定所述用户所属组的组网关 设备为所述网关设备本身时, 则所述网关设备根据所述组策略和所述用户的成 员策略为所述用户分配用户策略。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括:
所述网关设备根据所述组网关设备 IP 地址确定所述用户所属组的组网关 设备非所述网关设备本身,则所述网关设备向与所述组网关设备 IP地址对应的 网关设备转发服务通用分组无线业务支持节点 SGSN发送的创建分组数据协议 PDP 上下文请求, 以使所述与所述组网关设备 IP地址对应的网关设备从 PCRF 或 AAA服务器获取所述用户的组策略和成员策略, 并根据所述用户的组策略和 成员策略为所述用户分配用户策略;
或者
所述网关设备根据所述组网关设备 IP 地址确定所述用户所属组的组网关 设备非所述网关设备本身,则所述网关设备向与所述组网关设备 IP地址对应的 网关设备转发将所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器返回的组策略和成员策略, 以使所述与 所述组网关设备 IP 地址对应的网关设备根据所述组策略和成员策略为所述用 户分配用户策略。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户策略应答消息中还 包括所述用户所属组的组标识; 所述网关设备根据所述组策略和所述用户的成 员策略为所述用户分配用户策略包括:
所述网关设备根据所述组标识查找所述网关设备中存储有所述组时, 获取 所述组中已分配用户策略的组成员的用户策略;
根据 PCRF返回的所述组策略、 所述用户的成员策略以及已分配用户策略的 组成员的用户策略为所述用户分配用户策略。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在根据 PCRF返回 为所述用户分配用户策略后, 该方法还包括:
将为所述用户分配的用户策略保存到所述网关设备中。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户策略包括 QoS资 源和配额; 所述根据所述组策略和所述用户的成员策略为所述用户分配用户策 略包括:
为所述用户分配的 QoS 资源和配额可以小于或等于所述用户所属组共享的 QoS资源和配额;
多个组成员分配的保证 QoS资源和配额小于或等于组的 QoS资源和保证配 额。
6、 一种多用户捆绑网络资源控制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
PCRF或 AAA服务器接收网关设备发送的用户策略请求消息, 所述用户策略 请求消息中包含用户的用户标识;
所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器根据所述用户标识查询所述用户为组用户时, 所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器确定所述用户所属的组;
如果所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器确定所述用户组中已有组成员激活过数据链路 时, 所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器获取所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所 述用户的成员策略, 并将所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括:
如果所述 PCRF 或 AAA服务器确定所述用户组中没有组成员激活过数据链 路, 则所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器将所述发送用户策略请求消息的网关设备保存为 所述组的组网关设备, 并将获取的所述组的组策略、组网关设备 IP地址以及所 述用户的成员策略发送给所述网关设备。
8、根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述 PCRF 或 AAA服务器获取所述组的组标识, 并将所述组标识发送给所述网关设备。
9、 一种网关设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元, 用于向 PCRF或 AAA服务器发送用户策略请求消息, 所述用户策 略请求消息中包含用户的用户标识;
接收单元, 用于接收 PCRF或 AAA服务器返回的用户策略应答消息, 所述用 户策略应答消息中包含所述 PCRF或 AAA服务器根据所述用户标识获取的用户所 属组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的成员策略;
确定单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的所述组网关设备 IP地址确定所 述用户所属组的组网关设备为所述网关设备本身;
分配单元, 用于在所述确定单元确定所述用户所属组的组网关设备为所述 网关设备本身时, 根据所述组策略和所述用户的成员策略为所述用户分配用户 策略。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的网关设备, 其特征在于, 所述网关设备还包括: 转发单元, 用于在所述确定单元确定所述用户所属组的组网关设备非所述 网关设备本身时, 向与所述组网关设备 IP地址对应的网关设备转发 SGSN发送 的创建 PDP上下文请求,以使所述与所述组网关设备 IP地址对应的网关设备从 PCRF或 AAA服务器获取所述用户的组策略和成员策略, 并根据所述用户的组策 略和成员策略为所述用户分配用户策略;
或者
用于在所述确定单元确定所述用户所属组的组网关设备非所述网关设备本 身, 则所述网关设备向与所述组网关设备 IP 地址对应的网关设备转发将所述 PCRF 或 AAA服务器返回的组策略和成员策略, 以使所述与所述组网关设备 IP 地址对应的网关设备根据所述组策略和成员策略为所述用户分配用户策略。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的网关设备, 其特征在于, 所述网关设备还包括: 查找单元, 用于在所述确定单元确定所述用户所属组的组网关设备是向 PCRF发送 CCR策略请求消息的网关设备后, 根据所述组标识查找所述网关设备 中存储有所述组;
获取单元, 用于在所述查找单元查找到所述网关设备中存储有所述组时, 所述分配单元还用于, 根据所述接收单元接收到的所述组策略、 所述用户 为所述用户分配用户策略。
12、 根据权利要求 9至 11任一所述的网关设备, 其特征在于, 所述网关设 备还包括:
添加单元, 用于在所述分配单元根据所述接收单元接收到的所述组策略、 用户策略为所述用户分配用户策略后, 将为所述用户分配的用户策略保存到所 述网关设备中。
13、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收网关设备发送的用户策略请求消息, 所述用户策略请 求消息中包含用户的用户标识;
确定单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的所述用户标识查询所述用户是 否为组用户时, 确定所述用户所属的组; 链路时, 获取所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 IP地址以及所述用户的成员策略; 发送单元, 用于将所述获取单元获取的所述组的组策略、组网关设备 IP地 址以及所述用户的成员策略携带在用户策略应答消息中返回给所述网关设备。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述网络设备还包括: 链路时, 将所述发送所述用户策略请求消息的网关设备保存为所述组的组网关 设备;
所述获取单元还用于, 获取所述组的组策略、 组网关设备 I P地址以及所述 用户的成员策略;
所述发送单元还用于, 将所述获取单元获取的所述组的组策略、 组网关设 备 IP 地址以及所述用户的成员策略携带在用户策略应答消息返回给所述网关 设备。
15、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 如权利要求 9 ~ 12 任一所述的网 关设备, 和如权利要求 13或 14任一所述的网络设备。
