Abstract

본 발명은 샘플로부터 타깃을 분리하기 위한 미세유체장치 및 이것을 이용한 타깃의 분리방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 미세유체장치는 제1 필터링장치, 운반유체 공급장치와 제2 필터링장치로 구성되어 있다. 제1 필터링장치는 복수 유형의 타깃들이 여과되어 있는 여과면이 그 여과 방향과 반대 방향을 향하도록 배치되어 있다. 운반유체 공급장치는 제1 필터링장치의 상류에 장착되어 있고, 복수 유형의 타깃들을 하류로 수송하는 운반유체를 제1 필터링장치에 공급한다. 제2 필터링장치는 제1 필터링장치의 하류에 장착되어 있으며, 제1 필터링장치로부터 복수 유형의 타깃들을 받아들여 여과한다. 본 발명에 따른 타깃의 분리방법은 샘플에 포함되어 있는 복수의 논타깃들과 복수 유형의 타깃들 중 전처리에 의하여 논타깃들을 제거한 후, 전처리에서 획득한 타깃들을 후처리에 의하여 분리한다.
