Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif orthodontique appliqué sélectivement comme une source de fixation pour le traitement orthodontique d'une mâchoire ou des dents, le dispositif orthodontique comprenant : un corps de base fixé au maxillaire ou à la mandibule ; et un premier bras et un second bras s'étendant dans les deux directions par rapport au corps de base, afin d'être connectés respectivement aux éléments orthodontiques apportant une force à des fins orthodontiques. Les premier et second bras sont supportés par le corps de base et fixés dans la bouche comme le corps de base est fixé à la mâchoire. Selon la présente invention, le dispositif orthodontique rend possible l'obtention de plus de deux sources de fixation à la fois en fixant un corps de base à la mâchoire et la diversification d'applications adaptées pour l'objectif d'une chirurgie orthodontique en utilisant de manière sélective le dispositif orthodontique comme source de fixation pour le traitement orthodontique d'une mâchoire ou comme source de fixation pour le traitement orthodontique des dents, à l'aide de l'application d'une force orthodontique.
