目前,市场上的所有手动开关式电子烟都采用控制集成电路从而实现控制整个电路工作与否的雾化开关装置,其结构如图 1 所示,包括按键开关 1 和集成电路,具体工作原理是:按键开关 1 通过控制并由集成电路导通电池和发热元件 2 以及电池和发光元件,按键开关 1 本身不导通电池和发热元件 2 以及电池和发光元件,因此上述发热 / 光回路的电流不通过按键开关 1 ,这种形式能满足用户按上万次按键开关的需要、可靠性高,使用户可以一直使用,而且按键开关 1 也可以是其他开关,如:气动开关、电容开关。但这种雾化开关装置由于使用集成电路,成本较高。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种电子烟雾化开关装置,在满足用户按键开关使用需求基础上降低其成本。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
这种电子烟雾化开关装置,内置一次性电子烟中,包括所述一次性电子烟外壳上的按键开关,所述按键开关串接在所述一次性电子烟中电池与发热元件的电流回路上。这种按键开关直接通电流、较集成电路方式使用次数大大降低、但仍可以使用几百次,能充分满足抽完一根电子烟的要求,同时由于没有集成电路,从而成本大大降低。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:
所述发热元件包括但不限制是电阻丝、热敏陶瓷或硅碳棒。
所述一次性电子烟还包括发光元件,所述按键开关还串接在所述电池与发光元件的电流回路上。
所述发光元件包括但不限制是发光二极管。
所述发光二极管包括但不限制于以下两种方式:
㈠所述发光二极管是一个,与电阻串联后再与所述发热元件并联,其一端连接所述电池,另一端连接所述按键开;
㈡所述发光二极管是二个并联发光二极管,与电阻串联后再与所述发热元件并联,其一端连接所述电池,另一端连接所述按键开关。
所述按键开关包括但不限制于是弹簧开关、压膜开关、压力开关等。
所述一次性电子烟的外形包括但不限制于是香烟、烟斗、雪茄、水烟等。
有益效果
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
在一次性电子烟中采用本发明雾化开关装置,足够满足抽完一次性电子烟的按键开关使用需要,无须集成电路,大大降低了产品成本;而在重复使用的电子烟中仍使用传统集成电路方式雾化开关装置。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图 2 所示,本发明具体实施例中,该一次性电子烟中 雾化开关装置包括依次电连接成回路的电池、按键开关 1 和发热元件 2 ,该发热元件 2 还并联有发光支路,该发光支路包括二个发光二极管,该发光二极管可以位于 一次性电子烟的烟头部位、用于模拟抽烟时发出的火光。采用这种结构,较传统集成电路方式,按键开关 1 的使用次数降低但能可以使用几百次,满足了抽完一根电子烟的需求。
本发明的实施方式
工业实用性
本发明按键开关装置适用于一次性电子烟,满足用户使用需求、同时能有效降低产品成本,让一次性电子烟可进一步推广,使广大受传统烟草毒害的烟民可以低成本享受无毒抽烟的乐趣。

Claims (8)

1、一种电子烟雾化开关装置,内置一次性电子烟中,包括所述一次性电子烟外壳上的按键开关 (1) ,其特征在于,所述按键开关直接串接在所述一次性电子烟中电池与发热元件 (2) 的电流回路上。
2、根据权利要求 1 所述电子烟雾化开关装置,其特征在于,所述发热元件 (2) 是电阻丝、热敏陶瓷或硅碳棒。
3、根据权利要求 1 所述电子烟雾化开关装置,其特征在于,所述一次性电子烟还包括发光元件,所述按键开关还直接串接在所述电池与发光元件的电流回路上。
4、根据权利要求 3 所述电子烟雾化开关装置,其特征在于,所述发光元件是发光二极管。
5、根据权利要求 4 所述电子烟雾化开关装置,其特征在于,所述发光二极管是一个,与电阻串联后再与所述发热元件并联,其一端连接所述电池,另一端连接所述按键开关 (1) 。
6、根据权利要求 4 所述电子烟雾化开关装置,其特征在于,所述发光二极管是二个并联发光二极管,与电阻串联后再与所述发热元件并联,其一端连接所述电池,另一端连接所述按键开关 (1) 。
7、根据权利要求 1 所述电子烟雾化开关装置,其特征在于,所述按键开关 (1) 是弹簧开关、压膜开关和压力开关中的任一种。
8、根据权利要求 1 所述电子烟雾化开关装置,其特征在于,所述一次性电子烟的外形是香烟、烟斗、雪茄和水烟中的任一种。
