Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de préparations de liposomes dans lequel, dans un processus de production de préparations de liposomes, les conditions portant sur les milieux et les dispositifs utilisés dans la production peuvent être contrôlées avant et après la mise en œuvre du processus de production et dans lequel les dispositifs de production et les milieux de production peuvent être gérés de façon appropriée. Le procédé permet de produire une préparation de liposomes, dans un processus de remplacement de solution externe pour préparations de liposomes qui produit une préparation de liposomes, par les étapes 1), 2) et 3), mises en œuvre par cycles, autant de fois qu'il est nécessaire. Dans l'étape (1), une solution externe ne contenant pratiquement aucun composant inutile est introduite dans une solution de préparation de liposomes contenant des composants qui sont inutiles dans la solution externe, tandis que dans l'étape (2), au moins une partie des composants inutiles est extraite par ultrafiltration en tant que fluide usé, avec la solution externe, et dans l'étape (3) la solution de préparation de liposomes ultrafiltrée est utilisée comme solution de préparation de liposomes mentionnée ci-dessus contenant des composants inutiles dans la solution externe, en mesurant l'information concernant la concentration des composants inutiles mentionnés ci-dessus dans la solution de préparation de liposomes en différents points temporels dans le même lot sans extraire la solution de préparation de liposomes du système de production et en comparant l'information à une valeur de mesure de lot standard préalablement mesurée, et en déterminant ainsi les changements dans les conditions de production par rapport au lot standard.
