Abstract

自注入激光器、WDM-PON系统及光线路终端。自注入激光器包括增益介质、阵列波导光栅AWG、周期性滤波器和反射模块,其中增益介质耦合至AWG的分支端口,周期性滤波器耦合至AWG的公共端口;AWG用于将其分支端口接收到的来自增益介质的光信号进行复用,并通过其公共端口输出复用后的光信号;周期性滤波器用于对AWG输出的光信号进行滤波,滤波后的光信号至少一部分在反射模块发生反射,且反射信号返回并注入至增益介质,本发明实施例还提供WDM-PON系统及光线路终端,能够有效的解决谱线展宽的问题。
