呼叫时, 信令接入点和核心网进行信令交互, 把 ISUP、 BICC或者 SIP 信令消息转换成内部消息提交给业务处理机, 业务处理机控制呼叫流程, 信令接入点把业务处理机的呼叫控制消息转换成 ISUP、 BICC或者 SIP信 令消息发送给核心网。 业务处理机在处理呼叫过程中, 指示资源服务器把主叫终端的语音和 被叫终端预设的视频媒体混成视频媒体流发送给被叫终端, 同时把被叫终 端视频媒体流中音频提取出发送给主叫终端, 实现主叫终端和被叫终端的 音频呼叫视频化功能。
如图 3 所示, 为本发明提供的实现语音呼叫视频化业务方法的原理示 意图, 值得注意的是, 该方法中所提供的被叫终端已在语音呼叫视频化平 台和被叫 HLR 注册了语音呼叫视频化业务, 其中, 被叫终端在被叫 HLR 中注册, 优选地通过语音呼叫视频化业务平台同步来实现。
所述方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 S301、 主叫终端发起语音呼叫请求, 呼叫到达主叫交换机, 主叫 交换机向被叫归属 HLR查询被叫终端的 MSRN ( Mobile Station Roaming Number, 漫游号码)和注册业务码信息, 被叫 HLR返回查询结果。
步骤 S302、 主叫交换机把语音呼叫请求路由到语音呼叫视频化业务平 台。 其中语音寻呼请求消息中携带有被叫终端的 MSRN以及主叫、 被叫终 端的 MSISDN ( Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Number, 移动站点 综合服务数字编码)。
步骤 S303、 语音呼叫视频化业务平台向被叫终端发起视频呼叫请求, 当被叫终端应答时, 语音呼叫视频化业务平台和被叫用户协商成功, 建立 起 H.245会话通道。
步骤 S304、 语音呼叫视频化业务平台把主叫语音和平台选中的视频媒 体文件生成 324M媒体包发送给被叫终端 ,和被叫终端进行视频通话; 同时 把被叫终端的视频媒体包中的音频部分解析出发送给主叫终端, 从而实现 主叫音频和被叫视频的语音呼叫视频化业务。
更进一步的, 本发明提供的方法中, 当主叫或被叫终端任何一方挂机 时, 语音呼叫视频化业务平台拆除和被叫终端建立的 H.245通道, 并结束 主被叫通话。
基于上述的原理表述, 下面详细介绍本发明的语音呼叫视频化业务方 法的具体流程, 如图 4所示, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 S401、 主叫终端拨打被叫终端的号码, 向主叫交换机 0-MSC发 送 SETUP消息。
步骤 S402、 主叫交换机向被叫 HLR发 SRI消息, 查询被叫终端信息。 该用户信息包括: 被叫终端的 MSRN和注册语音呼叫视频化业务的注册业 务码信息。
步骤 S403、被叫 HLR向被叫终端当前所在的被叫交换机 T-MSC Server 发 PRN消息, 寻求 MSRN。
步骤 S404、 被叫交换机 T-MSC 分配 MSRN , 向被叫 HLR 返回 PRN_ACK消息, 该消息中携带有被叫终端的 MSRN。
步骤 S405、 被叫 HLR向主叫交换机返回 SRI_ACK消息, 该消息中携 带有被叫终端的 MSRN和语音呼叫视频化业务注册码。
步骤 S406、 主叫交换机把语音寻呼请求路由至语音呼叫视频化平台。 其中, 语音寻呼请求携带主叫终端、 被叫终端的 MSISDN以及被叫用 户的 MSRN。
步骤 S407、 语音呼叫视频化平台把主叫发起的语音呼叫升级为视频呼 叫, 通过被叫交换机向被叫终端发起视频呼叫。
步骤 S408、 被叫振铃, 振铃消息经由语音呼叫视频化平台和主叫交换 机到达主叫终端, 并通过语音呼叫视频化平台为主叫终端播放语音回铃音。
步骤 S409、 被叫摘机, 语音呼叫视频化平台和被叫终端建立 H.245通 道。
步骤 S410、 语音呼叫视频化平台把被叫应答消息发送到主叫侧, 并停 止向主叫侧播放回铃音。 步骤 S411、 语音呼叫视频化平台根据呼叫信息获得本次为被叫终端播 放的视频, 并 4巴主叫终端和被叫终端桥接进行通话。
其中, 主叫终端和语音呼叫视频化平台这一段呼叫为语音, 语音呼叫 视频化平台和被叫终端这一段则为视频呼叫。 语音呼叫视频化平台把主叫 语音和平台选中的视频生成 324M媒体包发送给被叫终端 ,和被叫终端进行 视频通话, 同时把被叫终端的视频媒体包中的音频部分解析出发送给主叫 终端, 从而实现主叫音频和被叫视频的语音呼叫视频化业务。
该方法中, 当主叫终端或被叫终端中任何一方挂机时, 语音呼叫视频 化平台拆除和被叫终端间的建立的 H.245通道, 主被叫通话结束。
本发明提供的方法, 使签约了视频呼叫业务的用户, 即使主叫终端发 起的是音频呼叫, 被叫终端仍然可以享受视频呼叫业务, 提高了用户业务 体验, 且可广泛推广视频呼叫业务。 本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权 利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在 内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现语音呼叫视频化业务的系统, 包括: 主叫终端、 主叫交换 机、 被叫归属位置寄存器 HLR、 被叫交换机以及被叫终端, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 语音呼叫视频化平台, 且所述被叫终端已在所述语音呼 叫视频化平台以及被叫 HLR中注册有语音呼叫视频化业务;
所述主叫交换机, 用于接收主叫终端发起的语音呼叫请求, 通过被叫 HLR获取被叫终端的 MSRN和注册业务码后, 将当前语音呼叫请求路由至 语音呼叫视频化平台;
所述语音呼叫视频化平台, 用于在接收到语音呼叫请求后通过所述被 叫交换机向被叫终端发起视频呼叫请求; 并在会话通道建立后, 将视频和 主叫语音发送给所述被叫终端, 并将被叫终端的音频发送给主叫终端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述语音呼叫视频化平台 包括: 信令接入点、 业务处理机、 资源服务器和门户管理网站;
所述信令接入点, 用于转发处理语音呼叫视频化平台与主、 被叫交换 机间交互的信令;
所述业务处理机, 用于管理语音呼叫视频化平台中的资源信息, 并在 会话通道建立后向所述资源服务器下发控制指令, 实现主叫终端和被叫终 端之间的语音和视频通话;
所述资源服务器, 用于存储用户通过所述门户管理网站获取的视频文 件, 并基于所述业务处理机的控制指令, 将视频数据和主叫语音发送给被 叫终端, 并将被叫终端的音频数据发送给主叫终端;
所述门户管理网站, 为用户注册语音呼叫视频化业务的接口平台, 用 于管理所述资源服务器存储的媒体资源信息, 并为用户提供自助服务、 预 览并定购媒体和设置规则的业务。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述语音呼叫视频化平台 还包括: 话单服务器, 用于从业务处理机获取话单, 供计费系统使用。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端, 还用于在 所述语音呼叫视频化平台和被叫 HLR注册语音呼叫视频化业务时, 通过所 述门户管理网站申请开通语音呼叫视频化业务;
相应的, 所述门户管理网站, 还用于将所述申请提交给业务处理机; 所述业务处理机, 还用于保存用户注册信息并将用户注册信息同步到 被叫 HLR。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述主叫交换机, 还 用于在通过被叫 HLR获取被叫终端的 MSRN和注册业务码时,在接收到主 叫终端发起的语音呼叫请求后, 向所述被叫 HLR发送查询路由信息;
所述被叫 HLR, 用于在接收到查询路由信息后, 向所述被叫交换机发 送 PRN信息;
所述被叫交换机, 还用于分配 MSRN信息, 并将分配的 MSRN信息返 回给所述被叫 HLR;
所述被叫 HLR,还用于向主叫交换机发送携带有 MSRN和注册业务码 的响应消息。
6、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述主叫交换机路由 的语音呼叫请求消息携带有所述主叫终端、 被叫终端的移动站点综合服务 数字编码 MSISDN和被叫终端的 MSRN。
7、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述语音呼叫视频化平台, 还用于在主叫终端或被叫终端挂机时, 拆 除建立的会话通道, 结束主被叫终端的通话。
8、一种实现语音呼叫视频化业务的方法,其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 1、 主叫终端向主叫交换机发起语音呼叫请求;
步骤 2、 所述主叫交换机接收所述语音呼叫请求, 并通过被叫 HLR获 取到已注册语音呼叫视频化业务的被叫终端的 MSRN和注册业务码后 , 将 当前语音呼叫请求路由到语音呼叫视频化平台;
步骤 3、所述语音呼叫视频化平台接收到语音呼叫请求后,通过所述被 叫交换机向被叫终端发起视频呼叫请求; 并在会话通道建立后, 将视频和 主叫语音发送给所述被叫终端, 并将被叫终端的音频发送给主叫终端。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述主叫交换机路由的语 音呼叫请求消息携带有所述主叫终端、 被叫终端的 MSISDN和被叫终端的 MSRN。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 当主叫终端或被叫终端挂机时, 所述语音呼叫视频化平台拆除建立的 会话通道。
