本发明的较佳实施方式 本发明的实施例的应用环境如图 1所示, 包括终端 101和终端 102 , 终 端 101 归属于短信中心 103 , 终端 102归属于短信中心 104, 短信中心 103 和短信中心 104均由移动交换中心 105管理。 其中, 短信中心 103和短信中 心 104可以是同一短信中心, 即终端 101和终端 102归属于同一短信中心。 现有的短信发送流程具体如下: 终端 101给终端 102发送短信。 首先终端 101将短信发出, 提交到终端 101所在的短信中心 103。短信中心 103负责保存和转发短信处理中心,如果 短信中心 103成功接收到短信, 此时终端 101的手机便显示"成功发送", 如 果提交失败, 就会显示"发送失败"。 然后, 短信中心 103把短信提交到终端 102所在的移动交换中心 105 (移动交换中心负责下发短信), 移动交换中心 105成功接收到并下发短信到终端 102所在的短信中心 104, 再由短信中心 104发送短信给终端 102 , 最后将发送结果反馈给终端 101所在的短信中心 103。 此时, 如果终端 101开启短信状态报告的话,短信中心 103会发送短信 状态报告提示终端 101短信发送的状态是成功还是失败; 如果用户关闭短信 状态报告, 短信中心 103将不会发送短信状态报告提示终端 101短信发送的 状态。 至此, 整个发送和接收过程结束。 但由于存在网络信号状态和终端开关机状态等不确定性因素, 终端 102 在接收短信时会发生延迟。 发送方仅仅了解接收方接收短信的结果是远远不 够的, 发送方还需要了解接收方接收短信的及时性, 即短信从终端 101发送 到终端 102所消耗的时间。 为了达到上述目的,本发明的实施例提供了一种短信状态 告发送方法, 在图 1所示应用场景中, 以终端 101向终端 102发送短信的过程为例进行说 明, 其中短信中心 103为源短信中心, 短信中心 104为目标短信中心。 使用 该方法完成短信状态报告发送的过程如图 2所示, 包括: 步骤 201、 发送方通过终端设置开启短信状态报告发送功能及短信发送 耗时提示功能; 本发明实施例中, 终端和短信中心均设置有短信状态报告发送的选项, 可以通过在短信中携带信息位指示短信中心进行相应的处理。 如该信息位有 0和 1两种取值, 取值为 0表示关闭短信状态报告发送, 取值为 1表示开启 短信状态报告发送; 当然, 也可以取值为 1表示关闭短信状态报告发送, 取 值为 0表示开启短信状态报告发送。 在短信状态报告发送功能被激活后, 就能够进一步的对是否提示短信发 送耗时, 可以包括: 设置一个在短信状态报告发送功能下的子选项, 该子选 项包括两种情况: 1 , 在短信发送成功时, 显示发送短信消耗的时间; 2 , 在 短信发送成功时, 不显示发送短信消耗的时间。 本发明实施例中, 以选择子 选项 1为例进行说明, 在选择该子选项后, 终端就会从短信状态报告中获取 成功发送的消耗时间进行显示。 步骤 202、 源短信中心接收终端发送的短信, 记录接收时间并向该短信 的目标短信中心转发该短信; 本步骤中, 当终端 101向短信中心 103发送短信时, 短信中心 103首先 根据发送方所发短信中的信息位判断发送方终端的短信状态报告功能是否开 启,如果开启则记录接收时间,并执行步骤 203;如果未开启,执行步骤 204。 步骤 203、 所述源短信中心接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示发送成功 的回执信号, 在所述回执信号中携带有短信的送达时间; 本步骤中, 短信中心 104将短信发送至接收方终端 103 , 在确定发送成 功后, 向短信中心 103发送指示发送成功的回执信号, 在该回执信号中携带 有短信的送达时间, 进入步骤 204。 如果发送失败, 则向短信中心 103发送指示发送失败的回执信号。 步骤 204、 如果短信状态 告发送功能未开启, 源短信中心通过目标短 信中心将短信发送至接收方终端, 结束当前处理流程; 步骤 205、 源短信中心向所述终端发送短信状态^艮告, 在所述短信状态 报告中携带所述短信的接收时间和送达时间; 步骤 206、 发送方终端根据接收到的短信状态报告消息体中的短信发送 结果判断短信发送是否成功, 如果失败, 则执行步骤 207; 如果成功, 则执 行步骤 208; 步骤 207、 发送方终端显示发送短信失败的短信状态 告; 步骤 208、 发送方终端显示发送短信成功的短信状态 告; 本步骤中, 终端 101显示接收到的短信状态报告, 根据步骤 201的设置 结果, 在短信状态报告中显示发送短信所消耗的时间, 或显示发送短信及短 信送达接收方的时间。 可选的, 还可以在终端上设置多个时长区间, 各时长区间对应一个提示 信息, 如发送及时, 发送稍许延迟, 以及发送延迟等, 在接收到短信状态报 话后, 根据接收时间和送达时间计算发送短信消耗的时长, 确定该时长所属 的时长区间, 并显示该区间对应的提示信息。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种短信中心, 其结构如图 3所示, 包括: 短信转发模块 301 , 其设置为: 接收终端发送的短信, 记录接收时间并 向该短信的目标短信中心转发该短信; 回执信号接收模块 302 , 其设置为: 接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示 发送成功的回执信号, 在所述回执信号中携带有短信的送达时间; 报告发送模块 303 , 其设置为: 向所述终端发送短信状态报告, 在所述 短信状态报告中携带所述短信的接收时间和送达时间。 进一步的, 所述回执信号接收模块 302还设置为: 接收所述目标短信中 心发送的指示发送失败的回执信号; 所述报告发送模块 303还设置为: 在所述回执信号接收模块接收到指示 发送失败的回执信号时, 向所述终端发送指示发送失败的短信状态报告。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种短信状态 告发送系统, 其结构如图 4所 示, 包括源短信中心 401和终端 402; 所述源短信中心 401设置为: 接收终端 402发送的短信, 记录接收时间 并向该短信的目标短信中心转发该短信, 接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示 发送成功的回执信号, 在所述回执信号中携带有短信的送达时间, 向所述终 端 402发送短信状态报告, 在所述短信状态报告中携带所述短信的接收时间 和送达时间。 进一步的, 所述终端 402设置为: 接收所述短信状态报告, 并根据所述 短信状态报告中的短信的接收时间和送达时间, 计算出短信发送所用时长, 判断短信发送所用时长对应的时长区间,并显示该时长区间对应的提示信息。 进一步的, 所述终端 402还设置为: 设置至少一个时长区间及各时长区 间对应的提示信息。
本发明的实施例提供的短信状态报告发送方法、 装置和系统, 在终端发 送短信时, 由终端所在的源短信中心接收终端发送的短信, 记录接收时间并 向该短信的目标短信中心转发该短信, 在此之后接收所述目标短信中心发送 的指示发送成功的回执信号, 在所述回执信号中携带有短信的送达时间, 然 后向所述终端发送短信状态报告, 在所述短信状态报告中携带所述短信的接 收时间和送达时间, 实现了将短信送达的具体实现通知给短信发送方, 解决 了无法通知短信发送方短信到达具体时间的问题, 提升了用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算 机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时, 包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。 另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以釆用硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块 的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在一个计算机可读 取存储介质中。 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。
工业实用性 本发明提供的短信状态报告发送方法、 装置和系统使得发送方不仅能够 了解短信发送的结果, 还可以在短信发送成功的情况下清楚的知道短信的送 达时间, 进而获取发送短信所消耗的时间, 终端还设定若干发送消耗时间提 示, 例如根据短信状态报告消息体中短信的发送时间和接收时间显示发送短 信消耗的时间判断使用哪个发送消耗时间提示, 使得更加人性化, 较好的丰 富了短信业务并增强了用户体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种短信状态 告发送方法, 该方法包括: 源短信中心接收终端发送的短信, 记录接收时间并向该短信的目标短信 中心转发该短信; 所述源短信中心接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示发送成功的回执信 号, 在所述回执信号中携带有短信的送达时间; 以及 所述源短信中心向所述终端发送短信状态报告, 在所述短信状态报告中 携带所述短信的接收时间和送达时间。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,源短信中心接收终端发送的短信, 记录接收时间并向该短信的目标短信中心转发该短信的步骤之前, 所述方法 还包括: 在所述终端设置至少一个时长区间及各时长区间对应的提示信息, 以根 据所述短信的接收时间和送达时间选择提示信息。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的方法,其中,该短信状态报告发送方法还包括: 所述终端接收所述短信状态报告; 根据所述短信状态报告中的短信的接收时间和送达时间, 计算出短信发 送所用时长; 以及 所述终端判断短信发送所用时长对应的时长区间, 并显示该时长区间对 应的提示信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其还包括: 所述源短信中心接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示发送失败的回执信 号, 向所述终端发送指示发送失败的短信状态报告。
5、 一种短信中心, 该短信中心包括: 短信转发模块, 其设置为: 接收终端发送的短信, 记录接收时间并向该 短信的目标短信中心转发该短信; 回执信号接收模块, 其设置为: 接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示发送 成功的回执信号, 在所述回执信号中携带有短信的送达时间; 以及 报告发送模块, 其设置为: 向所述终端发送短信状态报告, 在所述短信 状态报告中携带所述短信的接收时间和送达时间。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的短信中心, 其中, 所述回执信号接收模块还设置为: 接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示发 送失败的回执信号; 所述报告发送模块还设置为: 在所述回执信号接收模块接收到指示发送 失败的回执信号时, 向所述终端发送指示发送失败的短信状态 ^艮告。
7、 一种短信状态 ^艮告发送系统, 其包括源短信中心和终端; 所述源短信中心设置为: 接收终端发送的短信, 记录接收时间并向该短 信的目标短信中心转发该短信, 接收所述目标短信中心发送的指示发送成功 的回执信号, 在所述回执信号中携带有短信的送达时间, 向所述终端发送短 信状态报告, 在所述短信状态报告中携带所述短信的接收时间和送达时间。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的短信状态报告发送系统, 其中, 所述终端设置为: 接收所述短信状态报告, 并根据所述短信状态报告中 的短信的接收时间和送达时间, 计算出短信发送所用时长, 判断短信发送所 用时长对应的时长区间, 并显示该时长区间对应的提示信息。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的短信状态报告发送系统, 其中, 所述终端还设置为: 设置至少一个时长区间及各时长区间对应的提示信 息。
