由上可知现有技术在短消息发送的设置中, 仅有针对短消息接收状态报 告的设置, 发送端用户可以通过短消息接收状态报告获知短消息是否已经发 送到了接收端, 但是接收端用户是否已经阅读了该短消息就无从知晓了, 即 发送端用户无法获取该短消息在接收端的阅读状态, 如此对于需要时效性沟 通的事宜无法做出准确和及时的反馈, 沟通效率不高。 发明内容

针对现有技术在消息例如短消息的发送过程中, 仅有针对短消息接收状 态报告的设置, 发送端用户无法获知短消息在接收端的阅读状态的缺陷, 提 供一种解决方案即通过对于短消息阅读状态的反馈, 使得发送端用户能够及 时了解到该短消息是否已被阅读, 以提高沟通效率。

发送端上的消息应用客户端接收用户编辑的消息内容后, 按照规定的发 送协议封装成短消息, 该短消息中可以包括消息内容和接收端号码例如接收 端用户的手机号码,还可以包括发送端号码例如发送端用户的手机号等信息。

当然服务器还可以采取其他通知方式, 例如服务器在向发送端发送的反 馈消息中包括一消息状态码, 用于标识所述待阅读消息是否已被阅读。 该消 息状态码可以通过预先设定不同的值代表不同的含义, 例如为 " 1 "代表已被 阅读, "0"代表尚未被阅读。 服务器接收到接收端发送的响应消息后, 得知 短消息已经被阅读, 可以通过 IP网络发送反馈消息, 该反馈消息中不但包括 接收端号码和消息编号。 而且还包括上述的值为 " 1 "的消息状态码, 发送端 在接收到该反馈消息后, 便可以解析其中消息状态码的值获知该短消息已经 被阅读。
图 4为本发明实施例消息接收方法流程图, 如图 4所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 401、 接收发送端发送的待阅读消息, 所述待阅读消息中至少包括 消息内容、 接收端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
步骤 402、 所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 向服务器发送响应消息, 所述响 应消息包括所述接收端号码和所述消息编号, 以使得所述服务器向所述发送 端发送携带有所述接收端号码以及所述消息编号的反馈消息, 以供所述发送 端根据所述反馈消息将与所述接收端号码对应的会话列表中、 与所述消息编 号对应的消息的状态信息修改为已阅读。
接收端接收发送端通过上述的网元设备发送的待阅读消息例如短消息, 通过检测获知该短消息被阅读后, 可以通过 IP网络向服务器发送响应消息, 并携带接收端号码和消息编号, 以告知服务器发送端发送的目的号码为接收 端号码的、 编号为该消息编号的短消息已经被阅读了。 服务器接收到响应消 息后服务器和发送端的处理流程, 可以参照上述方法实施例进行, 此处不再 赘述。
本发明实施例提供的消息接收方法, 通过对于待阅读消息阅读状态的反 馈, 使得发送端用户能够及时了解到该短消息是否已被阅读, 以提高沟通效 率, 提升用户对待阅读消息阅读状态的感知。
在上述各方法实施例中, 消息编号的携带方式可以包括以下两种: 第一种携带方式为隐式携带方式即消息编号通过待阅读消息的消息头中 的空闲字段携带。 本发明实施例通过扩展短信规范中的用户数据头部 (User Data Header; 简称 UDH)头部, 增加发送消息的消息编号, 图 5为本发明实 施例 UDH头部携带消息编号的示意图。发送端给每个短消息的消息头结构中 自带一个消息编号, 使用短信规范中的 UDH标识符中的保留字段。 具体地, 在 IDEDLa 中填入消息编号的长度 0x2, 在 IEDa 中填入消息编号 (例如 000-255, 及 0x00〜0xFF)以标识不同的消息, 消息编号到例如 257用完之后 可以从 1开始循环。 在同一个会话中, 按照发送时间序对消息进行编号; 不 同会话中, 编号不互相干扰。 发送端需要保存所有会话的消息编号。
第二种携带方式为显式携带方式即消息编号设置在消息内容中, 并通过 预定符号将所述消息编号与消息内容中的文本内容进行划分。 区别于上述隐 式携带方式, 本实施例中的显式携带方式中, 通过在消息内容携带编码后的 消息编号, 消息编号在消息内容中是可见的。 例如在消息内容的尾部加预定 符号例如 "口"等等, 用以标识消息编号起始的特殊符号。一消息内容为 "您 好, 好久不见! 口001 " , 其中, "您好, 好久不见! "为用户手动编辑的内 容, "口001 "是客户端自动增加到尾部的内容。 预定符号 "口"后跟随三位 数字的消息编号 000-255, 标识不同的消息, 消息编号 255用完之后从 0开始 循环, 按照发送时间序对待阅读消息进行编号。
图 6为本发明短信发送方法实施例流程图, 如图 6所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 601、终端 A向运营商短信中心发送携带有消息编号" 001 "的短信, 该短信的接收方为终端 B;
终端 A发给终端 B的所有短信可以按照发送时间进行编号,从" 001 " 直 到 "257" , 满 257条时可以重新开始从 "001 "编号。 消息编号可以通过短 信的消息头中的空闲字段携带; 也可以设置在短信的短信内容中, 并通过预 定符号将消息编号与短信内容进行区分。
步骤 602、 运营商短信中心将短信发送给终端 B;
步骤 603、 接收方用户阅读该短信后, 由终端 B的短信应用客户端向服 务器返回一个响应消息, 携带有终端 B 的电话号码和该短信的消息编号 "001 " ;
本发明实施中, 服务器与终端 A和终端 B的交互通过 IP协议实现。 步骤 604、 服务器再将带了终端 B的电话号码以及消息编号的反馈消息 传给终端 A, 终端 A在会话列表中查找消息编号为 "001 "的短信, 并将该短 信标识为 "已阅读"并显示出来。
终端 A可以仅显示最近的时间段更新的短信状态,假定消息编号为" 001 " 的短信的状态是 "已阅读", 消息编号为 "002"的短信的状态是 "已发送", 那么在短信 "002"在被阅读后, 取消 "001 "短信的状态显示, 而仅显示短 信 "002"的状态即 "已阅读" , 如此类推。 当短信存在部分已读和部分未读 的时候, 在最新已读消息处显示 "已阅读" 。 在最后一条未阅读但已发送的 短信后显示 "已发送" 。
图 7为本发明消息发送装置一实施例结构示意图, 如图 7所示, 该消息 发送装置包括第一发送模块 71、 第一接收模块 72和处理模块 73, 其中, 第 一发送模块 71用于向接收端发送待阅读消息,所述待阅读消息中至少包括消 息内容、 接收端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号; 第一接收模 块 72用于接收服务器返回的反馈消息,所述反馈消息包括所述接收端号码以 及所述消息编号, 所述反馈消息是所述服务器在接收到所述接收端发送的、 携带有所述接收端号码和所述消息编号的响应消息后发送的, 所述响应消息 是所述接收端在确认所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 发送给所述服务器的; 处理 模块 73用于根据所述反馈消息, 将与所述接收端号码对应的会话列表中、与 所述消息编号对应的待阅读消息的状态修改为已阅读。
具体地, 第一发送模块 71接收用户编辑的消息内容后, 按照规定的发送 协议封装成短消息, 该短消息中可以包括消息内容和接收端号码例如接收端 用户的手机号码, 还可以包括发送端号码例如发送端用户的手机号等信息。 发送给接收端的每一个短消息均分配一个消息编号例如 "001 " 、 "002"等, 各消息编号可以以发送时间为序进行分配。第一发送模块 81将短消息发送给 网元设备, 网元设备接收到发送端发送的携带有消息编号的短消息后, 将该 短消息发送给接收端; 接收端的消息应用客户端通过检测获知用户阅读该短 消息后, 可以通过例如 IP网络向服务器发送响应消息。 服务器在接收到上述 响应消息后, 同样也可以通过 IP网络向发送端发送一携带有消息编号和接收 端号码的反馈消息。第一接收模块 72接收到该反馈消息获知短消息已经被阅 读后, 便可以通过处理模块 73将与该接收端号码对应的会话列表中、与该消 息编号对应的短消息的状态修改为已阅读。
上述装置实施例中, 所述消息编号可以通过待阅读消息的消息头中的空 闲字段携带; 所述消息编号也可以设置在消息内容中, 并通过预定符号将所 述消息编号与所述消息内容中的文本内容进行划分。
进一步地, 反馈消息还包括用于标识所述待阅读消息是否已被阅读的消 息状态码。
本装置实施例提供的消息发送装置可以执行上述方法实施例中接收端所 执行的处理步骤, 具体流程以及解释说明可以参见上述方法实施例, 此处不 再赘述。

具体地, 接收端接收到发送端发送的携带有消息编号的待阅读消息例如 短消息后, 阅读此短消息, 接收端检测获知该短消息被阅读后, 可以通过例 如 IP网络向服务器发送响应消息。 第二接收模块 81接收到该响应消息后, 第二发送模块 82可以通过 IP网络向发送端发送一反馈消息, 携带有接收端 号码和消息编号, 以表明发送端之前发送的目的号码为接收端号码的、 编号 为消息编号的短消息已经被阅读了。 所述发送端接收反馈消息获知短消息已 经被阅读后, 便可以将与该接收端号码对应的会话列表中、 与该消息编号对 应的短消息的状态修改为 "已阅读" 。
进一步地, 所述反馈消息还可以包括用于标识所述待阅读消息是否已被 阅读的消息状态码。

1、 一种消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向接收端发送待阅读消息, 所述待阅读消息中至少包括消息内容、 接收 端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
接收服务器返回的反馈消息, 所述反馈消息包括所述接收端号码以及所 述消息编号, 所述反馈消息是所述服务器在接收到所述接收端发送的、 携带 有所述接收端号码和所述消息编号的响应消息后发送的, 所述响应消息是所 述接收端在确认所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 发送给所述服务器的;
根据所述反馈消息, 将与所述接收端号码对应的会话列表中、 与所述消 息编号对应的待阅读消息的状态修改为已阅读。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述消息编号通过所述待 阅读消息的消息头中的空闲字段携带; 或, 所述消息编号设置在所述消息内 容中, 并通过预定符号将所述消息编号与所述消息内容中的文本内容进行划 分。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述反馈消息还包括 用于标识所述待阅读消息是否已被阅读的消息状态码。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述反馈消息和 所述响应消息是通过互联网协议 IP网络发送。
5、 一种消息阅读通知方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收接收端发送的、 携带有所述接收端号码和消息编号的响应消息, 所 述响应消息是所述接收端在确认发送端发给所述接收端的待阅读消息被阅读 后发送的; 所述待阅读消息至少包括消息内容、 所述接收端号码以及用于标 识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
向所述发送端发送反馈消息, 所述反馈消息包括所述接收端号码以及所 述消息编号, 以供所述发送端根据所述反馈消息将与所述接收端号码对应的 会话列表中、 与所述消息编号对应的消息的状态信息修改为已阅读。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述反馈消息还包括用于 标识所述待阅读消息是否已被阅读的消息状态码。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述响应消息和所述 反馈消息是通过互联网协议 IP网络发送的。
8、 一种消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收发送端发送的待阅读消息, 所述待阅读消息中至少包括消息内容、 接收端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 向服务器发送响应消息, 所述响应消息包括 所述接收端号码和所述消息编号, 以使得所述服务器向所述发送端发送携带 有所述接收端号码以及所述消息编号的反馈消息, 以供所述发送端根据所述 反馈消息将与所述接收端号码对应的会话列表中、 与所述消息编号对应的消 息的状态信息修改为已阅读。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述消息编号通过所述待 阅读消息的消息头中的空闲字段携带; 或, 所述消息编号设置在所述消息内 容中, 并通过预定符号将所述消息编号与所述消息内容中的文本内容进行划 分。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述响应消息是通 过互联网协议 IP网络发送的。
11、 一种消息发送装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一发送模块, 用于向接收端发送待阅读消息, 所述待阅读消息中至少 包括消息内容、 接收端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
第一接收模块, 用于接收服务器返回的反馈消息, 所述反馈消息包括所 述接收端号码以及所述消息编号, 所述反馈消息是所述服务器在接收到所述 接收端发送的、携带有所述接收端号码和所述消息编号的响应消息后发送的, 所述响应消息是所述接收端在确认所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 发送给所述服 务器的;
处理模块, 用于根据所述反馈消息, 将与所述接收端号码对应的会话列 表中、 与所述消息编号对应的待阅读消息的状态修改为已阅读。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消息编号通过所述 待阅读消息的消息头中的空闲字段携带; 或, 所述消息编号设置在所述消息 内容中, 并通过预定符号将所述消息编号与所述消息内容中的文本内容进行 划分。

第三接收模块, 用于接收发送端发送的待阅读消息, 所述待阅读消息中 至少包括消息内容、 接收端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号; 第三发送模块, 用于所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 向服务器发送响应消息, 所述响应消息包括所述接收端号码和所述消息编号, 以使得所述服务器向所 述发送端发送携带有所述接收端号码以及所述消息编号的反馈消息, 以供所 述发送端根据所述反馈消息将与所述接收端号码对应的会话列表中、 与所述 消息编号对应的消息的状态信息修改为已阅读。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消息编号通过所述 待阅读消息的消息头中的空闲字段携带; 或, 所述消息编号设置在所述消息 内容中, 并通过预定符号将所述消息编号与所述消息内容中的文本内容进行 划分。
18、 一种网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 11-13任一所述的消 息发送装置、 如权利要求 14或 15所述的服务器, 以及如权利要求 16或 17 所述的消息接收装置。
19、 一种消息发送装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送器, 用于向接收端发送待阅读消息, 所述待阅读消息中至少包括消 息内容、 接收端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
接收器, 用于接收服务器返回的反馈消息, 所述反馈消息包括所述接收 端号码以及所述消息编号, 所述反馈消息是所述服务器在接收到所述接收端 发送的、 携带有所述接收端号码和所述消息编号的响应消息后发送的, 所述 响应消息是所述接收端在确认所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 发送给所述服务器 的;
处理器, 与所述接收器连接, 用于根据所述反馈消息, 将与所述接收端 号码对应的会话列表中、 与所述消息编号对应的待阅读消息的状态修改为已 阅读。
20、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收接收端发送的、 携带有所述接收端号码和消息编号的 响应消息, 所述响应消息是所述接收端在确认发送端发给所述接收端的待阅 读消息被阅读后发送的; 所述待阅读消息至少包括消息内容、 所述接收端号 码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
发送器, 用于向所述发送端反馈消息, 所述反馈消息包括所述接收端号 码以及所述消息编号, 以供所述发送端根据所述反馈消息将与所述接收端号 码对应的会话列表中、与所述消息编号对应的消息的状态信息修改为已阅读。
21、 一种消息接收装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收发送端发送的待阅读消息, 所述待阅读消息中至少包 括消息内容、 接收端号码以及用于标识所述待阅读消息的消息编号;
发送器, 用于所述待阅读消息被阅读后, 向服务器发送响应消息, 所述 响应消息包括所述接收端号码和所述消息编号, 以使得所述服务器向所述发 送端发送携带有所述接收端号码以及所述消息编号的反馈消息, 以供所述发 送端根据所述反馈消息将与所述接收端号码对应的会话列表中、 与所述消息 编号对应的消息的状态信息修改为已阅读。
22、 一种网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 19所述的消息发送装 置、如权利要求 20所述的服务器, 以及如权利要求 21所述的消息接收装置。
