Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of implantology in stomatology, and in particular to the design of a surgical instrument for oral implant surgery.
- the maxillary sinus lift surgery system is developed with the development of oral implant technology and is the most important surgical instrument in the field of maxillary sinus implant surgery.
- Switzerland Noble Biocare has designed a straight maxillary sinus lift surgery system. Dentsply of the United States subsequently improved the design of the elbow maxillary sinus lift surgery system to better adapt to the position of the posterior maxillary sinus.
- Keler has designed a system with a stop to prevent maxillary sinus penetrating from accidents. This system greatly improves the safety of maxillary sinus surgery, but it does not completely avoid the occurrence of maxillary sinus membrane breakage, and it is impossible to accurately orient patients with small opening. Therefore, there is still a need to improve the safety performance and indications of surgical systems.
- the technical scheme employed by the present invention is as follows.
- a maxillary sinus lifting operation system comprising a lifting rod with a curved portion of the body, wherein a spacing ring step is arranged below the head of the lifting rod, and an elastic holding stop ring is arranged on the annular step .
- the interval of the spacing is 2 mm
- the elastic holding stop ring has an internal thread structure, and the elastic phase-to-phase structure is adjusted by the tolerance between the threads.
- the head of the lifting rod is in the shape of an arc-shaped bullet.
- the bending span of the body of the lifting rod is not less than 17 mm.
- the bottom of the lifting rod is provided with a plastic base, and the base and the lifting rod are mechanically combined with an inverted concave shape.
- the lifting rod has a diameter ranging from 2.0 mm to 5.5 mm.
- the invention provides a maxillary sinus lifting surgery system, which comprises a lifting rod with a large span curved portion in the body, a spaced annular step platform under the head of the lifting rod, and an elastic hug on the annular step platform. Stop the ring.
- This system can make the maxillary sinus lift surgery safer and can easily reach the position of the maxillary second molar. It can also be used for patients with small opening. This system expands the range of clinical indications for implant application.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a maxillary sinus lift surgery system in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a head portion of a maxillary sinus lift surgery system in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a head portion of a maxillary sinus lift surgery system in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
- a maxillary sinus lifting surgery system in the embodiment of the present invention is composed of a lifting rod 1 and a stopping ring 2 .
- the lifting rod 1 is composed of a head portion 11, a body portion 12 and a bottom portion 13.
- the head portion 11 has a circular arc-shaped bullet shape, and the lower side of the head portion 11 is provided with a ring-shaped step 14 of 2 mm intervals. 14 has a stop ring 2 on the top.
- the connecting portion of the head 11 and the body 12 is a curved portion which is bent The span of the curve is not less than 17 mm.
- the bottom portion 13 is provided with a plastic base 15 which is mechanically combined with the bottom portion 13 by an inverted concave type.
- the stop ring 2 consists of an internal clamp screw that is attached to the outside of the lifter head 11 and can be adjusted by the tolerance between the threads, each 2 mm as a stop interval. Precise adjustment can be made in each stop gap, which is controlled by the tightness of the screw. When the screw is rotated, the precision is generally controlled within the range of 45-60 degrees, that is, the adjustment height range of 0.2mm or less can be achieved.
- the surgical procedure of the maxillary sinus lifting device is: 1) cutting the gums and determining the planting point; 2) planting the ball drill to remove the cortical bone, 2mm reaming drill deep into the bone, reaching 3 ⁇ 4mm from the bottom of the maxillary sinus; 3)
- the maxillary sinus lift surgery system can be used to gently ream the hole, from 2.0mm diameter to 4.0mm, but does not penetrate the maxillary sinus floor wall; 4)
- Microstep maxillary sinus lift surgical instrument system using microstep stop The system can perform step-by-step stop in the minimum 0.2mm range, gently fine-tune the top sinus membrane, so as to keep the sinus membrane intact and not to be worn out; 5) Fill the corresponding amount of bone powder according to the lifting height, and then expand the diameter to 4.0. ⁇ 5.5mm, continue to increase the height to the length of the surgically designed dental implant.
