- the precision device for the placement of dental implants consists of a surgical precision guide for the positioning of the implants, comprising a dental implant carrier (1) with a screw pitch exactly identical to the screw pitch of the dental implant (2) to be placed and a guide/matrix (3) , also threaded with a screw pitch identical to that of the implant (2) , in such a way that the contact surface or area between the two pieces is as small as possible, therefore allowing enough precision so that this guidance system permits the placement of a final restoration, of ceramic or metal ceramic material, immediately after surgery and meeting the adjustment and accuracy levels known in the conventional techniques.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de précision pour la mise en place d'implants dentaires, constitué d'un guide de précision chirurgical pour le placement d'implants dentaires, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un porte-implant dentaire (1) ayant un pas de vis exactement identique à celui de l'implant dentaire (2) à mettre en place, et un guide/matrice (3), également fileté avec un pas de vis identique à celui de l'implant dentaire; dans ce guide de précision chirurgical, seul le filet (4) du porte-implant dentaire (1) entre en contact avec le filet du guide (3) du porte-implant afin de créer une zone ou surface de contact minimale entre les deux pièces, de sorte que la précision de ce système de guidage est suffisante pour permettre la mise en place de la restauration finale, dans un matériau de céramique ou métallo-céramique, immédiatement après une intervention chirurgicale et satisfaisant les niveaux d'ajustement connus dans les techniques classiques.
