如图 1所示, 为一种公知的换气扇 10的安装支架组合 100, 包括第一 支架 110、 第二支架 120和固定于换气扇本体侧面的支架固定部件 130, 上述第一支架 110的第一端 (图中未示) 和第二支架 120的第一端 (图中 未示)分别从上述支架固定部件 130的两个端部插入并连接在一起, 上述 第一支架 110的第二端 112和第二支架 120的第二端 122固定在木梁 200 上; 为对应木梁 200之间的不同距离, 第一支架 110和第二支架 120之间 为可以调整长度的结构; 通过上述安装支架, 可以将换气扇 10安装在两 条木粱 200的中间或使用者希望的位置。 发明内容
为了把较重的换气扇机体安全地固定于天花板的木梁的任意位置上, 一种能充分确保稳固性, 且操作简单的安装支架为人们所期盼。
本发明为解决上述的问题, 特提供一种操作简单、 安装方便的换气扇 安装支架组合。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供的换气扇安装支架组合由第一支架、 第 二支架和支架固定部件组成, 所述的第一支架设 U形沟槽, 一端设有折成 L字形的第一支撑脚; 所述的第二支架设 U形沟槽, 一端设有折成 L字形 的第二支撑脚, 该第二支撑脚的根部两侧设置有凹槽; 所述的第二支架嵌 合在所述第一支架的 U形沟槽中, 并能够在所述的第一支架的 U形沟槽中 滑动而调节支架组合的长度; 所述的支架固定部件, 具有 C形沟槽; 组合 在一起的第一支架与第二支架从所述支架固定部件的 C 形沟槽的一侧嵌 合、 插入所述固定部件的 C形沟槽中, 并能够在所述的 C形沟槽中滑动; 支架固定部件通过 C形沟槽与第一支架相卡合, 把组合在一起的第一支架 与第二支架固定于换气扇机体上。
所述的第一支架的 U形沟槽设有作为表、里的凸面和凹面, 设有从凸 面穿过凹面的水平方向的长开孔;所述的第二支架的 u形沟槽的凸面的宽 度比第一支架的 U形沟槽的凹面的宽度窄, 在第二支架的 U形沟槽的凸 面上设开孔; 第二支架的 U形沟槽的凸面第与一支架的 u形沟槽的凹面 重叠, 通过螺丝从第一支架的长开孔穿过第二支架的开孔连接第一支架与 第二支架。
所述的第一支架上的长开孔为复数个; 所述的第二支架上的幵孔为复 数个; 设于所述第一支架中至少有两个长开孔之间的间隔比上述设于第二 支架任意两幵孔之间的间隔更窄。
所述的第一支架的第一支撑脚的一侧和所述的第二支架的第二支撑 脚的一侧都设突缘部, 在其上设开孔。
所述的支架固定部件从垂直方向向水平方向弯曲形成的水平方向的 两个端面遮盖第一支架的一部分, 与第一支架相卡合。
所述的支架固定部件是水平方向连接的 c形沟槽, 向两端开口的接脚 穿过所述的第二支架两侧设置的凹槽, 与第一支架相卡合。
所述的支架固定部件, 其沟槽的两端为向外扩张的喇叭结构。
所述的支架固定部件的底面为凹下面结构。
所述的支架固定部件的底面的两端设有向底面所设的凹下面结构的 凹陷方向倾斜的桥状结构, 该桥状结构的两端比上述凹下面结构更向换气 扇机体侧突出设置。
所述的支架固定部件的底面设有两个中部大, 两端狭长的狭缝结构开 孔, 上述两个开孔为水平方向设置, 各自向外侧下方倾斜, 互相呈不同方 向, 与支架固定部件的底部形成倾斜结构; 用螺丝穿过中部大的幵孔与换 气扇机体上的开孔, 将固定部件固定在换气扇机体上。
所述的支架固定部件的底面设有两个中部大, 两端狭长的狭缝结构开 孔, 上述两个开孔为水平方向设置, 各自向外侧下方倾斜, 互相呈不同方 向, 与支架固定部件的底部形成倾斜结构; 在换气扇机体处设置突出的片 部, 该片部穿过上述固定部件的狭缝结构和中部大孔所形成的长条状开 孔, 从而通过铆接的方法将固定部件固定在换气扇机体上。 所述的支架固定部件使 C形沟槽的外底面与换气扇机体的侧面接触的 同时, 固定部件靠近换气扇机体侧面的一端固定设置。
所述的支架固定部件偏离换气扇机体侧面的中心, 靠外侧被固定, 安 装在换气扇机体相对的侧面的对角端设置。
本发明的优点在于, 稳固性高、 操作简单、 安装方便且能满足使用者 的安装需要。 附图说明

如图 2所示, 为本发明的第一支架、 第二支架和支架固定部件的分解 示意图。 本发明的换气扇安装支架组合 1000, 由第一支架 1100、 第二支 架 1200和支架固定部件 1300组成。
第一支架 1100设有第一 U形沟槽 1110,第一支架 1100的一端设有折 成 L字形的第一支撑脚 1120。 第二支架 1200设有第二 U形沟槽 1210, 第 二支架 1200的一端设有折成 L字形的第二支撑脚 1220。 第一支架 1100 的 U形沟槽 1110设有作为表、里的凸面 1114和凹面 1115,第二支架 1200 的第二 ϋ形沟槽 1210的凸面 1214与第一支架 1100的第一 U形沟槽 1110 的凹面 1115相比,宽度较窄。第二支架 1200可以从没有设第二支撑脚 1220 的一侧的端部插入第一支架 1100的第一 U形沟槽 1110 中, 即第一支架 1100的凹面 1115内侧与第二支架 1200的凸面 1214外侧相互嵌合。而且, 第二支架 1200能够在第一支架 1100的第一 U形沟槽 1110中滑动, 可水 平方向调节第二支架 1200从第一支架 1100第一 U形沟槽 1110中伸出的 长度, 即调节支架组合 1000的长度。 设有从第一支架 1100的第一 U形沟槽 1110的凸面 1114侧穿过凹面 1115侧的水平方向形成的第一长开孔 1111、 第二长开孔 1112、 第三长开 孔 1113。 像这样分幵设置第一长开孔 1111、 第二长开孔 1112、 第三长开 孔 1113是为确保第一支架 1100的强度。 也就是说, 如果形成一个横跨整 个水平方向的长开孔的话, 第一支架 1100 的强度会变弱。 还在第二支架 1200的凸面 1214上设第一幵孔 1211、第二幵孔 1212。在根据实际需要调 节支架组合 1000的长度后,利用螺丝从第一支架 1100的第一长幵孔 1111、 第二长幵孔 1112、第三长开孔 1113中的一个穿过第二支架 1200的第一开 孔 1211、 第二开孔 1212连接第一支架 1100与第二支架 1200, 将确定好 长度的支架组合 1000予以固定。
支架固定部件 1300设有 C形沟槽 1310, 该 C形沟槽 1310将上下两 端从垂直方向向水平方向弯曲形成的水平方向的两个端面遮盖第一支架 凸面的一部分, 与第一支架相卡合。 而且, 所述的 C形沟槽 1310是水平 方向连接的, 分别形成向两端幵口的接脚 1311、 1312ο
该 C形沟槽 1310的两端的两个接脚 1311、 1312为向外扩张的喇叭结 构。在第一支架 UQQ和第二支架 1200组合后安装支架固定部件 1300时, 支架固定部件 1300—端的两个接脚 1311和 1312可以穿过第二支架 1200 的第二支撑脚 1220根部两侧设置的凹槽 1221和凹槽 1222,使组合在一起 的第一支架 1100与第二支架 1200嵌合、 插入固定部件的 C形沟槽 1310 内, 并能够在 C形沟槽 1310中滑动。 支架固定部件 1300将上下两端从垂 直方向向水平方向弯曲形成水平方向的端面 1321和 1322, 遮盖第一支架 1100凸面 1114的一部分,与第一支架 1100相卡合。即通过 C形沟槽 1310, 支架固定部件 1300与第一支架 1100相卡合, 能把组合在一起的第一支架 1100与第二支架 1200固定于换气扇机体 1上。
如图 3所示, 为本发明安装换气扇的示意图。 安装换气扇至木梁 200 时, 首先把支架固定部件 1300固定在换气扇机体 1侧面的一端, 比如如 图 3所示固定于左端, 再从换气扇机体 1的左侧把组合为一体的第一支架 1100和第二支架 1200从第二支架 1200的第二支撑脚 1220的端部插入支 架固定部件 1300的 C形沟槽 1310内。本发明中图 3所示的机体 1侧面的 左端是指平视换气扇时面对的机体的侧面左端 。 由于第二支架 1200的 L 字形第二支撑脚 1220设有凹槽 1221和 1222,因此可以使组合在一起的第 一支架 1100和第二支架 1200从第二支架 1200的第二支撑脚 1220侧插入 支架固定部件 1300的 C形沟槽 1310中, 顺利地穿过支架固定部件 1300 的 C形沟槽 1310内。 同时, 由于支架固定部件 1300的 C形沟槽 1310两 端的两个接脚 1311、 1312为微张的喇叭结构,因此可以确保第一支架 1100 可以顺畅地在支架固定部件 1300中滑动。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 第一支架 1100、 第二支架 1200和支架固定部件 1300的宽度关系为: (支架固定部件 1300的 C形沟槽 1310的内宽度) > (第一支架 1100的凸面 1114的宽度) > (第一支架 1100的凹面 1115的 宽度) > (第二支架 1200的凸面 1214的宽度),
当支架固定部件 1300与第二支架 1200相卡合时, 第二支架 1200与支 架固定部件 1300之间在 C形沟槽 1310内会出现较大的间隙, 导致稳固性 变差, 因此支架固定部件 1300必须正确地卡合在第一支架 1100上。 本实 施例中, 因为支架固定部件 1300固定于换气扇机体 1的左侧, 为避免换 气扇机体 1的妨碍, 把组合为一体的第一支架 1100与第二支架 1200从换 气扇机体 1的左侧插入支架固定部件 1300中比较容易操作。 这时, 因为 只把第二支架 1200的第二支撑脚 1220的根部设置为凹入的形状, 即形成 凹槽 1221和 1222, 以第二支架 1200的第二支撑脚 1220为右插入支架固 定部件 1300内就不会弄错插入方向, 以第一支架 1100为左地把第一支架 1100卡合于与固定于换气扇机体 1左端的支架固定部件 1300内。 也就是 说, 由于把第一支架 1100与第二支架 1200组合在一起后再插入支架固定 部件 1300,所以不需要从各支架不设支撑脚的一端分别插入支架固定部件 1300。 而且, 如果像现有技术一样, 分别插入固定的话, 可能会弄错各支 架的左右配置, 而本发明通过预先把两支架组合在一起, 可以引导正确的 设置方向。
而且, 可以用螺丝穿过第一支架 1100的第一长幵孔 1111、第二长开孔 1112、第三长开孔 1113的中的任意一个长幵孔与第二支架 1200的第一开 孔 1211和第二开孔 1212, 螺丝可在第一条支架 1100的第一长开孔 1111、 第二长幵孔 1112、第三长开孔 1113的中的任意一个长幵孔内滑动,从而达 到两条支架贴合后,在规定的距离内伸缩滑动, 当滑动到适当的安装位置 后, 通过拧紧螺丝来连接第一支架 1100和第二支架 1200, 再通过设在两 支架相对一端的 L字形第一支撑脚 1120和第二支撑脚 1220将换气扇固定 在悬梁 200上。
在本实施例中, 第一支架 1100 具有第一长幵孔 1111、 第二长幵孔 1112、 第三长开孔 1113 复数个长开孔, 第二支架 1200具有复数个开孔 1211、 1212, 因此可以用两个螺丝穿过第一支架 1100的第一长开孔 1111、 第二长开孔 1112、第三长幵孔 1113中的任意一个长开孔和第二支架 1200 的幵孔 1211、 1212, 螺丝在第一支架 1100的第一长开孔 1111、 第二长幵 孔 1112、 第三长开孔 1113中的任意一个长开孔内滑动。 这样的话, 两支 架相互贴合, 并能在一定距离内伸缩滑动, 当滑动到适当的安装位置后, 通过拧紧螺丝来连接第一支架 1100和第二支架 1200。 因为设有第一长开 孔 1111、 第二长幵孔 1112、 第三长开孔 1113复数个长开孔, 所以可以扩 大滑动范围。 而设于上述第一支架 1100 的上述复数长开孔之间最少有一 处的间隔比上述设于第二支架 1200任意两开孔 1211、 1212之间的间隔更 窄,比如如图 2所示,第一支架 1100的第三长开孔 1113和第二长开孔 1112 的间隔比第二支架 1200的第一开孔 1211和第二开孔 1212之间的间隔更 窄,因此可以跨两个长开孔即第三长开孔 1113和第二长开孔 1112拧螺丝, 由此提高换气扇的安装灵活性。
另外, 在可以确保连接强度的情况下, 用上述螺丝固定一处也可以。 此时, 根据长开孔的之间的间隔, 即使一方的螺丝开孔被堵住了, 另一方 的螺丝孔不会被堵住, 可以用螺丝在较大范围内固定。
也就是说, 为确保最大的调节范围和强度, 增加螺丝的个数, 螺丝孔 与螺丝的个数相比, 最好是多设一个。
在本实施状态中, 以两个螺丝固定的实施方式进行了说明, 为扩大支 架的调节范围, 可以设置 3个螺 孔。
请参看图 2、图 4和图 5,如图 5所示,支架固定部件 1300的底面 1320 为凹下面结构。 支架固定部件 1300的底面 1320还设有两个中部大, 两端 狭长的狭缝结构开孔 1323和 1324, 上述两狭缝结构开孔 1323和 1324为 水平方向设置, 狭缝结构各自向外侧下方倾斜, 互相呈不同方向, 与支架 固定部件 1300的底面 1320形成倾斜结构。 图 4是本发明中的换气扇机体安装前, 支架固定部件与换气扇的固定 结构示意图。 如图 4所示, 在本实施例中, 在换气扇机体 1处设置突出的 片部 2,该片部 2穿过上述支架固定部件 1300的狭缝结构和中部大孔所形 成的长条状幵孔.1323和 1324, 从而通过铆接的方法将支架固定部件 1300 固定在换气扇机体 1上。 支架固定部件 1300上的开孔 1323和 1324为各 自向外侧下方倾斜的结构,因为互相向不同方向倾斜,所以相比垂直结构, 可以防止由于重力的原因, 导致换气扇机体 1下滑的情况; 倾斜结构与突 出的片部 2相接形成的负荷支持面积为以长条形状幵孔 1323和 1324为对 角线的正方形面积, 与狭缝结构为水平排列的水平结构或狭缝结构为垂直 排列的垂直结构相比, 由于倾斜结构负荷支持面积的面积比水平结构的 大, 所以固定的力度也大。
如果不采用片部, 也可以通过螺丝穿过中部大的开孔与换气扇机体上 的开孔, 将支架固定部件 1300固定在换气扇机体 1上。 安装完成后, 支 架固定部件 1300的 C形沟槽 1310的外底面与换气扇机体 1的侧面接触, 支架固定部件 1300靠近换气扇机体 1侧面的一端固定设置, 本实施例中 如图所示, 固定于左端。 支架固定部件 1300 固定于换气扇上偏离中心的 外侧, 于换气扇机体相对的侧面的对角端设置。 因为支架固定部件 1300 于换气扇机体 1相对的侧面的对角端设置, 当换气扇机体的重心向左右偏 移的时候, 把两组支架固定部件 1300成对角线设置, 与把支架固定部件 设置于换气扇机体 1的两个相对侧面的中央相比,更容易抓住重心,因此, 比起把支架固定部件 1300设置于中央, 即使把支架固定部件 1300设置得 更短也可以确保其稳固性。
另外, 由于支架固定部件 1300的底面 1320为凹下面结构。 因此可防 止当从 C 形沟槽 1310 底面侧向换气扇机体侧面用螺丝把支架固定部件 1300固定在换气扇机体 1侧面时, 螺丝扣与用于把第一支架 1100和第二 支架 1200 组合在一起的螺丝尖端相干涉而不能插入或滑动第一支架 1100。 而且可以增加支架固定部件 1300的强度, 防止变形的发生。
再如图 5所示, 还在底面 1320的两端设有向凹下面结构 1324的凹陷 方向倾斜的桥状结构 1325, 该桥状结构 1325的两端 1321和 1322比上述 凹下面结构 1324更向换气扇机体 1侧突出设置。桥状结构的两端 1321和 1322折回设平面部 1323。 因为该平面部 1323比凹下面结构 1324更突出, 当用螺丝等把支架固定部件 1300固定于换气扇机体 1侧面时, 桥状结构 1325的两端的平面部 1323最先和换气扇侧面接触。 然后随着从支架固定 部件 1300的 C形沟槽 1310的底面 1320侧拧螺丝以把支架固定部件 1300 固定在换气扇侧面,支架固定部件 1300的凹下面结构 1324的外底面靠近、 压悍至由软金属板制成的换气扇侧面。 结果支架固定部件 1300 的凹下面 结构 1324、 桥状结构 1325的两端 1321和 1322这三点被固定于换气扇机 体侧面, 可以提高稳定性。 因此, 即使支架固定部件 1300 比先有技术的 固定部件的长度短, 也可以确保其稳定性。
再如图 2所示, 本发明还在第一支架 1100的一侧设突缘部 1123, 在 其上设两个开孔 1124; 在第二支架 1200的一侧设突缘部 1223, 在其上 设两个开孔 1224。 由于从第一支架 1100的支撑脚 1120的中央开孔 1125 和第二支架 1200 的支撑脚 1220 的中央开孔 1225 向一侧延伸设突缘部 1123和 1223,并在其上设更小的两个幵孔 1124和 1224。通过把第一支撑 脚 1120和第二支撑脚 1220在三处地方固定, 提高支架的稳固性。
这时突缘部的正确设置朝向是向上设置。 这样的话, 下列两种情况均 可安装换气扇机体: 1、 如先安装天花板再安装换气扇的话, 只通过上述 突缘部的螺丝孔把支架固定于木梁上 (天花板不受力); 2、 先安装换气扇 的话, 只通过支撑脚上的螺丝孔或通过上述三处地方把支架固定于木梁 上。
把合并在一起的第一支架 1100和第二支架 1200从支架固定部件 1300 的 C形沟槽 1310的一端插入支架固定部件 1300时, 突缘部 1123的朝向 还起引导作用, 可以很容易地以正确的设置方向插入。 提高了支架固定部 件的稳固性和施工性。

Claims

1、 一种换气扇安装支架组合, 由第一支架、 第二支架和支架固定部 件组成, 其特征在于:
所述的第一支架设 U形沟槽, 一端设有折成 L字形的第一支撑脚; 所述的第二支架设 U形沟槽, 一端设有折成 L字形的第二支撑脚, 该 第二支撑脚的根部两侧设置有凹槽; 所述的第二支架嵌合在所述第一支架 权
的 U形沟槽中, 并能够在所述的第一支架的 U形沟槽中滑动而调节支架组 合的长度;
所述的支架固定部件, 具有 C形沟槽;
组合在一起的第一支架与第二支架从所述支架固定部件的 C形沟槽的 求
一侧嵌合、 插入所述固定部件的 C形沟槽中, 并能够在所述的 C形沟槽中 滑动;
支架固定部件通过 C形沟槽与第一支架相卡合, 把组合在一起的第一 支架与第二支架固定于换气扇机体上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述的第一支架的 U形沟槽设有作为表、 里的凸面和凹面, 设有从凸 面穿过凹面的水平方向的长开孔;
所述的第二支架的 U形沟槽的凸面的宽度比第一支架的 U形沟槽的凹 面的宽度窄, 在第二支架的 U形沟槽的凸面上设开孔;
第二支架的 U形沟槽的凸面与第一支架的 U形沟槽的凹面重叠, 通过螺丝从第一支架的长开孔穿过第二支架的开孔连接第一支架与 第二支架。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于- 所述的第一支架上的长开孔为复数个;
所述的第二支架上的开孔为复数个;
设于所述第一支架中至少有两个长开孔之间的间隔比上述设于第二 支架任意两开孔之间的间隔更窄。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述 的第一支架的第一支撑脚的一侧和所述的第二支架的第二支撑脚的一侧 都设突缘部, 在其上设开孔。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于:所述的 支架固定部件从垂直方向向水平方向弯曲形成的水平方向的两个端面遮 盖第一支架凸面的一部分, 与第一支架相卡合。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于:所述的 支架固定部件是水平方向连接的 C形沟槽, 向两端开口的接脚穿过所述的 第二支架支撑脚两侧设置的凹槽, 与第一支架相卡合。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述 的支架固定部件, 其沟槽的两端为向外扩张的喇叭结构。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述 的支架固定部件的底面为凹下面结构。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述 的支架固定部件的底面的两端设有向底面所设的凹下面结构的凹陷方向 倾斜的桥状结构, 该桥状结构的两端比上述凹下面结构更向换气扇机体侧 突出设置。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述的支架固定部件的底面设有两个中部大, 两端狭长的狭缝结构开 孔, 上述两个开孔为水平方向设置, 各自向外侧下方倾斜, 互相呈不同方 向, 与支架固定部件的底部形成倾斜结构; 通过用螺丝穿过中部大的幵孔 与换气扇机体上的开孔, 将固定部件固定在换气扇机体上。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述的支架固定部件的底面设有两个中部大, 两端狭长的狭缝结构开 孔, 上述两个幵孔为水平方向设置, 各自向外侧下方倾斜, 互相呈不同方 向, 与支架固定部件的底部形成倾斜结构;
在换气扇机体处设置突出的片部, 该片部穿过上述固定部件的狭缝结 构和中部大孔所形成的长条状开孔, 从而通过铆接的方法将固定部件固定 在换气扇机体上。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述 的支架固定部件使 C形沟槽的外底面与换气扇机体的侧面接触的同时, 固 定部件靠近换气扇机体侧面的一端固定设置。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的换气扇安装支架组合, 其特征在于: 所述 的支架固定部件固定于偏离换气扇机体侧面的中心, 靠外侧被固定, 安装 在换气扇机体相对的侧面的对角端。
