Definitions

  • This report refers to a patent for a gym dumbbell and, more specifically, a dynamic dumbbell for individual use and supported by one of the athlete's hands for performing bodybuilding exercise.
  • the dumbbell is generally comprised of two weights with a cylindrical rod between them.
  • the user picks up the dumbbell by the rod, after choosing the most appropriate weight for the exercise, usually the gyms have shelves or frames to receive complete sets of dumbbells, with different weights.
