Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition of five plant ingredients in powder form to boost and enhance immune system. The composition is free-chemical compounds which are harmful to the body in the long run. The medicinal character of each plant ingredient brings the reputation of as an alternative synthetic supplements or drugs for living organism.

Description

A COMPOSITION TO BOOST AND ENHANCE IMMUNE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF
PREPARING THEREOF
FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention relates to a supplementary food compositions for human health, and method of preparation thereof.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Nowadays we often hear about diseases spread to public easily and quickly. The death toll because of one disease every time is tremendous. The spread Of one disease is caused by many factors; improper sanitation, bad industry handling practice, bad attitude of public, etc. Naturally, our body itself can fight against the disease. However, due to deterioration of the immune system because of uncountable dangerous substance taken into the body, the body cannot manage to fight against it. Most of them are synthetic; which not derived from natural. Knowing most of the supplements are drugs or synthetic, side effects of taking such intake are inevitable. This is due. to the chemical compositions of the product. Therefore, the need of a natural food supplement to boost and enhance immune system of one's body is there to replace the synthetic one.
From the above, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a composition comprising five main ingredients, said ingredients are: trigonella feonum-graecum, zingiber offcinale, allium sativum, cinnamomun zaylanicum, and nigella sativa. It is yet a further object of the present invention to provide a composition for boosting and enhancing immune system.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing and thus manufacturing a composition for use in boosting and enhancing immune system.
These and other objects of the present invention may become apparent upon referring to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
The present invention provides a natural food supplement for boosting and enhancing the immune system.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a food supplement having plant compositions for its ingredient.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a herbal composition comprising the steps of: cleaning the raw materials (301) , drying said cleansed raw materials
(302) , subjecting said raw materials to a first grinding process
(303) to obtain rough particles, subjecting said raw materials to a second grinding process (305) to obtain a superfine particles, subjecting said raw materials to a concentrator (310) to obtain a concentrated end-product; subjecting said materials to a second drying process (311); and subjecting said materials to a mixing process (306) . There is further disclosed a method for manufacturing a herbal composition for enhancing and boosting immune system comprising trigonella feonum-graecum; zingiber officinale; allium sativum, cinnamomun zeylanicum and nigella sativa, said method comprises the steps of: cleaning the raw materials (301), drying said cleansed raw materials (302) , subjecting said raw materials to a first grinding process (303) to obtain rough particles, subjecting said raw materials to a second grinding process (305) to obtain a superfine particles, subjecting said raw materials to a concentrator (310) to obtain a concentrated end-product; subjecting said materials to a second drying . process (311); subjecting said materials to a mixing process (306); and packaging said materials.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT In line with the above summary, the disclosed description and examples relates to a composition comprising herbal ingredients which is used for boosting and enhancing immune system and method of producing the said herbal composition. It shall be apparent however to one skilled in the art that the exemplifications are provided to better elucidate the embodiments of the present invention and therefore should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection .
There are five plant ingredients or plant types involved in the making of the composition of the present invention. These ingredients are trigonella feonum-graecum , zingiber officinale, allium sativum, cinnamomum zaylanicum, and nigella sativa. The ingredients are easily found as they are typically used for cooking.
Trigonella foenum-graecum is a plant in the family Fabacae. Trigonella foenum-graecum is used both as a herb (the leaves) ingredient and as a spice (the seed) . The method of preparing a herbal composition in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be explained in more detail below. It should be noted that the sequence of steps in preparing the composition may vary, however to achieve the object (s) or result as provided in the appended claims. PREFERRED METHOD OF PREPARATION
All the five ingredients, namely trigonella feonum-graecum, zingiber offcinale, allium sativum, cinnamomun zaylanicum, and nigella sativa are cleaned first before being dried. The drying process is vital in ensuring the composition of the present invention lasting long. In one embodiment, the ingredients are left under the sun for a certain period to dry. In other embodiment, the ingredients are dried by heating them on the pan, or else heating them using microwave oven. Aft^r the drying process, the ingredients are grinded to powder. The grinding process can be done using grinding machine or manually. However, it is preferable to grind using the grinding machine in order to obtain the finest form of powder. The ingredients are grinded to powder so that the mixture of the ingredients can be packed into a form which is suitable for oral administration. Such may include, but not limiting to, pills, or tablets, or capsule, or packed in sachets to be served as syrup powder or other forms of food supplementary ingredients.
In one preparation, each ingredient is present in certain range of percentage of total mass of the composition. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing or producing the herbal composition of the present invention.
FIG 2 shows the overall process flow of the preferred method of manufacturing the herbal composition of the present invention. The first step 301 is the cleansing of raw materials. The raw materials, comprising of trigonella feonum-graecum, zingiber officinale, allium sativum, cinnamomom zaylanicum and nigella sativa, are cleansed. Such process may be informed with various conventional ways, for instance, but not limiting to, by means of a wash basin. The raw materials are then subjected to a drying process which may be conducted by means of an oven dryer or a freeze dryer as seen in step 302 and step 302a. In the following step 303, the dried raw materials are subjected to a roughness grinder, which would result to reducing the dimension of the raw materials into rough particles. This can be considered as the first grinding process. The materials which are in the form of rough particles may be subjected to a plurality of processes, whereby these processes are; packing them into sachets as final product in step 304, subjecting said rough particles of raw materials to a superfine grinding process, which is the second grinding process; or subjecting said particles to an extracting process. In the event that the rough particles are subjected to a superfine grinding process in step 305, the fine particles obtained from this process are then subjected to a mixing process in step 306 prior to be packaged in tablet form by means of a tableting machine in step 307. The formed tablets are then provided as blister packages as shown in step 308.
In the event that the rough particles are subjected to extracting process in step 309, thus obtaining the extracts of plants. The extracted resultant are then subjected to a concentrator in step 310 then a secondary drying process in step 311. The concentrator therefore is configured to produce a highly concentrated end-product based on the raw materials of the present invention. The secondary drying process may be performed by means of a vacuum belt dryer or a spray dryer. From the drying process, the dried materials are subjected to the mixing process in step 306 and then formed into capsules or tablets.
From the above, it is understood that the composition may be provided in extracts form, based on the plant ingredients.
In another preferred embodiment, in the event that the concentrated product to a second mixing process of step 312, the composition may be subjected to several processes to obtain final product, whereby these processes are; production of soft gel in step 313 or bottling process as in step 314.
DOSAGE AND FORMULATION
Generally, the composition may be prepared in various suitable forms for direct or oral administration for providing the boosting and enhancing immune system effects.
The compositions of the invention include those suitable for oral, rectal, optical, parenteral (for example, subcutaneous, intramuscular, intradermal and intravenous) and transdermal administration. The most suitable route in any given case will depend on the nature and severity of the condition being treated and the state of the patient in need thereof.
Compositions suitable for oral administration may be presented in discrete units, such as capsules, sachets, lozenges, or tablets, each containing a pre-determined amount of the extract: as a powder or granules; as a solution or a suspension in an aqueous or nonaqueous liquid. In general, the compositions of the invention are prepared by uniformly and intimately admixing the extract with a liquid or finely divided solid carrier, or both, and then, if necessary, shaping the resulting mixture. For example, a tablet may be prepared by compressing or moulding a powder or granules containing the extract, optionally with one or more accessory ingredients.
Compressed tablets may be prepared with the method disclosed herein or, optionally mixed with a binder, lubricant, inert diluents, and/or surface active/dispersing agent (s) . Moulded tablets may be made by moulding, in a suitable machine, the powdered compound moistened with an inert liquid binder.
Although the invention has been described with reference to particular embodiment, it is to be understood that the embodiment is merely illustrative of the principles and applications of the present invention. It is therefore to be understood that numerous modifications may be made to the illustrative embodiment that other arrangements may be devised without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims

A composition to boost and enhance immune system comprising:
Trigonella feonum -graecum;
Zingiber officinale;
Allium sativum;
Cinnamomun zeylanicum; and
Nigella sativa
A composition comprising trigonela feonum-graceum, zingiber offiinale, allium sativum, cinnamon zeylanicum and nigella sativa for use in a method of boosting and enhancing immune system.
A composition as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the amount of trigonella feonum-graecum ranges from 5 to 15% by weight, the zingiber officinale ranges from 3 to 10% by weight, the allium sativum ranges from 30 to 60% by weight, the cinnamomum zeylanicum ranges from 3 to 10%, and the nigella sativa ranges from 40 to 65% by weight of the total mass of the composition.
The composition as claimed in Claims 1 to 3 wherein the composition is provided in a suitable form for oral administration. The composition as claimed in Claims 1 to 3 wherein composition is provided in solid dosage form.
The composition as claimed in Claims 1 to 3 wherein
composition is provided in liquid dosage form.
The composition as claimed in Claims 1 to 3 wherein the composition is provided in a pharmaceutically effective form.
The composition as claimed in Claims 1 to 3 wherein the composition is provided in nutraceutical form.
9. The composition as claimed in Claims. 1 to 3 wherein the
composition is provided in nutritional supplementary form.
10. The composition as claimed in Claim 1 the plants are
reduced into extracts form.
11. The composition as claimed in Claim 1 wherein the composition comprises extracts of:
Trlgonella feonum -graecum;
Zingiber officinale ;
Allium sativum;
Cinnamomun zeylanicum; and
Nigella sativa
12. A method for manufacturing a herbal composition for enhancing and boosting immune system comprising trigonella feonum-graecum; zingiber officinale; allium sativum, cinnamomun zeylanicum and nigella sativa as raw materials, said method comprises the steps of: cleaning the raw materials (301), drying said cleansed raw materials (302), subjecting said raw materials to a first grinding process (303) to obtain rough particles, subjecting said raw materials to a second grinding process (305) to obtain a superfine particles, subjecting said raw materials to a concentrator (310) to obtain a concentrated end-product; subjecting said materials to a second drying process (311); subjecting said materials to a mixing process (306); and packaging said materials.
13. A method as claimed in Claim 12 wherein said herbal composition is packaged into a form suitable for oral administration and as foods or drinks supplement.
14. A method as claimed in Claim 12 further comprising the steps of subjecting the composition to a second mixing process, wherein from the mixing process 312, the composition is subjected either to a soft gel production process 313 or bottling process 314.
15. A method as claimed in Claim 12 further comprising subjecting the composition from the previous steps to an extracting 309 process thus producing extracts of said plants.
10 . A composition as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the composition is packaged in a sachet.
Use of a composition comprising trigonela feonum- graceum, zingiber offiinale, allium sativum, cinnamon zeylanicum and nigella sativa in the preparation of a medicament for boosting and enhancing immune system, in a subject in need thereof.
A method for preparing a composition for boosting and enhancing immune system comprising the steps of: providing a combination of plants, said plants comprises of trigonela feonum-graceum, zingiber offiinale, allium sativum, cinnamon zeylanicum and nigella sativa;
drying said plants;
reducing each of said plants into powder form;
admixing the powder form of said plants thus forming a mixture.
The method as claimed in Claim 12 whereby the method further comprising the step of packaging the said composition.
A method for manufacturing a herbal composition comprising the steps of: cleaning the raw materials (301), drying said cleansed raw materials (302), subjecting said raw materials to a first grinding process (303) to obtain rough particles, subjecting said raw materials to a second grinding process (305) to obtain a superfine particles, subjecting said raw materials to a concentrator (310) to obtain a concentrated end-product; subjecting said materials to a second drying process (311); and subjecting said materials to a mixing process (306) .
A method as claimed in Claim 14 wherein said method further comprising the step of providing said composition in a capsule form.
A method as claimed in Claim 14 wherein said method further comprising the step of providing said composition in tablet form.
17. A method as claimed in Claim 14 wherein said method further comprising the step of packaging said composition into blister packaging.
