Abstract
El patín comprende una tabla (1) y un par de soportes (3), estando provisto cada soporte (3) de un par de ruedas (2), en el que cada soporte (3) es basculante vertical y horizontalmente respecto a dicha tabla (1). El acoplamiento entre dicha tabla (1) y cada uno de los soportes (3) se realiza preferiblemente mediante una rótula (7) solidaria a dicha tabla (1) que se aloja en el interior de una cavidad (4) prevista en dicho soporte (3). El patín es más fácil de manejar que los patines conocidos actualmente, ya que las ruedas pueden adaptarse fácilmente a trayectorias curvas y a irregularidades en el terreno.
Description
PATIN
La presente invención se refiere a un patín, cuyas ruedas son basculantes vertical y horizontalmente respecto a la tabla del patín.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Los patines conocidos actualmente son principalmente de dos tipos, con las ruedas en línea y dos ruedas delanteras y dos ruedas traseras.
Los patines con cuatro ruedas, dos delanteras y dos traseras presentan más estabilidad que los patines en línea y se utilizan tradicionalmente, por ejemplo en deportes como hockey sobre patines o patinaje artístico.
Los patines actuales comprenden una tabla en cuya parte inferior se fijan las ruedas. Para la colocación del patín por parte del usuario, el patín puede comprender una bota solidaria con dicha tabla o bien puede colocarse mediante cinchas y cierres.
El inconveniente principal de los patines conocidos actualmente es que sus ruedas no son basculantes, de manera que su manejo puede ser complicado, sobretodo para los principiantes y no se adapta a las irregulares del terreno sobre el que se patina .
Por lo tanto, es evidente la necesidad de un patín que sea más fácil de manejar, y además, que en su posición de transporte ocupe un espacio reducido.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Con el patín de la invención se consiguen resolver los inconvenientes citados, presentando otras
ventajas que se describirán.
El patín de la presente invención comprende una tabla y un par de soportes, estando provisto cada soporte de un par de ruedas, y se caracteriza por el hecho de que cada soporte es basculante vertical y horizontalmente respecto a dicha tabla.
Gracias a esta característica, el patín de la presente invención es más fácil de manejar que los patines conocidos actualmente, ya que las ruedas pueden adaptarse fácilmente a trayectorias curvas y a irregularidades en el terreno. Además, esta basculación también permite que el centro de gravedad del patín de la presente invención pueda ser más bajo, aumentando su estabilidad.
Ventajosamente, el acoplamiento entre dicha tabla y cada uno de los soportes se realiza mediante una rótula solidaria a dicha tabla que se aloja en el interior de una cavidad prevista en dicho soporte.
Además, dicha tabla comprende preferentemente un par de salientes, cada uno de los cuales se aloja en un orificio complementario previsto en cada uno de dichos soportes, para controlar el movimiento basculante de cada soporte respecto a la tabla.
Ventajosamente, la anchura de dichos orificios complementarios es mayor que la anchura de dichos salientes .
Preferentemente, dichos salientes se extienden hacia abajo perpendicularmente respecto a la superficie superior de dicha tabla.
Si se desea, dicha tabla puede comprender por lo menos una porción plegable. De esta manera, el patín de la presente invención puede transportarse cuando no se use en su posición plegada, ocupando un espacio reducido.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para mejor comprensión de cuanto se ha expuesto se acompañan unos dibujos en los que, esquemáticamente y tan sólo a titulo de ejemplo no limitativo, se representa un caso práctico de realización.
La figura 1 es una vista en perspectiva del patín de la presente invención, desde arriba;
La figura 2 es una vista en perspectiva del patín de la presente invención, desde abajo;
La figura 3 es una vista en planta de uno de los extremos del patín de la presente invención;
La figura 4 es una vista en sección a lo largo de la línea IV-IV indicada en la figura 3;
La figura 5 es una vista en sección a lo largo de la línea V-V indicada en la figura 4; y
La figura 6 es una vista en perspectiva del patín de la presente invención en su posición doblada.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA REALIZACIÓN PREFERIDA
Tal como se puede apreciar en las figuras, el patín de la presente invención comprende una tabla 1 provista de cuatro ruedas 2, dos ruedas delanteras y dos ruedas traseras.
Las ruedas 2 traseras y las ruedas 2 delanteras están unidas entre sí mediante un soporte 3, que a su vez está acoplado a dicha tabla 1.
El acoplamiento entre cada soporte 3 y la tabla 1 se realiza de manera que el soporte 3 pueda bascular horizontal y verticalmente .
En la realización representada, el acoplamiento entre la tabla 1 y los soportes 3 se realiza mediante una rótula 7 solidaria a dicha tabla 1 que se aloja en una
cavidad complementaria 4 prevista de dicho soporte 3.
Además, la tabla 1 también comprende en sus extremos un saliente 5, que se extiende hacia abajo en perpendicular respecto a la superficie superior de la tabla 1. Este saliente 5 se aloja en un orificio 6 presente en cada soporte 3.
Las dimensiones de dicho orificio 6 son mayores que las dimensiones definidas por la sección transversal de dicho saliente 5, tal como se puede apreciar en la figura 5. De esta manera, dicho saliente 5 puede deslizarse ligeramente en el interior de dicho orificio 6.
Debe indicarse que el movimiento de basculación de los soportes 3 respecto a la tabla 1 estará limitado por este movimiento del saliente 5 en el interior de dicho orificio 6. Asi, tal como se puede apreciar en la figura 5, el movimiento de basculación será reducido, pero suficiente para el objetivo pretendido por el patín de la presente invención.
La presencia de la rótula 7 permite que el soporte 3 pueda bascular libremente horizontal y verticalmente al mismo tiempo, de manera que las ruedas 2 del patín de la presente invención puedan estar giradas respecto a la tabla 1 del patín para tomar una curva, por ejemplo, y también inclinadas respecto a la tabla 1 del patín, por ejemplo para adaptarse a las irregularidades del terreno sobre el que se patina.
Este movimiento de basculación también permite bajar el centro de gravedad del patín, aumentando su estabilidad.
En la realización representada en las figuras el patín de la presente invención está formado por dos piezas articuladas entre sí, definiendo una porción plegable la, de manera que en su posición doblada (figura
6) , el patín de la presente invención ocupa un espacio reducido, facilitando su transporte.
Preferentemente, dicha porción plegable la está articulada respecto al resto de la tabla 1 mediante un eje de articulación transversal 8.
A pesar de que se ha hecho referencia a una realización concreta de la invención, es evidente para un experto en la materia que el patín descrito es susceptible de numerosas variaciones y modificaciones, y que todos los detalles mencionados pueden ser substituidos por otros técnicamente equivalentes, sin apartarse del ámbito de protección definido por las reivindicaciones adjuntas.
Por ejemplo, debe indicarse que se puede insertar un amortiguador elástico entre la rótula y la tabla para controlar la dureza y el recorrido de giro de las ruedas .
Claims
1. Patín, que comprende una tabla (1) y un par de soportes (3) , estando provisto cada soporte (3) de un par de ruedas (2) , caracterizado por el hecho de que cada soporte (3) es basculante vertical y horizontalmente respecto a dicha tabla (1).
2. Patín según la reivindicación 1, en el que el acoplamiento entre dicha tabla (1) y cada uno de los soportes (3) se realiza mediante una rótula (7) solidaria a dicha tabla (1) que se aloja en el interior de una cavidad (4) prevista en dicho soporte (3) .
3. Patín según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, en el que dicha tabla (1) comprende un par de salientes (5), cada uno de los cuales se aloja en un orificio complementario (6) previsto en cada uno de dichos soportes (3) .
4. Patín según la reivindicación 3, en el que la anchura de dichos orificios complementarios (6) es mayor que la anchura de dichos salientes (5) .
5. Patín según la reivindicación 3, en el que dichos salientes (5) se extienden hacia abajo perpendicularmente respecto a la superficie superior de dicha tabla ( 1 ) .
6. Patín según la reivindicación 1, en el que dicha tabla (1) comprende por lo menos una porción plegable ( la) .
