Abstract
L'invention concerne un carreau insonorisant qui comprend une plaque comportant des perforations et une région intérieure, la région intérieure comprenant une matière de remplissage et une barrière acoustique, et la matière de remplissage étant une matière de stockage de chaleur latente. Cette matière de remplissage peut être placée dans une ou plusieurs première(s) région(s) de la plaque, et les perforations peuvent être formées dans une ou plusieurs deuxième(s) région(s) de la plaque. La ou les première(s) région(s) peu(ven)t être séparée(s) de la ou des deuxième(s) région(s) par une barrière. La première région peut se situer autour d'une région périphérique de la plaque, et la deuxième région peut constituer une région centrale de la plaque. La ou les première(s) région(s) peu(ven)t constituer une ou plusieurs partie(s) de la plaque n'incluant par la ou les deuxième(s) région(s). La plaque peut comprendre une pluralité de parties ondulées, la matière de remplissage étant placée dans des espaces formés par la structure centrale ondulée et des perforations de la région de la plaque se situant entre les parties ondulées. La barrière acoustique peut être en contact avec la partie de la plaque comportant les perforations. La barrière acoustique peut être un matelas, un molleton ou un tapis acoustique. La matière de stockage de chaleur latente peut comprendre du ciment magnésien et une matière à changement de phase, le ciment magnésien étant formé à partir d'oxyde de magnésium, de chlorure de magnésium et d'eau. En particulier, le rapport molaire chlorure de magnésium/eau est supérieur ou égal à 1:17, ce qui correspond à un état de dissolution du chlorure de magnésium dans l'eau et permet d'obtenir une solution présentant une valeur de Baume inférieure ou égale à 26°, respectivement. Le rapport molaire chlorure de magnésium/oxyde de magnésium est compris dans la plage d'environ 1:1 à environ 1:5. La matière de stockage de chaleur latente peut comprendre en outre des matières de charge et/ou des agents intumescents, et/ou des liants secondaires. La matière de stockage de chaleur latente peut comprendre un liant de PFA et une matière à changement de phase, le liant incluant une poudre inerte sèche, du phosphogypse, un sel alcalin d'un métal quelconque et de l'eau. Cette matière de stockage de chaleur latente peut comprendre en outre des matières de charge et/ou des agents intumescents.
