Abstract
L'invention concerne une pâte réfractaire plastique ou un mortier réfractaire à résistance thermique élevée qui ont une température de classification comprise entre 900 et 1600 °C, qui durcissent au séchage et qui contiennent au moins deux matières de charge légères, un liant, des fibres et/ou de la wollastonite, ainsi que de l'eau. Selon l'invention, on utilise comme matières de charge légères des cénosphères provenant de cendres volantes et des cendres volcaniques expansées à cellules fermées qui sont munies d'une couche superficielle de protection contre l'eau, on utilise comme liant un liant hybride organique-inorganique contenant de l'acide silicique (5) et un polymère (6) à base d'acrylate et la pâte ou le mortier contiennent du kaolin ou de la kaolinite et du dioxyde de silicium sous forme de sol de silice ou de silice.
