在本发明实施例中, 用户业务请求是由与 OCS相连的外部系统发送给 OCS 的, 该外部系统可以是业务控制点, 或者移动数据业务平台, 或者网 关 GPRS支持节点等系统。 步骤 202, 获取所述在线计费系统 OCS的系统状态;
在本发明实施例中, 可以有多种参数来表示 OCS 的系统状态。 例如, 可以选用 OCS对于每一个用户业务请求处理的平均时延、或者 OCS当前的 CPU占用率、或者 OCS当前正在处理的用户业务请求总数等作为表示系统 状态的参数。
步骤 203, 根据所述系统状态判断在线计费系统是否过负荷;
在本发明实施例中,根据步骤 202中所获取的系统状态参数来判断 OCS 是否处于过负荷状态。 例如, 预先设定一个处理业务平均时延的阔值, 当 OCS处理用户业务请求的平均时延超过这个阔值时,表明 OCS处于过负荷 状态,反之,没有过负荷;或者,预先设定一个 OCS的 CPU占用率的阔值, 当 OCS当前的 CPU占用率超过这个阔值时, 表明 OCS过负荷。 用其它参 数来判断 OCS是否过负荷的方法与此相同, 此处不再赘述。 当所述在线计 费系统过负荷时, 对所获取的用户业务区别对待, 即进行步骤 205〜 208的 操作。 需要说明的是, 在 OCS中可以设置一个专门的负荷监控模块来来完 成步骤 202和步骤 203所述的系统状态判断过程, 这个负荷监控模块可以 部署于在线计费单元或者离线计费单元中, OCS根据该模块所获取的结果 进行以下步骤的处理。
步骤 204, 当所述在线计费系统没有过负荷时, 判断系统中是否存在预 先设置的时间段。
在本发明实施例中,运营商可以根据 OCS提供的配置模块的前台界面, 设置一些特定的时间段来对不同用户、 不同业务进行不同的处理, 而不一 定非要等到 OCS过负荷时, 才区分用户和业务。 例如, 在一些节假日的业 务高峰期, 或者其它需要区分用户和业务的时段, 都可以由运营商根据所 述配置模块灵活地进行配置。 本实施例中, 当 OCS没有过负荷、 并且系统 中存在预先设置的时间段时, 还需要进一步判断当前接收到用户业务请求 的时间是否是在运营商设置的时间段内, 如果在所述时间段内, 解析所述 用户业务请求, 获取所述用户业务请求对应的用户属性和业务属性, 所述 用户属性和业务属性为预先设定的; 根据预先设置的计费处理方式列表, 查询所述用户属性和业务属性对应的计费处理方式, 这样就区别对待不同 的用户和不同的业务, 进行不同的计费处理; 如果不在所述时间段内, 则 直接对该用户业务进行在线计费。 当然,运营商也可以不设置特定时间段, 而只在 OCS过负荷时才进行用户和业务的区分,或者,也可以将 OCS设置 为在任何时候都会对用户和业务进行区分的状态。 具体实现方式视实际情 况而定, 此处不再赘述。
当在线计费系统过负荷时, 根据用户的业务不同, 相应的计费处理过 程也不同, 即进行步骤 205〜 208的操作。
步骤 205, 解析用户业务请求, 获取用户业务请求对应的用户属性和业 务属性, 这里用户属性和业务属性可以由运营商预先设定;
在本发明实施例中, 运营商根据 OCS提供的配置模块的前台界面将用 户和业务进行分类, 即设定所述用户属性和业务属性。 例如, 可以将用户 分为高信用度用户 (或者称为低风险用户)、 低信用度用户 (或者称为高风 险用户)和中等信用度用户。上述用户信用等级可以根据用户的交费情况、 用户使用移动业务的频率、用户使用移动业务的年限等来参考划分。同时, 将每个业务分为高价值业务(如拨打国际长途业务)、 低价值业务(如短信 业务)和中等价值业务, 业务价值等级可以根据业务的收费情况来确定, 也可以由运营商根据其它价值因素灵活确定。 OCS在过负荷状态、 或者在 特定的时间段内每接收到一个用户业务请求, 就解析出该请求对应的用户 属性和业务属性, 以便根据该请求的实际情况进行不同的业务处理。
步骤 206,根据预先设置的计费处理方式列表, 查询所述用户属性和业 务属性对应的计费处理方式;
在本发明实施例中, 所述计费处理方式列表也是由运营商灵活配置的。 所述计费处理方式包括: 在线计费、 离线计费和拒绝用户业务请求。 该计 费处理方式列表中可以包含用户属性、 业务属性和计费处理方式三个参数。 例如, 可以将用户属性为高信用度、 业务属性为高价值的用户业务请求对 应的计费处理方式设置为在线计费; 将用户属性为高信用度、 业务属性为 低价值的用户业务请求对应的计费处理方式设置为离线计费; 将用户属性 为低信用度、 业务属性为高价值的用户业务请求对应的计费处理方式设置 为直接拒绝。
步骤 207, 根据所述计费处理方式对所述用户业务请求进行处理。
在本发明实施例中, 对用户业务请求的处理方式有三种: 在线计费、 离线计费和直接拒绝。 根据步骤 206 中所查询到的计费处理方式对所述用 户业务请求进行相应的处理。 三种方式的具体处理步骤如下:
当对用户业务请求进行在线计费时, 启动在线计费单元, 实时获取该 业务的费用, 并批价入账。
当直接拒绝用户业务请求时, 不接入用户业务请求, 直接返回拒绝消 息。
当对用户业务请求进行离线计费时 (以用户业务为普通的语音呼叫为 例), 首先启动离线计费单元, 产生用户呼叫的详细记录 (Calling Detail Records, CDR), 并将该 CDR保存; 其次, 向外部系统返回对用户业务成功 处理的消息, 并且, 不同的业务请求对应不同的返回消息。 例如, 本次业 务请求是申请用量, 如请求 5分钟的通话时长, 则业务处理系统按照授权 5 分钟的通话时长返回给外部系统; 如果本次业务请求是向业务处理系统上 报已使用量, 如上报用户已经通话了 5 分钟, 则业务处理系统返回扣费成 功的消息给外部系统; 当 OCS恢复正常状态, 即不处于过负荷状态时, 处 理上述保存的 CDR, 获取每个 CDR的费用, 并批价入账。 系统对 CDR的 处理是批量的, 可以根据 OCS 当前的负荷情况, 选择每次批量处理 CDR 的数量, 从而确定对于这些 CDR是进行快处理还是慢处理。
下面对生成用户业务的详细记录 CDR的过程进行详细说明(以用户业 务为普通的语音呼叫为例;):
在线计费系统 OCS首先判断接收到的语音呼叫的消息类型, 该消息类 型分为三类, 分别为: 初始消息(initial消息), 更新消息 (update 消息) 和最终消息 (terminal 消息)。 首先授权预定的通话时长, 当实际的通话时 长不大于所述预定的通话时长时, 生成所述实际的通话时长对应的通话详 通话时长对应的通话详细记录, 并再次授权所述预定的通话时长。 具体方 法为:当本次语音呼叫为 initial消息,并且该消息请求 5分钟的通话时长时, 则由 OCS授权 5分钟的通话时长, 按照正常在线计费逻辑构造返回消息, 返回给外部系统, 此时不生成 CDR。 同时, 内存中会记录下本次呼叫的标 识, 并标识此呼叫为离线计费。 当 OCS收到上述语音呼叫的 update消息, 并且该消息上报已使用 5分钟的通话时长, 同时再申请 5分钟的通话时长 时, 则由 OCS先生成已使用的 5分钟通话时长的 CDR, 同时再授权 5分钟 的通话时长, 同在线计费构造返回消息一样构造成功处理的消息, 返回给 外部系统。 当 OCS收到上述语音呼叫的 terminal消息, 该消息上报已使用 5分钟的通话时长, 则由 OCS生成已使用的 5分钟通话时长的 CDR, 同在 线计费构造返回消息一样构造成功处理的消息, 返回给外部系统。
本发明实施例提供的业务处理的方法, 由在线计费系统 OCS对不同的 用户业务请求根据所对应的用户属性和业务属性按照不同的计费处理方式 进行处理, 并且可以由在线计费系统 OCS对用户业务进行离线计费, 从而 提高了 OCS的业务处理能力; 同时, 由于上述方法由 OCS独立完成, 不依 赖于外部系统, 使得操作方便、 减少了外部系统的资源占用率。 本发明实 施例提供的业务处理的方法, 能够在不依赖外部系统的情况下, 提高 OCS 的业务处理能力。
如图 3 所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种业务处理的装置, 应用于在线 计费系统中, 包括: 获取单元 301, 用于获取用户业务请求;
解析单元 302, 用于当所述在线计费系统过负荷时, 解析由所述获取单 元 301 获取的用户业务请求, 获取所述用户业务请求对应的用户属性和业 务属性, 所述用户属性和业务属性为预先设定的;
在本发明实施例中, 所述用户属性为高信用度用户、 低信用度用户或 者中等信用度用户; 所述业务属性为高价值业务、 低价值业务或中等价值 业务。
查询单元 303,用于查询由所述解析单元 302获取的用户属性和业务属 性对应的计费处理方式;
在本发明实施例中, 可以根据计费处理方式列表来进行查询用户属性 和业务属性对应的计费处理方式, 其中计费处理方式列表可以由运营商灵 活配置。 该计费处理方式列表中包含用户属性、 业务属性和计费处理方式 三个参数。
离线计费单元 304,用于当由所述查询单元获取的计费处理方式为离线 计费时, 由所述在线计费系统对所述用户业务进行离线计费。
本发明实施例中的, 离线计费单元属于业务处理装置的处理单元一部 分, 处理单元还包括在线计费单元和拒绝计费单元, 分别用于在线计费处 理和拒绝业务处理。
进一步地, 如图 4所示, 所述离线计费单元 304包括:
生成单元 3041, 用于生成所述用户业务的详细记录;
返回单元 3042, 用于返回对所述用户业务成功处理的消息;
处理单元 3043,用于处理由所述生成单元 3041生成的用户业务的详细 记录, 获取对应的业务费用。
进一步地, 如图 5所示, 所述生成单元 3041包括:
授权单元 401, 用于授权用户业务请求预定的通话时长; 长时, 生成所述实际的通话时长对应的通话详细记录; 时, 生成所述预定的通话时长对应的通话详细记录。
进一步地, 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供的业务处理的装置, 还包 括:
确定单元 305, 用于当所述在线计费系统没有过负荷时, 确定当前时间 在预先设置的时间段内, 还通知解析单元 30解析获取的用户业务请求, 获 取所述用户业务请求对应的用户属性和业务属性, 所述用户属性和业务属 性为预先设定的, 并且由查询单元 303, 用于查询由所述解析单元 302获取 的用户属性和业务属性对应的计费处理方式, 根据不同的计费处理方式, 由处理单元进行相应的计费处理。
以上所有业务处理装置的具体实现方法可以参见图 2所示的步骤 201〜 步骤 207所述, 此处不再赘述。
以上所有业务处理装置之间的连接关系, 和其与外部系统之间的交互 关系, 可以参见图 7所示。
本发明实施例提供的业务处理的装置, 由在线计费系统 OCS对不同的 用户业务请求根据所对应的用户属性和业务属性按照不同的计费处理方式 进行处理, 并且可以由在线计费系统 OCS对用户业务进行离线计费, 从而 提高了 OCS的业务处理能力; 同时, 由于上述方法由 OCS独立完成, 不依 赖于外部系统, 使得操作方便、 减少了外部系统的资源占用率。 本发明实 施例提供的业务处理的装置, 能够在不依赖外部系统的情况下, 提高 OCS 的业务处理能力。
需要说明的是, 以上业务处理的装置的实施方式中, 各功能模块的划 分仅是举例说明, 实际应用中可以根据需要, 比如相应硬件的配置要求或 者软件的实现的便利考虑, 而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成, 即 将所述的业务处理的装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上 描述的全部或者部分功能。 而且实际应用中, 本实施例中的相应的功能模 块可以是由相应的硬件实现, 也可以由相应的硬件执行相应的软件完成, 例如, 前述的解析单元 302, 可以为具有执行前述功能的硬件, 比如, 具有 该特定解析能力的解析器, 以及其他通用的能够执行前述功能的接收装置, 也可以是能够执行相应计算机程序从而完成前述功能的一般接收设备, 或 者其他硬件设备。
本发明提供的技术方案可以应用在当在线计费系统过负荷时, 或者在 用户业务请求的高峰期, 对移动电话用户进行业务处理的技术领域中。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于计算机 可读存储介质中, 如 ROM/RAM、 磁碟或光盘等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、一种业务处理的方法,应用于在线计费系统中,其特征在于, 包括: 获取用户业务请求;
确定所述在线计费系统过负荷, 解析所述用户业务请求, 获取所述用 户业务请求对应的用户属性和业务属性, 所述用户属性和业务属性为预先 设定的;
查询所述用户属性和业务属性对应的计费处理方式;
确定所述计费处理方式为离线计费, 由所述在线计费系统对所述用户 业务请求进行离线计费。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务处理的方法, 其特征在于, 所述由所述 在线计费系统对所述用户业务请求进行离线计费包括:
生成所述用户业务的详细记录;
返回对所述用户业务成功处理的消息;
处理所述用户业务的详细记录, 获取对应的业务费用。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的业务处理的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户 业务为语音呼叫时, 所述生成所述用户业务的详细记录包括:
授权所述用户请求预定的通话时长; 话时长对应的通话详细 i己录。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的业务处理的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户 业务为语音呼叫时, 所述生成所述用户业务的详细记录包括:
授权所述用户请求预定的通话时长; 时长对应的通话详细记录, 并再次授权所述预定的通话时长。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务处理的方法, 其特征在于, 确定所述在 线计费系统未过负荷时, 所述方法还包括: 确定当前时间在预先设置的时间段内, 解析所述用户业务请求, 获取 所述用户业务请求对应的用户属性和业务属性, 所述用户属性和业务属性 为预先设定的, 查询所述用户属性和业务属性对应的计费处理方式;
根据查询到的计费处理方式, 进行相应的计费处理。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务处理的方法, 其特征在于, 所述计费处 理方式还包括:
在线计费或拒绝计费处理。
7、一种业务处理的装置,应用于在线计费系统中,其特征在于, 包括: 获取单元, 用于获取用户业务请求;
解析单元, 用于当所述在线计费系统过负荷时, 解析由所述获取单元 获取的用户业务请求, 获取所述用户业务请求对应的用户属性和业务属性, 所述用户属性和业务属性为预先设定的;
查询单元, 用于查询由所述解析单元获取的用户属性和业务属性对应 的计费处理方式;
离线计费单元, 用于当由所述查询单元获取的计费处理方式为离线计 费时, 由所述在线计费系统对所述用户业务进行离线计费。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的业务处理的装置, 其特征在于, 所述离线计 费单元包括:
生成单元, 用于生成所述用户业务的详细记录;
返回单元, 用于返回对所述用户业务成功处理的消息;
处理单元, 用于处理由所述生成单元生成的用户业务的详细记录, 获 取对应的业务费用。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的业务处理的装置, 其特征在于, 所述生成单 元包括:
授权单元, 用于授权所述用户请求预定的通话时长; 时, 生成所述实际的通话时长对应的通话详细记录; 生成所述预定的通话时长对应的通话详细记录。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的业务处理的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置 还包括:
确定单元, 用于当所述在线计费系统没有过负荷时, 确定当前时间在 预先设置的时间段内。
