1. 一种电子广告插播系统， 其特征在于， 包括： 电子广告业务服务器， 下载播放月艮务器， 电子广告显示终端， 其中，
所述电子广告业务服务器， 用于制作插播内容， 并用于根据所述 电子广告显示终端上 4艮的当前网络带宽值生成插播控制脚本；
所述下载播放服务器， 用于存储插播内容， 并提供下载服务； 所述电子广告显示终端， 用于 居所述插播控制脚本下载或播放 插播内容， 并用于计算当前带宽值。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电子广告插播系统， 其特征在于， 所述下载播 放服务器还用于控制所述电子广告显示终端下载所述插播控制脚本。

4. 一种电子广告插播方法， 其特征在于， 包括：
电子广告业务服务器制作插播内容， 放到下载播放服务器上； 电子广告业务艮务器生成控制脚本， 发送到电子广告显示终端； 所述电子广告显示终端通过浏览器对所述控制脚本进行解析执 行。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述电子广告插播方法， 其特征在于， 还包括： 所述 电子广告显示终端下载完毕后， 计算当前网络带宽， 把当前带宽值上 报给所述电子广告业务服务器。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述电子广告插播方法， 其特征在于， 所述电子广告 业务服务器根据子广告显示终端上报的带宽值生成插播控制脚本。
7. 根据权利要求 4所述电子广告插播方法， 其特征在于， 所述电子广告 显示终端的插播由插播脚本控制， 如果所述插播脚本是在线， 则向下 载播放服务器实时获取插播媒体流播放， 否则先下载插播节目， 到达 插播时间点时播放本地存储的插播内容。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述电子广告插播方法， 其特征在于， 所述电子广告 显示终端向电子广告业务服务器查询是否有插播计划更新。
9. 一种电子广告业务服务器， 其特征在于包括： 编辑模块、 审核模块、 发布模块、 网络接入模块、 插播控制模块， 其中：

所述发布模块， 用于发布审核后的插播计划；
所述网络接入模块，用于接受电子广告显示终端的网络接入访问， 并获取所述电子广告显示终端的登陆帐号；
所述插播控制模块， 用于根据所述电子广告显示终端上报的带宽 信息生成插播控制脚本。
10. —种下载播放服务器， 其特征在于， 用于存储电子广告插播内容， 提 供网络下载和 /或在线播放月艮务。
11. 一种电子广告显示终端， 其特征在于， 包括： 网络接入及带宽计算模 块， 下载管理模块、 存储管理模块、 媒体播放模块， 其中：
所述网络接入及带宽计算模块， 用于登陆网络， 计算当前终端所 在网络的带宽， 和电子广告业务服务器交互；
所述下载管理模块， 用于下载插播内容和控制脚本； 所述存储模块， 用于存储下载的插播内容和电子广告控制脚本； 所述播放模块， 用于支持媒体播放。
