拖把是家庭和工作环境清洁卫生中不可缺少的一种清洁工具, 通常拖 把在人们使用后要进行清洗拧干。 现一般采用拖把自动脱水桶进行拖把清 洗脱水拧干。
现有的拖把脱水桶, 包括桶体, 所述桶体上安装有脱水装置, 脱水装 置包括基座、 脚踏板、 齿轮传动组、 内置单向轴承的齿轮、 脱水篮, 所述 脚踏板的底端与齿条连接, 推动齿条带动齿轮组转动, 齿轮组带动齿轮转 动, 从而通过转动轴带动脱水篮转动。拖把脱水桶的脚踏板 只是靠在齿 条 2 ' 的一端, 见图 1, 齿条 2' 运行时会晃动、 不平稳。
脱水桶在进行拖把清洗脱水拧干后, 一般是拎起桶体将水倒出, 这样 使用者费力费时, 水又会四处飞溅。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决现有拖把脱水桶的齿条运行不平稳、 倒水时费力的 问题, 提供了一种连接牢靠、 复位及时、 运行平稳、 省力、 方便的脱水桶。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:
脱水桶, 包括一用以脱水的桶体, 所述桶体上设有提手, 所述桶体底 面上穿过一垂直传动轴, 其上安置有一可旋转脱水篮, 所述传动轴与安装 在桶体底部的转动机构相连, 所述转动机构包括一支撑座、 一支撑座下方 的底板, 所述底板上安装有齿条, 所述齿条至少与一组安装在支撑座上的 传动齿轮啮合, 其特征在于: 所述齿条的一端开有槽, 所述齿条通过销子 与脚踏板连接, 所述销子可在槽内上下运动; 所述桶体的侧面底部开有孔, 所述孔内安装有可旋转的阀门体, 所述阀门体上开有阀门体出水口, 所述 桶体上对应阀门体出水口的位置开有桶体出水口。
进一步, 所述传动齿轮包括一与齿条啮合的小齿轮, 所述小齿轮同轴 相连一大齿轮, 所述大齿轮与一内置单向轴承的齿轮啮合。
进一步, 所述齿条安装在底板的导轨槽内。
进一步, 所述脚踏板通过枢轴安装在支撑座上, 所述枢轴上套设有脚 踏板的复位扭簧, 所述复位扭簧的一端抵靠在支撑座上, 另一端抵靠在脚 踏板上。
进一步, 所述阀门体通过螺帽固定在桶体上。
进一步, 所述阀门体设有阀门柄。
进一步, 所述阀门体上设有连接出水管的外接螺紋。
本实用新型的工作原理: 在齿轮传动中, 脚踏板通过销子与齿条的一 端连接, 移动齿条带动小齿轮旋转, 而小齿轮与大齿轮为一体固接, 大齿 轮带动齿轮, 从而达到下压脚踏板, 使其绕枢轴旋转时带动齿条移动, 而 齿条移动则带动小齿轮旋转。
又因脚踏板是上、 下往复的运动的, 所以采用在齿轮的内部装单向轴 承, 来保证脱水篮只能向一个设定的方向旋转。 在下压脚踏板时最终带动 了齿轮旋转, 此时轴承为受力状态, 则带动了脱水篮的旋转。 而当脚踏板 在复位扭簧的作用下向上 (复位) 时, 通过销子使齿条也回到原位, 传动 齿轮向相反的方向旋转, 而轴承是单向受力的, 此时表现出来的是空转, 使脱水篮在惯性的作用下还是向原来的方向旋转, 完成了一个循环。 再一 次下压脚踏板时, 如此周而复始既可。 本实用新型对拖把进行清洗脱水后, 旋转阀门体, 使阀门体出水口对 准桶体出水口, 桶内的水就通过出水口排放出来。 同时出水口还可以通过 外接螺紋连接出水管, 进行远距离排放水。
本实用新型的有意效果: 使齿条在导轨槽内不会晃动, 运行更加平稳; 倒水省力、 方便, 结构简单合理。

参见图 2-8, 脱水桶, 包括一用以脱水的桶体 1, 所述桶体 1上设有提 手 2, 所述桶体 1底面上穿过一垂直传动轴 3, 其上安置有一可旋转脱水篮 4, 所述传动轴 3与安装在桶体 1底部的转动机构相连, 所述转动机构包括 一支撑座 7、 一支撑座 7下方的底板 8, 所述底板 8上安装有齿条 9, 所述 齿条 9至少与一组安装在支撑座 7上的传动齿轮啮合, 所述齿条 9的一端 开有槽 91, 所述齿条 9通过销子 10与脚踏板 5连接, 所述销子 10可在槽 91内上下运动; 所述桶体 1的侧面底部开有孔, 所述孔内安装有可旋转的 阀门体 6, 所述阀门体 6上开有阀门体出水口 61, 所述桶体 1上对应阀门 体出水口 61的位置开有桶体出水口 17。
所述传动齿轮包括一与齿条 9啮合的小齿轮 11,所述小齿轮 11同轴相 连一大齿轮 12, 所述大齿轮 12与一内置单向轴承的齿轮 13啮合。
所述齿条 9安装在底板 8的导轨槽 14内。
所述脚踏板 5通过枢轴 15安装在支撑座 7上, 所述枢轴 15上套设有 脚踏板 5的复位扭簧 16, 所述复位扭簧 16的一端抵靠在支撑座 7上, 另一 端抵靠在脚踏板 5上。
所述阀门体 6通过螺帽 18固定在桶体 1上。
所述阀门体 6设有阀门柄 62。
所述阀门体 6上设有连接出水管的外接螺紋 63。
本实用新型的工作原理: 在齿轮传动中, 脚踏板 5通过销子 10与齿条 9 的一端连接, 移动齿条 9带动小齿轮 11旋转, 而小齿轮 11与大齿轮 12为一体 固接, 大齿轮 12带动齿轮 13, 从而达到下压脚踏板 5, 使其绕枢轴 15旋转时 带动齿条 9移动, 而齿条 9移动则带动小齿轮 11旋转。
又因脚踏板 5是上、 下往复的运动的, 所以采用在齿轮 13的内部装单向 轴承, 来保证脱水篮 4只能向一个设定的方向旋转。 在下压脚踏板 5时最终 带动了齿轮 13旋转, 此时轴承为受力状态, 则带动了脱水篮 4的旋转。 而当 脚踏板 5在复位扭簧 16的作用下向上 (复位) 时, 通过销子 10使齿条 9也回 到原位, 传动齿轮向相反的方向旋转, 而轴承是单向受力的, 此时表现出 来的是空转, 使脱水篮 4在惯性的作用下还是向原来的方向旋转, 完成了一 个循环。 再一次下压脚踏板 5时, 如此周而复始既可。
本实用新型对拖把进行清洗脱水后, 旋转阀门体 6, 使阀门体出水口 61对准桶体出水口 17, 桶内的水就通过出水口排放出来。 同时出水口还可 以通过外接螺紋 63连接出水管, 进行远距离排放水。 本说明书实施例所述的内容仅仅是对实用新型构思的实现形式的列 举, 本实用新型的保护范围的不应当被视为仅限于实施例所陈述的具体形 式, 本实用新型的保护范围也及于本领域技术人员根据本实用新型构思所 能够想到的等同技术手段。

1、 脱水桶, 包括一用以脱水的桶体, 所述桶体上设有提手, 所述桶体底面 上穿过一垂直传动轴, 其上安置有一可旋转脱水篮, 所述传动轴与安装在 桶体底部的转动机构相连, 所述转动机构包括一支撑座、 一支撑座下方的 底板, 所述底板上安装有齿条, 所述齿条至少与一组安装在支撑座上的传 动齿轮啮合, 其特征在于: 所述齿条的一端开有槽, 所述齿条通过销子与 脚踏板连接, 所述销子可在槽内上下运动; 所述桶体的侧面底部开有孔, 所述孔内安装有可旋转的阀门体, 所述阀门体上开有阀门体出水口, 所述 桶体上对应阀门体出水口的位置开有桶体出水口。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的脱水桶, 其特征在于: 所述传动齿轮包括一与齿 条啮合的小齿轮, 所述小齿轮同轴相连一大齿轮, 所述大齿轮与一内置单 向轴承的齿轮啮合。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的脱水桶, 其特征在于: 所述齿条安装在底板 的导轨槽内。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的脱水桶, 其特征在于: 所述脚踏板通过枢轴安装 在支撑座上, 所述枢轴上套设有脚踏板的复位扭簧, 所述复位扭簧的一端 抵靠在支撑座上, 另一端抵靠在脚踏板上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的脱水桶, 其特征在于: 所述阀门体通过螺帽固定 在桶体上。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的脱水桶, 其特征在于: 所述阀门体设有阀门柄。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的脱水桶, 其特征在于: 所述阀门体上设有连接出 水管的外接螺紋。
