Abstract

본 고안은 다목적으로 사용되는 부잔교에 관한 것으로, 부잔교를 이용하여 육상으로 연결된 도교를 통하여 어민들이 승하선을 함으로써 간만의 차이에 따라 발생 되는 선박의 안전 및 어민들의 안전한 승하선 뿐만 아니라 수산물의 임시보관을 위한 해상수족관과 어민들의 양식시설을 위한 닻의 운반 및 설치용 바지선으로도 활용되도록 고안되어 다목적으로 사용되는 어촌계용 부잔교에 관한 것이다.

Description

다목적으로 사용되는 어촌계용 부잔교
본 고안은 다목적으로 사용되는 부잔교에 관한 것으로 , 상세하게는 스치로폴등의 부유물체를 연결봉과 끈 또는 별도의 접합체를 통하여 연결하여 부력체를 형성하고 그 상부에 인조 목이나 콘크리트 등으로 상판을 구성하여 잔교를 만든 후 선착장으로 연결된 도교를 통하여 어민들이 승하선을 함으로써 간만의 차이에 따라 발생되는 선박의 안전 및 어민들의 안전한 승하선을 도모하기 위하여 설치된 부잔교에 관한 것이다.
항만이나 항구에 여객선, 화물선, 특수목적선박이 접안하고 승객의 승하선과 화물의 선하적을 원만하게 하기 위하여 조선소에서 무동력선으로 인허가 받아 제조되어 설치되고 있으며 국가 항이나 항만에 설치되고 있으나 많은 제조비용 및 설치비용이 소요되므로 일반 어민들이 사용하기에는 불합리하다.
많은 비용을 투자하여 제조 설치된 부잔교가 단순하게 어민들의 승하선의 목적으로 사용되기보다는, 어민들이 다양하게 사용함은 물론이며 제조비용을 절감시키고 관리 및 사용이 편리하도록 고안되어야 할 것이다
부유물체들을 브럭화하여 상자모양으로 제조한 다음 이들을 도 1과 같은 모양으로 볼트 또는 로프를 사용하여 조립한 후 외부에 파이프나 고무판(미도시)으로 선박 접안시 파손을 방지하도록 테두리를 만들어 주며 잔교의 중앙부에 공간을 만들고 그물망을 설치하여 가두리를 만든 다음 그 곳에 출하 대기중인 수산물의 임시 보관소로 활용하며, 필요 시 양식장시설용 닻이나 고정식 어망설치용 닻의 운반 및 설치에 활용되도록 고안하였다.
잡는 어업에서 기르는 어업으로 전환되며 대형 어선들의 감척 등으로 양식어민들이 콘크리트로 제조된 양식장시설용 닻을 운반하기 위하여 대형 크레인이 부착된 화물선이나 바지선을 임차하여 사용하는 등의 번거로움이 많았으나 본 고안을 통하여 수시로 작업을 할 수가 있으며 출하 대기중인 수산물의 임시 보관소가 없어서 육상의 냉장고 등에 보관하여 품질이 저하되는 사례가 빈번하고 태풍 등의 기상예보시에 수산물을 저장함으로서 안정적인 출하에 대비할 수 있으므로 기존 부잔교의 단순한 승 하선 목적을 포함하고 양식장 시설용 닻의 운반 및 설치와 수산물의 임시 보관용 가두리로의 사용 등, 다목적 용도의 부잔교로서 어민소득증대에도 기여하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부유체를 보호하고 설치현장에서 조립을 용이하게 하기 위하여 1내지 2미터 크기의 육면체 또는 원통형의 상자에 부유체를 넣고 밀폐를 시킨 다음 이들을 볼트나 로프로 도 1의 모양으로 조립한 후 상부에 콘크리트나 철판, 인조목재 등으로 데크판(미도시)을 구성하며 선박접안시 고정할수 있는 고정봉(미도시) 및 하부에 닻과 부잔교 고정용 고리(미도시)를 사용하여 본 고안을 부유시키고 육상과 도교로 연결하며, 도교와 본 고안을 분리 하더라도 도교가 가라앉지 아니하도록 도교 지지용 보조잔교(3)를 설치하고, 빈공간(5)에 그물망을 설치하여 수산물이 담긴 망을 넣어 두어도 가라앉거나 외부로 유출되지 않도록 가두리를 만들고 공간 상부는 분리 가능한 문(미도시)으로 덮는다.
도 2의 일 실시 예로서 콘크리트로 제조된 양식장 시설용 닻에 별도의 로프를 잘 풀리도록 연결하고 닻고정용 막대(7)와 닻을 절단가능한 로프로 묶은 다음 도 3과 같이 결합 후 양식용 동력선박을 이용하여 견인하여 닻(6)의 설치장소로 이동한 다음 닻(6)과 닻고정용 막대(7)를 고정한 로프(8)를 절단하면 닻(6)은 바다로 가라앉게 된다.
잡는 어업에서 기르는 어업으로 전환되며 대형 어선들의 감척 등으로 양식어민들이 콘크리트로 제조된 양식장시설용 닻을 운반하기 위하여 대형 크레인이 부착된 화물선이나 바지선을 임차하여 사용하는 등의 번거로움이 많았으나 본 고안을 통하여 수시로 작업을 할 수가 있으며 출하 대기중인 수산물의 임시 보관소가 없어서 육상의 냉장고 등에 보관하여 품질이 저하되는 사례가 빈번하고 태풍 등의 기상예보시에 수산물을 저장함으로서 안정적인 출하에 대비할 수 있으므로 기존 부잔교의 단순한 승 하선 목적을 포함하고 양식장 시설용 닻의 운반 및 설치와 수산물의 임시 보관용 가두리로의 사용 등, 다목적 용도의 부잔교로서 어민소득증대에도 기여하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 어촌계의 선착장과 도교를 통하여 연결된 부잔교로서 수시로 도교와 분리 및 결합이 원할하며 부유물체에 의하여 부유되며, 부잔교의 중심부에 해저를 향해 관통된 공간을 형성하고 그 공간이 수산물의 임시보관용 가두리로 활용되고, 필요 시 양식장시설용 닻을 운반하는 바지로도 사용되며, 어민들이 양식장에서 수거한 해양쓰레기를 집하 하는 등의 다목적으로 사용되는 어촌계용 부잔교.
