本発明は室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の零れ落ち及び撒き散らしを有効に防止する上部カバー付ネコトイレを提供する。 本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを敷く下部トレイ１と、該下部トレイ１に被嵌される上部カバー２とを備え、該上部カバー２の天板部３にネコの出入口４を設けることにより、室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の零れ落ちを有効に防止すると共に、上記出入口４をネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さＨに配置することにより、ネコの足甲に載っている粒状排泄物処理材を下部トレイ内に回収し、室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の撒き散らしを有効に防止する。
Description
本発明は、室内床に置いて使用されるネコトイレであって、粒状排泄物処理材を敷く下部トレイと該下部トレイに被嵌されて上記粒状排泄物処理材の零れ落ちを防止する上部カバーとを備えた上部カバー付ネコトイレに関するものである。
従来の上部カバー付ネコトイレとして、上部カバーの側板部に出入口を設け、該出入口に開閉板を吊り下げて、該開閉板をネコが押し開いて上記出入口から自由に出入りすることができる構造のものが広く知られている。
又、上記出入口近傍に多孔板を設け、ネコの足裏に付着した粒状排泄物処理材を回収する構造のものも既知である。
従来の上記上部カバー付ネコトイレは、両者とも出入口が上部カバーの側板部に設けられている関係で、ネコが習性により下部トレイに敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材を蹴ったり、該粒状排泄物処理材で遊んだりすると容易に粒状排泄物処理材が上記出入口から室内床に零れ落ちてしまう恐れを有している。尚、出入口には開閉板が吊り下げられているが、ネコが容易に押し開けられるように吊り下げられているのみで、粒状性排泄物処理材が零れ落ちることを有効に防止できない。
又、ネコが粒状排泄物処理材上で排泄を済ませた後、足甲に粒状排泄物処理材を載せたまま、或いは、足裏（肉球と肉球との隙間・指股又は爪と爪との隙間）に粒状排泄物処理材を挟んだまま出入口から出てくる場合がある。
これらの場合に、上記前者の上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記足甲や足裏の粒状排泄物処理材を回収することが困難であり、ネコが足甲に粒状排泄物処理材を載せたまま、或いは、足裏に粒状排泄物処理材を挟んだまま室内床に降りて、該粒状排泄物処理材を室内床に撒き散らしてしまう恐れを有している。
上記後者の上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、ネコの足裏に挟まっている粒状排泄物処理材を回収することができるが、足甲に載っている粒状排泄物処理材を回収することは困難であり、結果として、ネコが粒状排泄物処理材を足甲に載せたまま室内床に降りて、該粒状排泄物処理材を室内床に撒き散らしてしまう恐れを有している。
本発明は、上記従来の上部カバー付ネコトイレが有する問題を有効に解消し、室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の零れ落ち及び撒き散らしを有効に防止する上部カバー付ネコトイレを提供するものである。
要述すると、粒状排泄物処理材を敷く下部トレイと、該下部トレイに被嵌される上部カバーとを備え、該上部カバーの天板部にネコの出入口を設け、該出入口をネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さに配置した上部カバー付ネコトイレを提供するものである。
好ましくは、上記出入口の近傍の天板部に踊り場を設け、更に該踊り場に粒状排泄物処理材を落下させるための多数の貫通孔又は貫通溝を設けるものである。
又、上記踊り場に上記貫通孔又は貫通溝を設けた場合には、該踊り場の直下に上記貫通孔又は貫通溝から落下した粒状排泄物処理材を受ける受け板を配置するものである。
又他例として、上記出入口の開口縁部に規制板を立ち上げるものである。
又他例として、上記踊り場の両側に規制壁を設けるものである。
又他例として、上記出入口に開閉板を設けるものである。
又他例として、上記上部カバーの側板部に仮出入口を設け、該仮出入口にドア板を設けるものである。

本発明によれば、上部カバーの天板部にネコの出入口を設けることにより、ネコが下部トレイに敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材を蹴ったり、該粒状排泄物処理材で遊んだりしても粒状排泄物処理材が出入口から室内床に零れ落ちることがない。
又、上記出入口をネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さに配置することにより、ネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとる際に、前足の足甲に載っている粒状排泄物処理材を落とすことができると共に、出入口の孔縁に前足を掛けてよじ登る際に、後足の足甲に載っている粒状排泄物処理材を落とすことができ、ネコの足甲に載っている粒状排泄物処理材を下部トレイ内に回収できる。そのため、室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の撒き散らしを有効に防止する。
又、上記出入口の近傍の天板部に踊り場を設けることにより、該踊り場上でネコの足裏が開いて、該足裏に挟まっている粒状排泄物処理材を落とすことができ、室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の撒き散らしを有効に防止する。更に、上記踊り場に粒状排泄物処理材を落下させるための多数の貫通孔又は貫通溝を設けることにより、ネコの足裏に挟まっていた粒状排泄物処理材を下部トレイ内に回収でき、踊り場から室内床に粒状排泄物処理材が零れ落ちることがない。

又、上記出入口の開口縁部に規制板を立ち上げることにより、ネコが出入口から直接飛び出ることを規制し、ネコを踊り場へと導くことができる。又、上記踊り場の両側に規制壁を設けることにより、ネコが踊り場の途中で飛び降りることを規制し、ネコが踊り場をその全長に亘って歩くように導くことができる。
又、上記出入口に開閉板を設けることにより、ネコが出入口から直接飛び出ることを規制しつつ、下部トレイに敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材から発生する排泄物の匂いを抑止できる。
更に、上記上部カバーの側板部に仮出入口を設け、該仮出入口にドア板を設け、又は、同側板部に踏段を設けることにより、臆病な性格のネコや子ネコ、高齢のネコのように上記天板部に存する出入口から内部空間内へ入ることを躊躇するネコでも、慣れるまでは上記仮出入口又は踏段を利用して上記内部空間内へ入ることができる。
本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、粒状排泄物処理材を敷く下部トレイと、該下部トレイに被嵌される上部カバーとを備え、該上部カバーの天板部にネコの出入口を設け、該出入口をネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さに配置することにより、室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の零れ落ち及び撒き散らしを有効に防止する。
以下、本発明を図示する好適な実施例に基づいて詳述すれば、実施例１に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、基本的には、図１に示す如く、粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを敷く浅底の下部トレイ１と、該下部トレイ１に被嵌される背高の上部カバー２と、該上部カバー２に設けられた出入口４を備え、ネコが上記出入口４から上記下部トレイ１と上部カバー２とで画成される内部空間内に入って、上記下部トレイ１に敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄ上で排泄する構成となっている。
尚、上記下部トレイ１は粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを敷くことができればよく、例えば粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを下部トレイ１の床面に直接敷かずに、該床面にスノコを敷いて該スノコの上に粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを敷く構成とすることも実施に応じ任意である。
具体的には、上記上部カバー２の平板状の天板部３の一側寄りにネコの出入口４を設け、該出入口４をネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さＨに配置すると共に、上記出入口４近傍の天板部３の他側寄りに踊り場５を設ける構成となっている。
上記高さＨは、四つん這い状態のネコの身長よりも高く設定し、少なくともネコがお座り状態から前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さに設定する。この高さＨにより、ネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることを強要する。
上記構成により、ネコが排泄した後、上記出入口４から出る際には、図１（Ｂ）に示す如く、ネコＣが前足を上げる姿勢をとるので、この際に、ネコＣの前足の足甲に載っている粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを落とすことができ、該粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを下部トレイ１内に回収できる。
次いで、ネコＣが上記出入り口４の孔縁に前足を掛けてよじ登る際に、ネコＣの後足の足甲に載っている粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを落とすことができ、該粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを下部トレイ１内に回収できる。
従って、ネコが粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを足甲に載せたまま室内床に降りることがなく、該粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを室内床に撒き散らすことを有効に防止する。
又、上部カバー２の天板部３に出入口４を設けることにより、ネコが下部トレイ１に敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを蹴ったり、該粒状排泄物処理材Ｄで遊んだりしても粒状排泄物処理材Ｄが上記出入口４から室内床に零れ落ちることがない。
更に、ネコが出入口４から出た後、踊り場５を通ることにより、該踊り場５上でネコの足裏が開いて、該足裏に挟まっている粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを落とすことができ、ネコが粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを足裏に挟んだまま室内床に降りることがない。そのため、該粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを室内床に撒き散らすことを有効に防止する。
次に、実施例２に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図２に示す如く、上記実施例１と同様の基本的構成を有し、具体的構成として、天板部３に該天板部３の外縁から中央に向けて下り傾斜する傾斜面３ａを設けると共に、天板部３の中央に出入口４を設け、該出入口４の近傍の傾斜面３ａに踊り場５を設けたことを特徴とする。
尚、天板部３の中央に設けた出入口４の高さＨ´も、四つん這い状態のネコの身長よりも高く設定し、少なくともネコがお座り状態から前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さに設定する。この高さＨ´によっても、ネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることを強要する。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例１の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、踊り場５でネコの足裏から落ちた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを傾斜面３ａの下り傾斜を利用して下部トレイ１内に回収できる。
次に、実施例３に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、上記実施例１の構成に加えて、図３に示す如く、踊り場５をメッシュ状に形成して、粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを落下させるための多数の矩形状の貫通孔５ａを設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例１の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、ネコの足裏に挟まっていた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを上記踊り場５の貫通孔５ａから落下させて下部トレイ１内に回収できる。そのため、粒状排泄物処理材Ｄが踊り場５から室内床に零れ落ちることがない。
尚、本実施例においては、踊り場５全体をメッシュ状に形成し、上記矩形状の貫通孔５ａを多数設ける構成としたものであるが、本発明はこれに限定されるものでなく、円形状の貫通孔５ａを多数設ける構成とすることや、図４に示す如く、貫通孔５ａに代えて貫通溝５ｂを多数設ける構成とすることも実施に応じ任意である。
次に、実施例４に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図５に示す如く、上記実施例３の構成に加えて、踊り場５の直下に貫通孔５ａから落下した粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを受ける受け板６を設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例３の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、上記受け板６で踊り場５の貫通孔５ａから落下した粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを回収して踊り場５から室内床への粒状排泄物処理材Ｄの零れ落ちを有効に防止しつつ、下部トレイ１に敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄから発生する排泄物の匂いを抑止できる。
次に、実施例５に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図６に示す如く、上記実施例３の構成に加えて、出入口４の開口縁部に複数の規制板７を立ち上げると共に、各規制板７の上縁を連結する上板８を設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例３の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、上記各規制板７により、ネコが出入口４から直接飛び出ることを規制し、ネコを踊り場５へと導くことができる。そのため、確実に踊り場５でネコの足裏に挟まっている粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを落とすことができる。
又、上記上板８により下部トレイ１に敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄから発せられる排泄物の匂いを抑止できる。
尚、具体的には図示しないが、上記各規制版７と上板８とで画成された開口４´に従来のように開閉板を吊り下げることも排除しない。
次に、実施例６に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図７に示す如く、上記実施例５の構成に加えて、規制板７を踊り場５の両側まで延長して規制壁９を設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例５の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、上記各規制壁９により、ネコが踊り場５の途中で飛び降りることを規制し、ネコが踊り場５をその全長に亘って歩くように導くことができる。そのため、より確実に踊り場５でネコの足裏に挟まっている粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを落とすことができる。
次に、実施例７に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図８に示す如く、上記実施例６の構成に加えて、上板８を踊り場５の上方まで延長して上壁１０を設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例６の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、上記上板８・上壁１０により下部トレイ１に敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄから発せられる排泄物の匂いを確実に抑止できる。
又、上記各規制壁９と上壁１０により、確実にネコが踊り場５の途中で飛び降りることを規制し、ネコが踊り場５をその全長に亘って歩くように導くことができる。そのため、より確実に踊り場５でネコの足裏に挟まっている粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを落とすことができる。
尚、具体的には図示しないが、上記各規制壁９と上壁１０とで画成された開口４´に従来のように開閉板を吊り下げることも排除しない。
次に、実施例８に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図９に示す如く、上記実施例３の構成に加えて、出入口４に該出入口４を開閉する開閉板１１を設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
上記開閉板１１は、図９（Ｂ）に示す如く、上記出入口４の孔縁に軸支され、自重により下方へ回動しないように弾性部材１２で下から支持されて、上記出入口４を閉鎖する閉位置に配置されている。
ネコが出入口４から入る際には、上記開閉板１１はネコの体重により上記弾性部材１２の弾性付勢力に抗して下方向に回動し、ネコが入った後、弾性部材１２の弾性付勢力により閉位置まで回動する。
他方、ネコが出入口４から出る際には、上記開閉板１１は弾性部材１２からの関与を受けずに上方向に回動し、ネコが出た後、自重により閉位置まで回動する。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例３の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、ネコが出入口４から出入りする時以外は、上記開閉板１１により出入口４を閉鎖して、ネコが出入口４から直接飛び出ることを規制しつつ、下部トレイ１に敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄから発生する排泄物の匂いを抑止できる。
次に、実施例９に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図１０に示す如く、上記実施例１の構成に加えて、上部カバー２の側板部２ａに仮出入口１３を設け、該仮出入口１３にドア板１４を設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
上記側板部２ａに設けた仮出入口１３により、臆病な性格のネコや子ネコ、高齢のネコのように上記天板部３に存する出入口４から内部空間内へ入ることを躊躇するネコでも、慣れるまでは上記仮出入口１３を通じて上記内部空間内へ入ることができる。
上記ドア板１４を上記仮出入口１３の孔縁に軸支し、該仮出入口１３のドア板１４が軸支される孔縁と対向する孔縁又は隣接する孔縁に上記ドア板１４の外方への回動を抑制する抑制部材１５を設ける。
即ち、ネコが上記仮出入口１３を通じて内部空間に入る際には、上記ドア板１４の開閉を許容する一方、ネコが内部空間から出る際には、上記抑制部材１５でドア板１４の開閉を抑制し上記天板部３の出入口４から外へ出ることを強要すると共に、粒状排泄物処理材Ｄの零れ落ちを有効に防止する。
尚上記抑制部材１５は板材又はピン材の適用が可能であり、着脱自在に設けることを排除しない。換言すると、上記抑制部材１５を着脱自在に設け、上記抑制部材１５を設けない時には上記仮出入口１３からの出入りを許容する一方、上記抑制部材１５を設けた時には上記仮出入口１３から入ることのみを許容することを排除しない。
従って、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例１の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、上記天板部３に設けた出入口４からの出入りを躊躇するネコでも上記仮出入口１３を通じて出入りすることができる。
又、本実施例の場合には、ネコに限らず、高い所に直接昇る習性のない愛玩動物、例えば小型犬やウサギ等であっても、上記仮出入口１３を通じて本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレを利用することができ、これらの愛玩動物用のトイレとして本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレを応用することが期待できる。又、これに伴い、通常は穴を掘る習性のために粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを使用できなかった上記小型犬やウサギ用のトイレにも粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを使用することができ、従来使用している排泄物処理シートに比して経済性と利便性の向上が期待できる。
次に、実施例１０に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、図１１に示す如く、上記実施例１の構成に加えて、上部カバー２の側壁部２ａに踏段１６を設ける構成を有することを特徴とする。
上記踏段１６は上部カバー２の側板部２ａの外面及び内面の双方に設け、該踏段１６により上記天板部３の出入口４からの出入りを段階を踏んで行うことができる。そのため、本実施例に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレにあっては、上記実施例１の上部カバー付ネコトイレが奏する作用効果に加えて、上記出入口４からの出入りを躊躇するネコでも該出入口４からの出入りを容易に行うことができる。
尚上記踏段１６は図示した板材の適用の他、階段状部材の適用が可能である。又、上記踏段１６は上部カバー２の側板部２ａの外面のみに設けることを排除しない。
本実施例の場合にも、ネコに限らず、高い所に直接昇る習性のない愛玩動物、例えば小型犬やウサギ等であっても、上記踏段１６を利用して本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレを利用することができ、これらの愛玩動物用のトイレとして本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレを応用することが期待できる。又、これに伴い、通常は穴を掘る習性のために粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを使用できなかった上記小型犬やウサギ用のトイレにも粒状排泄物処理材Ｄを使用することができ、従来使用している排泄物処理シートに比して経済性と利便性の向上が期待できる。
以上のように、本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、下部トレイ１に敷かれた粒状排泄物処理材Ｄの室内床への零れ落ち及び撒き散らしを有効に防止する。尚、上記各実施例の構成を組み合わせることも実施に応じ任意である。
本発明に係る上部カバー付ネコトイレは、室内床への粒状排泄物処理材の零れ落ち及び撒き散らしを有効に防止するので、特に清潔に保ちたい室内床に置いて使用する場合に頗る好都合なものとなる。

Claims (9)
- 粒状排泄物処理材を敷く下部トレイと、該下部トレイに被嵌される上部カバーとを備え、該上部カバーの天板部にネコの出入口を設け、該出入口をネコが前足を上げる姿勢をとることができる高さに配置したことを特徴とする上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記出入口の近傍の天板部に踊り場を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記踊り場に粒状排泄物処理材を落下させるための多数の貫通孔又は貫通溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項２記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記踊り場の直下に上記貫通孔又は貫通溝から落下した粒状排泄物処理材を受ける受け板を配置したことを特徴とする請求項３記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記出入口の開口縁部に規制板を立ち上げたことを特徴とする請求項２乃至請求項４のいずれかに記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記踊り場の両側に規制壁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項２乃至請求項５のいずれかに記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記出入口に開閉板を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項６のいずれかに記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記上部カバーの側板部に仮出入口を設け、該仮出入口にドア板を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項７のいずれかに記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
- 上記上部カバーの側板部に踏段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項７のいずれかに記載の上部カバー付ネコトイレ。
