Abstract

The invention relates to an attachment assembly (1) comprising a first element (10) provided with hooks (110), one of which is an insertion hook (11) that provides an insertion area (12), and a second element (20) provided with a plurality of openings (210), one of which is an opening (21) that is capable of receiving the frontal insertion portion of the hooks (110) and said insertion hook (11) and enabling the transverse movement thereof so as to insert said second element (20) into said insertion area (12). The invention is characterized in that said second element (20) is provided with a second opening (21) and in that said first element (10) comprises an abutment (13) that extends frontally in alignment with the opening of said insertion area (12) and is placed by itself into said second opening (21) after said hook (11) is inserted into said first opening (21) so as to engage with said insertion hook (11) and prevent the transverse movement of said first element (10) in relation to said second element (20).

The present invention relates to an assembly for fixing, in particular for the fixing of presentation panels, comprising a first element provided with an open engagement hook whose base is extended by a transverse return leaving a zone of engagement, a second element provided with a first opening adapted to receive the front insertion of the engagement hook and to allow its transverse displacement to engage the second element in the engagement zone.

Prior art

This type of fastener assembly is well known and commonly used, for example in stores, to form shelves and other carriers for the presentation of articles for sale, or in storage and / or archival areas for forming shelves.

The publication WO 00/47 089 describes in particular an assembly for fastening comprising a panel provided with a row of hooks extending frontally of the panel and each extended by a transverse return forming a zone of engagement, and a support provided with a row of apertures each adapted to receive a hook. During assembly, the hooks are presented opposite the openings in which they are inserted frontally. The panel is then shifted transversely downwards to cause the wall of the support to engage in the different engagement zones. The upper hook is provided with a stop disposed above the hook relative to the mouth of the engagement zone of the hook. When the panel is engaged in the support, this stop is housed in the same opening as the upper hook. It limits the upward movement of the upper hook and therefore the entire panel. Indeed, the abutment bears in the opening before the other hooks are supported in their respective openings. Thus, when the panel is raised inadvertently and that the stop of the upper hook bears against the wall of the opening, the other hooks are still in the openings so that the support is engaged in the hook engagement zones. which prevents the disassembly of the panel relative to its support. In addition, the tooth of the upper hook is of shorter length than the other hooks. It is thus possible, when it is desired to disassemble the panel, in a first step, to bring the abutment bearing against the top of the front opening, in a second step of tilting the panel to disengage the upper hook. It is then possible, in a third time, to further lift the panel to release the other hooks and disassemble the panel by frontal movement. This assembly for fixing thus prevents the panel can be unhooked by a single accidental movement. The combination of two successive movements is indeed necessary to unhook the panel.

Publication EP 0 557 213 discloses a fixing assembly for forming shelves having first and second identical elements each comprising a plurality of hooks alternating with a plurality of openings, the hooks of the first element being able to engage in the openings of the second element and vice versa.

The publication BE 1 001 058 discloses in particular two embodiments of a fastener assembly for forming shelves. Each of these sets for attachment comprises a first element provided with three hooks. In the first embodiment, these hooks are different from each other. These attachment assemblies do not have, strictly speaking, abutment capable of cooperating with an engagement hook to prevent transverse displacement of the first element relative to said second element.

US 4,733,841 discloses a fastener assembly for forming shelves having a first member having a plurality of hooks and a stopper, a second member having a plurality openings capable of receiving each a hook or the stop.

US 3,697,034 discloses a fastener assembly for forming shelves having a first member having a hook, an engaging hook and a stop provided between the hook and the engagement hook. The attachment assembly further comprises a second member provided with a plurality of openings adapted to receive the hook, the engagement hook and the stop.

Finally, US Pat. No. 3,248,079 discloses a fastener assembly for forming shelves comprising a first element comprising a hook, an engagement hook and an abutment, a second element provided with a plurality of openings adapted to receive the hook, the engagement hook and the stop.

Presentation of the invention

The present invention aims at proposing an alternative to this embodiment of an assembly for fastening allowing, for example, having hooks of identical shapes and dimensions.

The invention relates to an assembly for fixing, in particular for fixing display panels, this assembly comprising at least a first element provided with a plurality of open hooks and aligned with each other and with a hook of engagement. open base whose base is extended by a transverse return forming an engagement zone, a second element different from the first element and provided with a plurality of openings aligned with each other, allowing the front insertion of the hooks, and provided with a first opening adapted to receive the front insertion of said engagement hook and to allow its movement transverse to engage said second member in said engagement zone. This set for fixing is remarkable in that the hooks are of identical shapes and dimensions, in that the engagement hook is provided at the bottom of the hook line, in that the second element is provided with a second opening, the first and second openings being located at the bottom of the line of the openings, in that the first element comprises at least one stop, provided under the engagement hook, with which the first element defines a single piece and extending frontally in the opening of the engagement zone, the stop coming to be housed, alone, in the second opening, after the engagement hook is engaged in the first opening, when the engagement hook is engaged in the first opening; opening, and adapted to cooperate with the hook to prevent transverse displacement of the first element relative to the second element.

Preferably, the stop is moved away from the bottom of the engagement zone by a distance greater than the distance between the first and second openings.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stop is provided in the alignment of the engagement zone.

The abutment is preferably provided with a substantially flat bearing surface and parallel to the first element.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the stop is shifted transversely of the free end of the engagement hook.

Advantageously, the stop is connected to the second element by a slope.

In a preferred manner, the engagement zones are oriented in the direction of alignment of the hooks. Brief description of the drawings

Best way to realize the invention

Referring to ^"Figures 1 and 2, the set for binding 1 according to the invention comprises a first element 10 and second element 20, able to cooperate to form a partition, shelves, racks or other presentation element.

The first element 10 is in the form of a profile and is provided with a series of open hooks 110 whose base is extended by a transverse return leaving engaging zones 120. The hooks 110 are arranged in a single line. . The first element 10 can of course be in any other suitable form. The first element 10 also includes an engagement hook 11, aligned with the other hooks 110 at the bottom of the hook line 110 and whose function is explained below. The first element 10 and the hooks 110 define a single piece.

The second element 20 is in the form of a profile and is provided with a series of openings 210. The second element 20 is different from the first element 10. openings 210 have dimensions greater than that of the hooks 110 so as to allow the front insertion of the hooks 110. The second element 20 may of course be in any other suitable form. The second member 20 also has first and second openings 21, 22 aligned with the other openings 210 and located at the bottom of the line of openings 210. The functions of the first and second openings 21, 22 are explained below.

As detailed in FIG. 2, after insertion of the hooks 110 into the openings 210, the first element 10 and the second element 20 are shifted transversely relative to each other so as to engage the second element 20 in the zone 20. 12. The thickness of the second element 20 and the height of the engagement zone 12 are of course dimensioned. to enable this commitment. Similarly and simultaneously, the engagement hook 11 is inserted into the first opening 21 before the second element 20 is engaged in the engagement zone 12.

The first element 10 further comprises a stop 13 provided under the engagement hook 11, facing the engagement zone 12 of the engagement hook 11. The stop 13 is remote from the bottom of the engagement zone 12 of the a distance greater than the spacing provided between the first and second openings 21, 22. Thus, as is apparent from Figure 2, when the engagement hook 11 is engaged in the first opening 21 of the second member 20, the stop 13 is housed, alone, in the second opening 22 located under the first opening 21 receiving the engagement hook 11. The second opening 22 accommodates only the stop 13. The first element 10 and the stop 13 define a single piece.

The second element 20 is thus locked in relation to the _ g _ first element between the bottom of the engagement zone 12 and the stop 13.

In this example, the abutment 13 comprises a substantially planar bearing surface substantially parallel to the first element 10. In this example, the bearing surface is connected to the second element 10 by a slope. Moreover, the abutment 13 is shifted transversely of the end of the hook 11.

The first and second elements 10, 20 can be used as in the example described, namely the first element 10 is carried by the second element 20 or inverted, the second element 20 then carrying the first element 10. In this second case, the hooks 11 will be oriented upwards, so that the openings of the engagement zones 12 of the hooks 11 open upwards.

To disassemble the first element 10 of the second element 20, a bending force is exerted at first at the bottom of the first element 10 so as to disengage the abutment 13 from the second opening 22. In a second step, it is shifted towards the top (transversely) the first element 10 relative to the second element 20. Once the stop 13 is disengaged from the second opening 22, it is possible to release the previously applied bending force to continue the upward movement of the second element 20 with respect to the first element 10. The first element 10 of the second element 20 is then brought out frontally, the hooks 110, 11 then being extracted from the openings 210, 21, 22.

In an alternative embodiment not shown, the second element is a panel provided with two rows of openings disposed on either side of a flat surface. This panel can be used in combination with pairs of first elements that can constitute supports shelves, for example in the form of profiles, each section being provided with an engagement hook having a stop.

In another alternative embodiment not shown, the first element is a panel provided with two rows of hooks disposed on either side of a flat surface, the engagement hook of each row being provided with a stop. The second element is for example formed by vertical profiles fixed on a support. The panel serves as a background for a display.

In yet another variant embodiment not shown, the panel forming the first or second element 10, 20 is perforated and / or formed by a grid.

In another variant embodiment not shown, the engagement zones are oriented perpendicularly to the direction of alignment of the hooks. In this case, the stop may be aligned with either the engagement hook engagement area or the hook line.

In yet another embodiment, the first element comprises a plurality of engagement hooks each provided with an engagement stop.

The engagement hook may also be provided at another location than at the end of a line of other hooks.

Possibilities of industrial application

The fixing assembly according to the invention can be used in a variety of ways. It allows in particular the fixing of presentation panels and is for example used in stores, to form shelves and other carriers for the presentation of items for sale, or storage areas and / or archiving to form racking.
